Not only did I have a smooth transition booking tickets for a gig but when I had to unfortunately cancel and request a refund I had nothing but fast replies and helpful aid from Amy in obtaining it.

No refund , we are both in our sixties on the day in question we both had colds , the weather was horrible we decided regarding our health we would not venture out into the cold wet conditions to visit the christmas market although the total cost was a miniscule five pounds Gigantic ticket insurance we paid for would not refund...

I had to change my tickets to accessible due to an injury which had to be done with the venue directly. As I didn't have refund protection but I was still attending the show I was told I should be able to get a refund. I provided details of my new booking to Gigantic and I had a very smooth refund process by Amy which was greatly appreciated. I expected to have a lot of back and forth! Pleasantly surprised :) and communication didn't take forever.

I received fantastic customer support from Gemma over the last couple of days to help me resolve an issue in making my payment plan payment for Belladrum 2026 tickets after the card I was using for payments was frozen by my bank after I was a victim of online fraud (not connected to Gigantic, or Belladrum). Gemma reassured me I wouldn't lose my tickets and helped me reset my account to a new card. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly and took the worry away.

Another company that you can't phone. At least they have email, but are not 24/7. Not great when things are time-sensitive.

So yea , I bought tickets as a gift n surprise for my sister who has now become ill and were are no longer able to attend due to her illness, when I booked these tickets I also paid for refund protection just for extra safety incase we couldn't attend . Bearing in mind even now the gig is still months away i asked for refund in plenty of time.
To be told I need to send proof of my sisters illness

You shouldnt have to provide documents to get your money back especially paying extra incase unforcene circumstances happens
