Paid for refund insurance i couldn't attend due to a very sensitive illness which I've not even shared with family members due to the sensitivity I got a email from Amy? Refusing a refund unless I shared this sensitive information I completely understand people just decide to cancel for no genuine reason but my circumstances are not that I tried to explain but was basically told under no terms unless I disclosed the very sensitive information I wouldn't be refunded.. feel very let down with the almost bullying tactics shown in wouldn't recommend this company or it's ruthless policy! BE WARNED DON'T USE!!!

I bought refund protection for some tickets and, following illness, was paid back in full. Amy, the person I dealt with, was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the proof I was asked to give. To ask for a doctors note seemed very over the top- if you can't attend a concert because you're ill, it isn't a given that you have taken time off work and need a FIT note. Bothering a surgery to obtain one for this doesn't seem right.

Great customer service! I was worried about tickets that had to be mailed to me in Portugal. Natalie made sure my tickets could be picked up at the venue instead -- one less thing to worry about!
No choice picking area to sit
Could not see where the presale tickets were being offered, but as they were only just released, expected them to be a lot nearer to stage . Not happy being so far away at £46 each!
