Ordered early in January and still havent received anything. First time I've ordered online. What a bad experience. Never again.

SCAM!! I ordered two pairs of shoes 3 months ago, still not received them. I’ve emailed them six times and received reply’s initially but they have stopped mailing me back!

My bad luck I thought of purchasing runner from this website, I ordered in late December or early January but still haven’t heard anything, tracking number doesn’t help either.
I feel like cheated by this website...

Placed and paid for an order on 10th January and still not received it. The company is refusing to refund me and keep fobbing me off with there emails.

No goods received after a month and a half.

Took payment and never received the goods. They didn't answer multiple emails chasing the shipment. Do not use this website.

Enough said. Paid out but never received goods. Even had emails but all led to nought. Website taken down.

Similar to other reports. Ordered training shoes after Christmas, they were advertised through Facebook. Received confirmation of order and tracking advise. However, never received the training shoes nor was able to track the goods. Customer Services are not responding to my emails. THIS IS A SCAM. Wonderful hey, thank you Facebook for advertising a scam company on your site.

I purchased an item from a Facebook ad. Payment was taken immediately and I got confirmation emails. No delivery. Went back to the emails and the tracking links just took you to a courier website, no tracking numbers, no proof of postage. Sent an email chasing delivery was responded to saying they were looking into it asking for my patience while they did so. It’s been 8 weeks since order, all further emails and requests for refunds have gone unanswered. Do not use this site or this company.

Scammers! They sure take your money fast enough. But unfortunately that’s all they do well. Order never received. No reply to emails and inquiries via Facebook. Now the website is gone!

SCAMMERS! They will take your money and NEVER send your item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Initially placed an order in summer 2019, order received and was completely as described. I therefore took the chance and ordered a more expensive item from them in Nov/Dec 2019. Item has not been delivered, first email of 20th January 2020 responded to with the advice to wait 48 and contact them again if I hadn't heard anything. Today is 8th February and I have had not further responses to my now 4th email. Absolute disgusted with them

TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY THAT SHARE THE SAME NAME!! items do not get sent! Customer services are non existent!! Tracking provided does not exist and now neither does my order status!

Don’t buy from this company.. no goods, no update, no responses to communication .... am now having to resolve through PayPal... fingers crossed I get my money back..

Scam company. No details of owners, head office. No telephone. Just automated emails. Uses several trading names such as LetsgetThin, Loveliving, Acculus and sells cosmetics, beauty gadgets. Goods either dont arrive after weeks or items misdescribed and poor imitation of what was advertised. Uses social media platforms for ads.

I saw (and kept seeing) an ad for Beanie and Scarf Sets. They looked like a great idea that could help folks navigate the fierce Chicago winters. They were advertised in several colors and priced at $ 9.99. I ordered three sets in early/mid November, to give as Christmas gifts. After almost 6 weeks, I received ONLY the Beanies/hats. I therefore emailed Get Got Gotten several times and finally received a ridiculous response. They relayed I only ordered the Beanie and not the Scarf Set (while their advertisement clearly detailed and pictured the Set). Despite numerous emails, I was shocked and very disappointed to discover they NOT honor their own advertisement. So, their name appears to be appropriate ; dont Get Got Gotten.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! I've been waiting for almost 2 month and my order is missing. The worst part is seller doesn't care about, no refund, no update, nobody reply my emails So safe yourself, keep your money and DONT BY ANYTHING at Getgotgotten. I loose my money.

If there was a no star option I would have chosen that. I watched an ad that had a wagging fish toy for my cat. I was sent a cheaply made plush toy. What a joke!
