Good for bike training application…
I had and old computer that can't run some bike training application (MyWoosh, Rouvy, etc). After I received that Geekom with Win11 and Intel I9 processor it work perfectly at the first try. Since then I'm able to train daily. Also it take much less space on my desk. I'm thinking of replacing my wife's PC.

Received an A6 Mini computer as a…
Received an A6 Mini computer as a replacement for the A5 Mini which I had purchased one year prior. The A5 died suddenly and on contacting Geekcom to find an authorized repair centre was advised to return the unit for replacement. It took about a month for the replacement to be received as we had a little negotiation when they offered the A5-2025 model but when I pointed out that the specs on the 2025 model did not meet the specs on the original A5 they offered the A6 in replacement. Faster machine and have been very satisfied with both the original A5 and the replacement A6. Never did find out what killed the A5 but hopefully the problem has been resolved on the newer models.

I purchased the A5 2025 Edition in June 2025 and It has handled everything I have thrown at it so far. It's super quiet and very energy efficient. I especially like how compact the unit is and the fact that I can mount on the back of a very large 4K TV. Everything has worked flawlessly except for the range on the Bluetooth. This is due to the fact my keyboard and mouse are about 10'/3m away and that this product has an internal antenna. I decided to upgrade at a very low cost to a Bluetooth 6.0 external USB device and that solved the problem. I did contact Geekom and they were very helpful. I wish I could give partial stars because I feel the unit is almost perfect, but not quite a full 5 stars. I highly recommend both this product and Geekom as a company.

The price is what first attracted us
The price is what first attracted us to the Geekom mini pc but its performance is why we’ll buy more. It was easy to purchase and arrived quickly. It’s fast and quiet and has the right type and amount of ports we need. We are very pleased with the mini PCs especially since they came with Windows 11 Pro installed. Will buy again.

Small Size, Big Performance but deficiant customer service
I bought this mini computer in February 2024, and since then, it has become my daily companion. Honestly, I didn’t expect to be this impressed by such a small device. The Geekom 1T12 (MiniAir 12 SE) is compact, discreet, and almost silent — you can barely hear a soft fan noise, just enough to remind you it’s working, without ever being.annoying.
In terms of performance, there’s nothing to complain about. I use it every day for everything: browsing, work, a bit of photo editing, and streaming. It has never failed me — no crashes, no slowdowns. After several decades of owning all kinds of computers (and losing patience with more than a few), this one is, without a doubt, my favorite
What I especially like is its simplicity: it takes up no space on the desk, starts up quickly, stays cool, and runs efficiently. In short, a reliable, quiet, and surprisingly powerfull little machine for its size.
In summary: the Geekom 1T12 (MiniAir 12 SE) is a small marvel of simplicity and performance. If you’re looking for a compact, silent, and trouble-free mini PC, this is an excellent choice. However, their customer service is deficient. I've been waiting for several weeks without success for a problem to be resolved. I'm sorry to deduct two stars. I am still awaiting in dec 2025......

Reliable and Great Value Mini PC
I purchased a Geekom mini PC with an i7 processor, and it has been an excellent choice. The product is reasonably priced and delivers supreme stability for office applications, even when my work occasionally involves graphics. Delivery was quick, and after using it for 9 months, I haven’t experienced a single glitch. Overall, a very reliable and cost-effective solution.

Awesome little workhorses!
Purchased two different systems, an Intel one and an AMD one. They both showed up quickly and both worked out of the box. I have one setup for my TV (the Intel) and the AMD is my daily driver. Running dual monitors! Can also do some light 1080p gaming on it as well with the AMD integrated graphics and just sips power at under 60 watts! Would recommend these systems! You can also attach the computer to the back of your monitor with the included bracket!

Compact, Expandable and Great Performance
I run a tech support and creative business, and the GMKtec NucBox K8 Plus has been a game-changer. It’s fast, quiet, and handles everything from spreadsheets and browser multitasking to graphic design in XARA and Photoshop without breaking a sweat. I’ve got it running dual 4K monitors and a pen display—no lag, no heat issues. The dual 2.5Gb LAN and USB4 ports make networking and device mapping seamless. It’s compact enough to mount behind a screen but expandable enough to grow with my needs. If you need serious performance in a small footprint, this is it.

Huba Haba HUB!
The hub's main benefits are expanding a single USB port into multiple ports to connect multiple devices, centralizing connections and reducing cable clutter. It improves organization and workflow by making it easier to connect and manage multiple devices like printers, external hard drives, keyboards, and cameras – all of which can work simultaneously.

Top support and help over a couple of incidents very good
Great support and help over a couple of problems. My only 'complaint' would be that, in one case, geekcom needed my PC sent back to them for replacement rather than send me one and return the failed device. But they did replace it rapidly - without that much delay. One week. And as it happened replaced with the next model up since same model was out of stock.
All in all pretty good! I plan to buy a device for my wife in the new year.

Geekom AS6
The mini desktop I bought was AS6, it has worked great so far, run smoothly but when it is under heavy load, it's very noisy. I guess all mini computers are noisy because they can't dissipate the heat fast. When it comes to Customer Service, Geekom is not so great, most of their agents don't know much about computers, didn't help at all.

The best computer I have ever owned.....
This is easily the fastest and easiest computer I have ever used.
A simple setup, amazing speed, and so easy to operate. I would buy a dozen more if I could.
I would recommend purchasing this as your next computer.
You will not be disappointed.

Size is not an issue. Small is beautiful.
Because of the use of Windows 11, I bought a new mini-PC Geekom XT 12 Pro. I think I have made the right choice; the construction is solid; and the cooling system is excellent. It is about 1/50 of the size of my desktop but running almost as fast as my high end desktop. I strongly recommend the purchase of this computer.

All in all, a good experience with Geekom
In Nov 2024 I ordered a Geekom mini-pc. I was pleased with the service (immediate refund for my mistaken order), and received the correct mini-pc in good time. I have been appreciating using this computer for almost a year, and although Windows 11 is a pain in some ways, the computer itself far surpassed my non-professional expectations.
