facebook should ban these companies from advertising.
They trade under several different names, all showing goods in american dollars, so you think its coming from usa.
of course its China, too late once you have ordered.
No goods, no communication, tracking system doesnt work, hard earned money lost.
Crock of criminals....DO YOUR RESEARCH...DO NOT ORDER and complain to FB

Worst online seller ever!!! I didn't received my order until now it's been 5 weeks already, I told them that I wanted a refund 4 days ago and until now they didn't reply on my email. They kept on apologizing for the delay and they asked if I wanted them to reship my order but they just ignored my email..

So bad experience buying at Getgotgotten.com :( I bought 2 Power-Free Fluff Removing Rollers, and after 2 months waiting I received the order in very bad conditions with rusty and moldy metal.
I feel totally ripped off! They do not provide customer service support, and do not return the money back. Keep away from this website and do not buy anything at Getgotgotten.com!

I ordered a foundation (Mushroom air cushion CC head cream) before Christmas and hadn't heard anything and the tracking number they gave me didn't work. So I emailed them. They were great, they gave me another tracking number and kept up communications and apologized for delays over Christmas etc. I finally got the product and it was just as I hoped it was, so over all I am happy with Getgotgotten. I have ordered a different product off them so I hope that also arrives well.

They do no shipped on time, by the way I do not know if I will lost my money, never buy by this page

I wished I had did my research on this company before I ordered. I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them. I think I have been scammed. They don’t have a customer service line to accept emails. This is a sad shame to be allowed to put these kinds of advertising on Social media and they not be authentic. I’m sticking to reputable companies from now on. WARNING WARNING EVERYONE!!!!! This is a fake company! I am going to report them to the law and the better business bureau. Fake! Fake! Fake! I placed another order with another Co. The same day and my order came in 5 days! This is definitely not a real company. Sorry tales . Your day is coming!

If I could put no stars I would. One month and still waiting for my order.....

I ordered the wagging fish. I received plush fish that do not have batter packs inside to make them wag. There is nothing in the description of the product saying you can order with or without the wagging mechanism, however, there is one small thing to click on to get the wagging fish and without the website talking about the differences, I didn’t see it to know to chose it. They will not refund/exchange. It also took 8 weeks to receive when they advertise 2-4 weeks. Untrustworthy company. I will never purchase from again. They sent an email immediately after my order praising their customer service; they are a rip off!

Ordered in October... No product yet (now 3 months). They continue to stall on any emails asking for a refund. I wonder if anyone has ever received a refund from them! SCAM for sure..

Dont buy from these people I've been waiting and it's now 2months I keep getting the run around and trying to get my money back,there a scam and just take your money DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Don't use!!!! I was given a discount code which took the money off in the cart but when payment went through no discount and shoes more expensive than originally advertised. Immediately asked for a refund but was told too late as dispatched. Got email saying dispatched today 3 days later. Hoping to get money back through Paypal.

I have been waiting on an item which was ordered on 4th of November.Despite 5 emails, still no further forward.In fact they have stopped replying to my emails.Stay away from this company,they are conning many people out of their hard earned cash.They do not tell you at time of ordering that the goods are coming from China.

Product (wagging fish) not as advertised as missing component parts. Took ages to arrive and then without branded packaging.
Complete rip off, stay away from this company.

please stay away from this scammer company, I ordered some articles that they posted on Facebook and I paid via pay pal I never received the article, they provided me with a false tracking number and when I made the complaint to pay pal I did not receive help from pay pal they closed the case against me, from this moment I will no longer use the pay pal service.

I ordered hat and scarf set , they sent me the hat said that what I ordered , treat you like your at fault, I have put my complain to Pay Pal they should be banned and taken to court for fraud, the company that takes your cash is-SHE SWISH LTD so there probably supporting the scams

RIP off!! Do not buy from this company. Wagging fish are not as advertised and do not wag. In fact there are no components inside to make them wag at all just stuffed foam. Contacted company to complain and just received a “thank you for your feedback” email with no refund and no response to subsequent emails asking for a refund. A friend also had the same experience from this company. In my opinion not to be trusted or used again.
