After ordering this (my second bag in a different colour) I was very pleased with the quick turnaround on the order. I just love these bags.

As others have reported, the fence repair brackets I ordered after watching the promotional video that actually said that 'they were made from strong british steel, not the cheap type that comes from China' (I paraphrase, as I now cannot find the video!) My first concern arose when I received an email to track the parcel. It clearly identified the package coming from China. I then received another email at 08.00 stating the order had been delivered that day at 10.35 pm. While the brackets may look as though they might last, the screws and bolts are so thin, I will need to redrill the holes in the brackets to take stronger bolts and screws. Sold under false pretence!

When it arrived it looked well made but when we tried to hammer it into place the pointed end bent over. It could no longer be used unfortunately .

I bought 2 bird feeder with fountains neiher worked correctly one did try and make a water fountain the pther did nothing i cannot find any info on returning them on your site these bought them tis month April .having spent 30 pounds i expected more and better service

I bought 2 fence repair posts... What arrived was not the post that eas advertised and it WAS from China. These people obviously lie as a business and I DO NOT recommend them as they can not be trusted.

decided to put this fountain outside the patio soon as it arrived, the chain feels way sturdier than the last one I tried from the supermarket which snapped in a week. assembly went weirdly fast, actually surprised by how heavy the bowl is for its size.

Item poor quality. Polish watery and appeared to take ages to dry. Peeled off soon after application. Would not recommend waste of money. Took a while to be delivered

Absolute nightmare of a company, I ordered the vacuum sealer and bags, they sent it to wrong address, and Yodel have returned it to sender, in total I have sent 18 emails to Brittrove, and either been ignored or get a computerised response, never a real person, I have never received the item, and I am asking for a refund, but all I get despite issuing evidence from Yodel that its been returned is stupid questions like can we see return label, how can I show a return label when its Yodel who have returned it, I've given them the tracking number, but still I get a stupid question again, i will be reporting this to trading standards on Monday, and any other agencies, do not trust this seller please be careful

What a great little thing this . I had one yrs ago and it was huge. This compact and easy to use.

The knife is very sharp and handy. Clean it after use and put it in a safe place. I also wanted to thank the support team.

Prompt delivery and good communication. I can't imagine sewing without these needles they are marvellous. The thread is really good and the threader is very useful. If you have bad eyesight this is a must .

Thought the spray gun looked good and once I tried it with emulsion paint I was very disappointed as it failed to worked properly. The paint was thinned and the appropriate spray head fitted and the paint just spluttered out.
