Keep asking for a refund as order is wrong sized and they kept sending tracking details.bow ignoring me

I have done an order more then a month ago and they are just answering me with general answers anbut the tracking number......
I have asked the money back but no answer!!
It is a fake company.....don't buy anything you will lose your money

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and paid with my credit card. We are in December and no parcels arrived in spite of their confirming that it was shipped and even quoted a tracking number. They tricked me well. Disgusting.

So finally got part of what I ordered back on June 11th. I have to say part because I ordered the saw with the extra blades and all I got was blades. Not to happy about that. $30 for a $5 item is b.s.

I. Ordered in January and as of today July 2020 I still have not received my package. But, if you pay with credit card you can call Your credit card people
and put in a complaint and they will credit back your account. You only have a certain number of days. So act fast and don’t get scammed like I did.

Meaning I waited too long to contact credit card co.
Meanwhile I will have to wait. Wish me luck!

Esta página es un verdadero fraude, se hacen pasar por comercio americano cuando son chinos quienes anuncian estos productos, una vez que te hacen el cobro en la tarjeta, te roban tu dinero y jamás te llega el producto que les compraste, luego te envían constantes mensajes por email diciendo que tú producto viene en camino y lo hacen para ganar tiempo y que el banco les autorice el pago, después supuestamente te dan números de rastreo de envíos falsos diciendo que la paquetería ya tiene el producto pero que no logran contactarte. Es un robo yo ya interpuse una denuncia penal por favor difundan este comentario para evitar que sigan defraudando a más personas

Ordered and paid for since January and up till date i have not seen nor heard from them. The last i heard was "your order is on its way".
I can't and will not recommend them to anyone.

Well it has been 5 months and I still have not received my shoes yet....No reply to my constant emails. Should have definitely checked them out 1st. Lesson learned, they will not get another penny out of me. I was flooded with emails from them to order more items but when I replied and stated that I had not received my items, they abruptly stopped emailing me. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau or the Police, Investigators or Someone. They should be blown out on CNN or Good Morning America News. When I see how many unsatisfied customers them scammed, this is a disgrace. I hope and pray that they be put to shame. Their payday is coming. They deserve a middle finger for their rating...At least give folks their money back.

Ordered on 16 Jan, chased in Feb again in March, was advised they were looking into it but by 23 April had nothing so asked for a refund and not even had a response to my mail. Raised a dispute via PayPal. Do Not order from this company, you will not received the good and they will not respond to e-mails

Thought, as others, I'd been scammed since shoes ordered in January hadn't arrived & I couldn't find any way of contacting them (website appeared to have disappeared). Happy to be proved wrong - SHOES ARRIVED TODAY!! Ok so they're not the greatest quality but they are comfortable AND they fit. Can only imagine huge backlog due to current situation & China slowly getting back to normal caused the delay.

Like everyone else I was ripped off by this company. Paid for a diamond applicator & diamonds as a craft gift for my granddaughter. Only received the diamonds (not the applicator), they are tiny compared to what was represented in the picture. The web site now seems to have been taken down altogether. They are probably trading under a different name as a previous poster mentioned. No chance of getting any refund - will just put this one down to experience. They don't deserve any stars!!!

I bought two Memory Chess games which have, after 3 months, finally arrived. I am devastated. The are supposed to be presents for my grandchildren, presents that I've bought because I can't see them due to COVID-19. However, these games are in absolutely no condition to be given as presents. They have arrived in a mangled state. The packaging is nothing more than a plastic bag which has allowed the boxes to bend, shred and break in transit.
Absolutely disgusted.

They don't even deserve half a star. They are a HUGE SCAM! Endless emails saying there was a delay and then heaps more trying to get me to buy more stuff, luckily I didn't. Low life people living off the hard-earned wages of us suckers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Unfortunately same as everyone else. Ordered 3 months ago. Told initial delay due to Chinese New Year. Chased it up few times now. Told to email customer service but got no reply. Then told that I had to phone carrier to arrange delivery, given a foreign phone number so didn’t. Argued that I’d paid for item and delivery. Again referred back to customer service.
Do not buy from them- keep taking people’s money and not delivering products.
Shocking, shouldn’t be allowed .

Do not buy from these they go under different names , PayPal have my payment under sheswish, bank shows it as smileyhomey, email is get got gotten, got confirmation of my order on the 8th of Jan, then loads of emails trying to get me to buy other stuff, next email was to say there was a delay due to Chinese New year. Emailed support for an update no answer so went through PayPal got a reply to say they had no order for me. Have now left it in PayPals hands

Exactly the same as everyone else ordered shoes never arrived. They were not exactly cheap, am disgusted a company can just take your hard earned cash & there is no consequence. Am gutted that I didn’t read the reviews, will not be buying anything if face book adverts again. They shud be checked out before being allowed to advertise on there. GUTTED! 😡😡😡😡

I haven't received the shoes I ordered on 17/01/2020, they emailed and said the shipment was delayed because of Chinese New Year, but, they have not responded to the numerous emails I've sent requesting an update....I guess it's either a scam or coronavirus...

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Haven't received my shoes,ordered on 13/1/20
Told to track them but never given a tracking no. NO response from,so called, customer service. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
