Mein erster Mini-PC, A8 Max mit AMD-R7-8745HS, eine Wucht, ich bin sehr zufrieden.
Mit einem 28" Monitor läuft alles unter
Windows-11 Pro sehr geschmeidig.
Für Reisen könnte ein A8 Mini-PC mit AMD-R7-8745HS mit kleinem Touch-Monitor
völlig ausreichen.

I had an issue and needed to reset the IT12 mini. I contacted support @Geekom.ca and they directed me to a person at Geekom.tw who gave me complete instructions on how to address my issue. Very excellent service.

It is the best computer I ever had, fast relayable and relatyvly unexpansif for what you get - thanks Geecom

Online purchase was smooth, free gift with order.
Delivery was fast. A8 system Windows 11 install went fast, all drivers loaded. So far, system is very stable, no crashes, just some low fan noise every now and then.
I would like to see an update tool so that you don't have to go hunting for device drivers.

I purchased an IT12 Mini from Geekom. The initial computer failed to boot up after running a Microsoft Windows 11 update but when I contacted Geekom support, they were very helpful, first with trying to triage the problem, then once we determined that there was a hardware failure, they sent a replacement promptly. I’ve had no issues with he replacement since. I cannot speak to its gaming capabilities as I am not a gamer. The model I purchased did not come with a dedicated video card so likely not capable of any serious gaming.

I got my XT12 Pro back in April 2025, and it’s been amazing so far.
I use it mainly for design projects, and it runs super smooth and stays cool no matter what I throw at it. Never had a single issue.
The drivers work great right out of the box, and customer service has been awesome—quick replies and really helpful every time I had a question.

Totally happy with this little powerhouse!

Great PC so far with some initial stumbles (and frustrations) with the initial setup and install. Let me explain, if I were able to give a 4.5 star review that's what I would give...docking points for the install frustrations.

I purchased this mini PC on a Amazon Prime day as a replacement for an older i5 6600 frankensteined desktop used to run Photoshop, basic video editing software, Fusion 360, 3Dprinting slicing softwares, cricut design machine, coding and troubleshooting and productivity software....basically a jack of all trades computer set up in my shop. I needed something compact, powerful and reliable to replace my aging desktop....enter the GEEKOM GT1 Mega AI Mini PC:

I'm not going to lie, the initial setup was fraught with frustrations as the computer kept crashing and restarting due to multiple errors out of the box making me question my purchase. (I am rather tech savvy and so I can imagine someone with less technical abilities would want to return the PC or toss it against a wall). HOWEVER, After 1-2 hours of updates from Windows, Intel and other drivers...it starting smoothening out and the experience became SO MUCH more enjoyable.

Fast forward a week of using it daily and I having it setup with 2 side-by-side monitors and a wall mounted TV as a 3rd screen overhead (great for multitasking and/or multiple projects on the go...you can connect 4 displays with USBs+HDMI and possibly a 5th with a wireless display, I don't have enough screens to try that), it is seemingly solid thus far and chews through anything I throw at it. I ran it through some apps that slowed my previous i5 to a crawl and this thing powered through it much faster!

It performs quite well on some benchmark apps as wekk (sorry I dont have actual performance numbers for you but you can find that+performance specs through google / Geekom site).

Keep in mind this won't run circles around a true gaming PC with a dedicated powerful video card. For the size however, it punches up in its class!

What I like/ Pros:
-powerful and seems to have enough juice to power through most of my tasks (some intensive as well).

-Sleek case, nice packaging, excellent number of interface ports (HDMI,USB, Dual networks etc)

-I love the 4 display ports (can you connect to a 5th with the wireless display options? Dont have enough screens to test that sadly).

-Small and compact enough to mount under a desk or behind a monitor/on wall which clears up workstation.

What I dislike thus far:

-The initial setup was a hassle to update all drivers etc. Though this is normal with New PC setups, not a smooth experience. Take your time and install all the drivers (most of it is all automatic however you will have to check for all updates).

