We had tickets for a show, but due medical issues, we had to cancel. Had to give some evidence of the medical issues, but got a close to immediate refund.

Needs a Basket capability.
All works well except two things. It would be useful to have a basket. Checking out stages are always tiresome but that goes double when buying more than one ticket. And, Add to Calendar doesn't work on Outlook (on my Windows 11 PC that is) - nothing happens at all when I try to open the file. ics files usually work, Outlook is a popular Calendar system. It appears to work when I send the file to my phone (running Outlook) but fails to appear in the any calendar when I 'Add'.

I was a little iffy to buy what initially seemed like ticket insurance for this event I'm planning to go to soon because it has always been way more of a hassle when it's worth, so when my situation changed and I needed to cancel the tickets I thought I was in for a long email chain begging to get my money back. But today Amy got back to me promptly following my initial email letting me know that my refund was being processed. It was such a relief to not have to argue with anyone over legal jargon and the service just was what it said it was in a very uncomplicated way

Really disappointed with the service
Really disappointed with the service, the event is in 2 days. My tickets were transferred to o2 academy app. After logging in, no tickets are available. Gigantic phone number is ringing out, no reply to my emails and the boot live chat I've been trying from 9am this morning with no response. What a stressful time! I still hope i will get it sorted before the Epica concert.

Amy from the Refunds Team made what is a very disappointing week, much more bearable. I've been looking forward to attending a concert since booking in the autumn but, as a result of ill health, I've had to seek a refund.
