I emailed asking for how to apply for a refund for a rescheduled gig. Gemma at Gigantic Tickets not only replied within a couple of minutes, but arranged my refund straight away. She was very clear with the process, and was extremely helpful

I’ve used gigantic website many times for tickets. I had mistakenly bought tickets twice for the same event in January so emailed customer services. I was quickly refunded for one pair of tickets. A big thank you to Gemma for sorting my mistake out. The website is quick and easy to navigate even for an old codger like me😀

Brilliant value and customer service
Brilliant value gigs/concerts, and excellent customer service. When I lost the email with my tickets Gemma emailed me back immediately with replacements, it was stress free as it should be.
Terrible experience, stung by poor admin
Ordered tickets for a gig and received no email confirmation and page timed out, so reordered them. Turned out both transactions went through so explained the issue to customer service. They refunded the face value price, but minus £32.50 of their ‘labour, banking and admin charge’. Outrageous they would do this given the reason I reordered was because of their distinct lack of admin sending a confirmation (which never came). Left a complaint and no further reply back, so out of pocket £32.50 on top of the £132.50 for the tickets I kept, and Gigantic have pocketed £65 in admin fees… doesn’t seem fair.

We were unable to attend an event due to my little girl being unwell. Unfortunately we weren’t able to receive a refund as we did not cancel prior to the date however we were offered to transfer our tickets to another date.
This was great, it means we won’t miss out on a lovely family event and the lady I dealt with was extremely helpful. Thank you so much.