-When power/processing power required is higher. the fan noise is noticeable....not overly loud mind-you but not silent. Day to day operations are quieter though. You are able to also choose power settings and tweak BIOS settings are needed.

OVERALL Review and opinion:
If you are looking for something for day to day emails, browsing, playing videos etc...this is too powerful/costly to justify the price. Geekom (or other companies have less powerful and less costly options for you).
If however you are looking for something that is seemingly solid, powerful, compact, well designed, has lots of ports/options, multiple displays etc...then I would recommend this mini-PC based on my experience thus far even considering the initial setup headache. If you know your way around computers and need something that ticks the boxes above, go for it! So far I'm impressed!

After doing quite a bit of research, I chose to purchase my next mini pc from Geekom because of the superior value offered and overall quality of the products offered. I liked the solid metal body, the expanded number of ports and the overall value as well as the extending 3 years of support. Overall the pc is performing well and within expectations. Unfortunately, my unit the Bluetooth does not work no matter what I tried to do. After contacting Geekom tech support, they offered some solutions, however none really helped restore the Bluetooth function. I then asked Geekom for a replacement WIFI/Bluetooth card, but unfortunately they said that I should find and buy one on my own. They would then reimburse me if I provided them with proof of the purchase and only if they approve the cost. I felt this was not really what you would expect from a warranty for 3 years and so I did not pursue this alternative. The pc continues to work well, although a bit slow on start up, but acceptable save and except for the lack of Bluetooth functionality. I just recently bought a second mini pc with similar specs from a competitor and this turned out to be an excellent choice.

A8 bought in Nov 24 has preformed very well. It replaced a full size Windows 10 Desk Top and is much faster. Graphics are great.

Very happy with my purchased from Geekom. I purchased two mini computers to replace my large office towers when upgrading from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro.

They are small and compact, set up correctly and take up very little space. No issues and suit what's needed.

You definitely need to add a docking station and/or hub as it's compact size does accommodate a fair amount of ports but it gets tight to plug everything in.

So easy to set up and add external gear. I bought two Geekom units this time to add to the one I have already been using for audio production, so I now have a total of three. I was concerned about how well it would handle the stress of a multi track recording with an array of plugins, but I need not have worried. Plays back projects with more than 100 tracks flawlessly

I was skeptical about such a small PC. I have limited space in my office. This was the best option available and it doesn’t disappoint. I did contact support with a minor question and they were amazing.

Great experience, web site clear and useful. Product information is complete and well explained. Shipping was fast, product was well protected and well it looks great. I will buy there products again, recommended.

Bought the A5. It was in my price range and had the components I wanted. There have been no technical issues with the PC and I enjoy working with it on a daily basis on a variety of different projects and doing lots of streaming. These are great PCs and take up a lot less space on my desk.

Highly recommend this company and product. Product came as advertised. It is compact and powerful. The price point is economical, we are looking at getting more when we have to replace machines. No brainer......

I replaced my older computer with an Air 12 three months ago. Everything went very smoothly and the new computer works like a dream. Overheathing is a non-issue. It was so satisfying that I bought another Air 12 for my wife, who also loves. Also support has been quick and efficient. Overall rating : at least 100%...

I run two monitors and a sound system with my Mini Air12. Boots up immediately and runs all day even in the heat without any problems. It's small and very quiet. Love it. Shipping from China to Canada was very easy and quick. Easy setup. I will probably buy another one when my windows 10 computer dies.

I found GEEKOM by chance, through a search for small-form-factor PC's. I was blown away by the high-end components incorporated into such a small package. My GEEKOM A8 Mini PC with Ryzen 9 has been amazing, both in performance and in added portability. The purchase experience was extremely easy as well, with fast delivery. Highly recommended.

I was getting a tad nervous about win10 coming to an end and my old laptop didn't qualify. Found Geekom and figured and just went for the least expensive and delivery was fast and I had it fired up and easily began transferring data. I stopped using it for awhile and it wouldn't start one day... no video. Tech support was great but could only offer to replace it. Great!! and I upgraded to a better unit.
