When it arrived it looked well made but when we tried to hammer it into place the pointed end bent over. It could no longer be used unfortunately .

These are fantastic

These are fantastic. Great for carring aroud. Good sturdy construction. I have recently stopped smoking tobacco so the pen has been ideal for me. These took around 3 weeks to arrive so if you've ordered please be patient. I have now purchased another 6 of these on the buy 2 get 1 free offer & intend to give 4 as gifts to friends.

No refund... no customer service feedback

Purchased a jacket on 22 Sept which was advertised as XXL UK size 24 but does not fit. Requested to return item for refund. Advised not possible because of shipment costs and offered to swop for larger size. Larger size not available and still not able to get refund. Advised they would refund half the price paid and i must sell the jacket for the difference. I declined and requested full refund. No reply to numerous emails. NO refund and still no resolution

Bought a product 2 weeks ago

Bought a product over 2 weeks ago. Quick delivery they said !
Still nothing ! Will give it 2 more days before I go to trading standards and really make a scene. Disgusting daylight robbery.

Absolutely shocking service


Absolutely shocking service
they sent the wrong item and asked for photos and information of packaging to be sent now not responding to emails, no address label to send back or get a refund , Any further communication you send they simply come back to say that they have already responded.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, they sent the wrong item and then would not accept a return of offer a refund. They simply said I could gift it to someone else and they would provide a 20% discount off the next order. Any further communication you send they simply come back to say that they have already responded.
