This was the worst way to spend my money. It didn't work at all. When I contacted customer service they just keep going back and forth with NO resolution. Then when I finally asked for a replacement or a refund they said I was outside my window of a return or replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I bought a PEMF mat from the Grooni Earthing website, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The quality is AMAZING, and it works great, I couldn’t be more satisfied!!!!

Although an anxious wait was had by all within my household for the delivery of the professional PEMP and infra red Matt, the response and understanding shown by Grooni was impeccable, they kept my postal anxiety off the boil!
As for the product I need time to assess.

The sheet is silky and provides me with a sound night's sleep.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a mat and sheets. Sheets never arrived. They cannot find the order though they charged me. I have shown them the email order receipt and the tracking number of the mat that was delivered. With all of that they could not find my order nor confirm sheets were ever ordered. I am talking with AI or complete incompetence. Order #25597 if anyone from Grooni looks at this.

They charged an international rate with taxes and duties for a Canadian order which clearly state on there web site that outside the US and Canada are international order. This is deceitful and misrepresents what occurs with Canadian orders. Terrible way to do business. The product with discounts was $889, the shipping and duty and taxes $632. Go figure.

It took awhile for the mat to arrive but it arrived undamaged. Used the testing magnet to see if it works and it does. I notice subtle effects like feeling more relaxed or sleepy, and I also use it for pain and recovery, which seems to be doing something but it’s hard to tell because the effects are gradual and subtle and I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks. One of my cats loves curling up next to me on the mat but I don’t know if she likes the heat or the PEMF or both!

Its a real addition to well being. My family all like to take a turn including our two dogs who lie on it each day on the pain release programme for their arthritis
It took a good while to deliver which had me concerned for a while and i would have appreciated a little more customer service to explain this to me but finally did receive it. Expensive but extremely well made and useful.

There was lack of communication, only responding to the initial emails I sent, enquiring about my order.
I understand & fully appreciate when there is a hold up, but please reach out to people & relay that information. We are human and generally accept the unexpected.
I did receive unexpected as the tracking was not working. Very happy with my order and it will be used with my line of business.

My sheets to a while to arrive but it was totally worth it… I’m sleeping like a baby, very gratefull

I just received my pemf may and it’s been great… me and my wife used it yesterday and was incredibly relaxing

We ordered a grounding sheet. Of course they used some rinky-dink courier with terrible service so the delivery was a gong show. The grounding tester sent with the sheet only tests the wall outlet and not the sheet. Low and behold they have a different version on their website for an additional $42.99 that has a hole on the top which allows you to test both the sheet and the wall outlet at the same time to ensure everything is working. Placed another order for this grounding tester and of course another ridiculous experience with a rinky-dink courier. Finally delivered today and Grooni sent the WRONG TESTER. They sent the same inferior model that comes with the sheet! Needless to say we will not be ordering from them again. Too much hassle and now we feel "duped" and doubt the quality of their products. I emailed a complaint to the company and heard back from a customer service person who requested photos of the item we wanted but didn't receive as well as photos of the item we received, plus the packaging. How can I provide photos of something I did not receive? I told her to look at her own website and review my order in their system - should be pretty easy to determine what went wrong when the only offer 1 testing device sold separately from the version that is sent with the bed sheet. No secondary response as of yet

First of all the product itself is amazing and has helped me so much while ive been recovering from severe ulcerative colitis and being hospitalized and almost dying from Cdiff. It has helped me reduce inflammation in my gut and even all my dogs lay on it with me. I think it relaxes them as well. The customer service is also amazing. I rescue dogs and sometimes they destroy things. They happened to chew the remote and the company sent me a replacement right away free of charge! They were super responsive and accommodating . I highly recommend this product , but mostly this company!

I ordered for the first time, everything went excellent. The product changed my life!

Great customer service, they changed my sheets and they are wonderful, great product and Im sleeping better according to my tracking app

Ordered the mattress cover on July 7th. My credit card was charged on July 14th. On July 24th, I emailed them to ask where my order was. Received this response:

On August 4th, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge because they had our money, but we had no product. Yesterday the product arrived by Amazon???. I am assuming from the other reviews here, they got the dispute from the bank and shipped the product. The package arrived with the package cut open and handed to my husband by an Amazon delivery driver. If I had known, I would have refused it. I am going to return it "Refused". I called (630) 478-9494 and got a option to leave a voice mail. Nothing indicating this was an actual business. Something is not right in Denmark.

I ordered a mat from grooni online around 3 days ago and I haven't received any notice of shipping.
I decided to check the reviews online, and the internet is flooded with people commenting about their frustrating experience with Grooni.
Based on the reviews online I decided to cancel the order and request a refund.
The process of cancellation and refund was very quick, that's positive from them. Despite the amount of negative comments about Grooni online.
