Ordered a plush fish but the tail doesnt flip as advertised, so very dissapointed. However my cat still absolutely loves it! But item not as advertised, so avoid!!

Wagging fish dont wag
Wagging fish dont wag. Their website clear shows the fish wagging and the small on/off switch to use for this.
But it is just a stuffed toy. I emailed to let them know it was missing a vital part. Their reply was they only refund on defected products and this wasnt a defect.
So have just asked them that if a part is missing from their product and it isn't a defect, what is it.

So disappointing!!!!!!
Firstly I had to wait more than a month for a package they sent from Loa in Asia according to the tracking number to Thailand in Asia.
Secondly, they sent me the incorrect size.
Such a disappointment!!!!

Seriously, just don't bother. Save your money. Worst experience ever! Never received order. Inquired several times. It's a scam. Fortunately, I used a gift card to order. Never order overseas..ever again.

I ordered in October 2019. I never received my order(#GGG01735105). There have been numerous e-mails back and forth. The tracking number no longer works because it is over 120 days old...This is pretty awful customer service. No one should ever order from you. it is a complete scam! Shame on FaceBook for allowing it!

SCAM WEBSITE! Avoid!!
This website is an absolute scam, avoid it!! I ordered the "starry watch" from their website and when it finally arrived (several weeks later) the face is not the same at all so the watch doesn't even look the same as in the photo on the website and the quality is very very poor. The glass front was already chipped when it arrived which indicates it wouldn't last very long with daily use and just feels very cheap and badly made. To top it all off....It doesn't even keep time accurately!!
