Helpful in both booking and refunding!

Not only did I have a smooth transition booking tickets for a gig but when I had to unfortunately cancel and request a refund I had nothing but fast replies and helpful aid from Amy in obtaining it.
Brilliant customer service and very professional all round!

Read the small print

No refund , we are both in our sixties on the day in question we both had colds , the weather was horrible we decided regarding our health we would not venture out into the cold wet conditions to visit the christmas market although the total cost was a miniscule five pounds Gigantic ticket insurance we paid for would not refund...

Great customer service from Amy

From my dealings with other companies I expected a long drawn out process to obtain a refund for my tickets. This was not the case with Gigantic. I had an immediate response from Amy who processed it straight away and kept me informed of progress. Great customer service. Thank you.

Refund query

I bought tickets from Gigantic but had to cancel due to illness .
Amy was amazing - walked me through every step and arranged a refund - even when I sent it back to PayPal by mistake . Amy went above and beyond to sort it out for me

Wonderful Work by Gigantic Tickets

Gemma from Gigantic Tickets responded almost immediately to my email regarding tickets for an event. She was very informative and professional and I was pointed in the right direction which got my query resolved very quickly. She’s an absolute credit to the Company.

Very kind and helpful from Amy

I had to change my tickets to accessible due to an injury which had to be done with the venue directly. As I didn't have refund protection but I was still attending the show I was told I should be able to get a refund. I provided details of my new booking to Gigantic and I had a very smooth refund process by Amy which was greatly appreciated. I expected to have a lot of back and forth! Pleasantly surprised :) and communication didn't take forever.

I have to say it’s the first time ever thst when I requested a refund it was dealt with with unbelievable efficiency, no trying to not give it to me , they were more than eager to help, Amy dealt with my request fantastically, I’m a very happy customer indeed

Happy to Help

Contacted Gigantic customer service for assistance with buying Access tickets, as the website wasn’t clear. Gemma was absolutely fantastic, very quick to respond and iron out the issues. I now have tickets to see my favourite band! Thanks Gemma, you’re a star!

Gemma helped with everything I needed to secure and purchase accessibility tickets. She was informative and supportive throughout and made it a very efficient transaction. I received fantastic customer support…

I received fantastic customer support from Gemma over the last couple of days to help me resolve an issue in making my payment plan payment for Belladrum 2026 tickets after the card I was using for payments was frozen by my bank after I was a victim of online fraud (not connected to Gigantic, or Belladrum). Gemma reassured me I wouldn't lose my tickets and helped me reset my account to a new card. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly and took the worry away.

Another company that you can't phone. At least they have email, but are not 24/7. Not great when things are time-sensitive.

I’d like to clarify that we do have a free phone number that connects you directly to our Customer Service team. We actually pride ourselves on the fact that when you call, you get straight through to a real person, no robots or automated menus to navigate first.

If your call wasn’t answered, it would only be for one of two reasons:

the office was closed (our hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday), or

if you called during office hours, we were experiencing a high volume of calls and couldn’t get to you at that moment.

Unprofessional theifes

So yea , I bought tickets as a gift n surprise for my sister who has now become ill and were are no longer able to attend due to her illness, when I booked these tickets I also paid for refund protection just for extra safety incase we couldn't attend . Bearing in mind even now the gig is still months away i asked for refund in plenty of time.
To be told I need to send proof of my sisters illness

under no circumstances should I have to send my sisters medical record to prove she ill just to get my own money back for tickets for a concert
Is this mob having a laugh what an invasion of privacy and dam right ignorance and disgusting behaviour from a company !!

I feel that I need to take this further as this company are 100% corrupt and day light robbers
You shouldnt have to provide documents to get your money back especially paying extra incase unforcene circumstances happens
Id avoid these theifs at all costs

I completely understand that this may feel frustrating, so I’d like to gently clarify how the Refund Plan works.

The Refund Plan is an optional extra that customers choose to add, and before confirming it, the website clearly explains that supporting evidence is required for any claim to be accepted.

This information is displayed before you complete your order, along with the statement:

“Supporting documentation must be provided to support your claim. Refunds will not be issued without the provided evidence.”

For medical-related claims, the terms specify that a FIT note from your GP is required. This wasn’t something added after your booking, it was part of the conditions presented at the time you chose to take out the plan.

We do have to request evidence for all claims, simply because the documentation helps ensure that refunds are issued fairly and consistently for everyone.
