I was a little nervous about buying a binder as it was my first one, but after emailing customer service and having them help me out with sizing and any other worries I felt so much better! The tracking of my order was accurate and it arrived when they said it would. The binder itself is great quality and seems to be the right size for me. Would definitely recommend!

Nice product, good customer service
The first binder arrived quickly. My teenager found it very comfortable but we needed another one to swap when the other was being washed. The second one was delivered, but not to us. I contacted customer service, they quickly responded. They said we could work with our credit card co. about it or they could give us a 50% discount. I appreciated the discount offer as it wasn't the company's fault either. I hope they complain to the post office or change who they ship with. After 5 days someone left the package on our porch so we did not use the discount. I would recommend the product and the company, but not the post office!

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER
WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! dont ever buy from this site! They are the worst!!!! I ordered a binder long ago that never arrived. Tracking said it had been delivered, but somewhere elsewhere! I never got notified about my order and when i tried to contact costumer support they never replies when i asked for refund!! I mailed them 4 times.
The only time they did replie, they only told me to check Tracking or my local post office, witch i already did beforehand! Not helping! They scammed me for my money!

Shipping is an Absolute Hassle
I ordered a binder that was too large, and went to return it. I am now being told that I not only have to provide my own package, I am also expected to pay the return shipping and postage, and once I get my store credit, I will have to pay for shipping AGAIN. At that point that's nearly the cost of another binder, all because I didn't get a "size suggestion" from them. I looked at the sizing chart and followed their directions. I'm very dissapointed.
