I got the product in time and it was well packaged.
I was skeptical before ordering because it was the first time I was ordering such a small computer. After two months of daily use, I am very impressed by the speed and overall action. Mini PC but maxi performance
Good experience with geekom. It was easy to purchase. And the mini pc is awesome. Very good features and the performances are more than expected.
Only drawback, it was a bit long to receive my mini PC, because it was no more in stock at the moment I purchased it.

Worse than bait and swith
Geekom took an order for a computer from me and withdrew the money from my Credit Card. The site had promised 3-8 business day shipping. At first they said that it was being assembled for shipping. But after 2 weeks they said that the order could not be completed. They offered store credit but I declined and asked for a refund. A week later I again asked for a refund. They have not responded at all to the 2 requests for a refund.
