I used them to buy tickets for Skindred in Oxford. Very easy to use and when I emailed them about an inquiry , Gemma replied promptly and she was very helpful.
Would highly recommend.

An excellent customer service…

An excellent customer service experience with Gigantic tickets for me today. In particular my customer service agent, Gemma, who genuinely empathised with my situation and worked to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
Automated on line ordering is great and efficient, but if a customer makes a mistake in the process it is always best resolved with the help of a great service rep.
That was my situation and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Dodgy company - poor refund policy

Be aware of this company and the suspicious positive reviews. I purchased two tickets to see Greg James and not able to attend due to medical reasons, even though I purchased the 'refund option' upon check-out.

A refund was refused because I did not share very personal medical information. This does not seem ethical - they're quick to take money and the 'refund option' money and do not offer a refund option!

Rude customer service from 'Amy' on email, and no phone number to call to speak with them.

I was sceptical about getting a refund…

I was sceptical about getting a refund for a concert I couldn't attend due to illness but had my faith restored whilst dealing with Amy at Gigantic.com
Once I'd explained the circumstances agreement to a full face value refund was almost immediate and I'd recommend this service wholeheatedly.

No refunds for change of mind.

Please be careful with their refund policy. I bought a ticket for Chelsea - Blue event by paying additional £7 for the refund. But then to see, we can’t ask for a refund if we change our mind. It was the 8th of April 2026 and the concert is on the 11th of June 2026. 2 months ahead. But still they don’t want to give the refund for a change of mind. Wouldn’t buy tickets from them going forwards.

Can I give 0 stars?
Company basically refused to give me a refund, after they refunded without asking i might add to a none existent bank account that I no longer have access to or even know what bank it was. They then say it will get returned when the bank returns it which is utter cobblers. They willingly and happily took the money, all I want is my money back in a suitable way but no, far to difficult for these corporate thieves to handle

Thank you for your response but yet again totally ignored the fact that the account my was closed and I have no access to it, don’t even know which bank it was. It’s been months now. All they’ve got to do is give me what is mine. Liars and thieves!

For security reasons, we can only process refunds to the original payment method.

If you still have the same account but just a new card, it will still go into the account.

If the account has been closed, please contact the payment provider directly to have the funds sent to your new account.

Alternatively, if the funds are returned to us, we can redirect them to your new account details once we have them.

Rearranged ticket issue.

Due to a friends funeral arranged on the same day as a booked event, I had to contact Gigantic by email to try and rearrange my 4x tickets for an alternative day. I wasn’t hopeful due to the event being only two weeks away, but Gemma sorted it promptly within an hour or so which I was very impressed with. Very friendly comms as well.
