Avoid at all costs. I brought a binder at the end of may costing £40. Sent it back two days after it was received as it was far too small. Even tho we used a tape messure to get the right size. I then got a reply in July saying I can't have a replacement size,or a refund! It is now August and still no reply off them. They were good enough to give me a %25 discount code off my next order. Jokers. Would never give it even one star robbing gits.

My binder is faulty and has become unusable within a month and I have already sent two complaints one has been unanswered for 5 days the other 4 days and I am pissed off I think there deliberately avoiding my messenges. it does not take this long for them to send a reply any other time they have responded within 3 days and now that there's something they don't want to deal with being said all of a sudden they are not responding I'm not stupid I know what there doing. So if your looking for a binder go somewhere else because if yours ends up being faulty you not gonna from them.

I ordered a binder from this company on June 7th! It took about 3 weeks for the binder to even arrive.

They suggested a wrong size for me, so I sent my binder back, which was received by them on binder was received by you July 10.

I sent 2 follow up emails Monday July 19 with no response. Re-sent it again on Thursday and AGAIN no response.

The lack of correspondence from this "company" is beyond ridiculous.
Today is Today is JULY 27th and Still no response from them or an indication when the binder will be sent out.
That makes it "7" whole weeks, since my initial order date!! And still no binder in my hand.

Since it literally takes them almost 2 weeks ++ to respond per incident, at this rate I will get my exchange item for Xmas.

Seriously, when people's money is involved, it's called conducting a "business", but they are conducting is more like a side hobby!

And I wouldn't be surprised if the exchange binder is too small too, based on the initial size recommendations by the company being completely off.

Go somewhere else for a binder, this company is TERRIBLE.

Very, very disappointed in this company. I ordered my binder 3 weeks ago- not only is it still listed as in "pre- shipment", but customer service still has not responded to my inquiry from four days ago. I saved up to buy this binder and was so excited- Ill never order from this company again.

Habe am 15.06. bestellt inkl. premium Versand (kam nicht rechtzeitig an weshalb ich es nicht aus der Postfiliale abgeholt habe). Dann sollte ich nochmals 22€ für den Zoll bezahlen.
Ich habe mich bereits am 23.06. per E-Mail gemeldet und nach fast 2 Wochen immer noch keine Antwort weshalb ich nochmals am 28.06. geschrieben habe.
Ich hätte gern mein Geld inkl. Versandkosten zurück, da die Lieferzeiten nicht eingehalten wurden.
Sehr schlechter Service.

I ordered one of these and measured the way they tell you and when it arrived it was WAY WAY to small after asking for a replacement 2 sizes bigger they charge ANOTHER £9 postage.

Overpriced Binders that simply don’t give a flattening affect they claim they do.

I ordered last month from this site, since it had a lot of good reviews etc., that being said, I had an awful experience.
I wanted to change the order (since the measurements aren't that correct) and they didn't do a full refund. I asked for the points on the site but I had to repay for a percentage.

Edit: they gave me a refund but not the total. I spent 50€ and they gave me back just 30€ bc they don't refund the shipping.
Now i wasted +20€(for the shipment to change it etc)
I hate it.

Absent customer service. Just automated responses.

the binders are in completely the wrong sizes, there attitude towards customers is very unwelcoming. the binders smell like burnt plastic then after a few washes smell like urine. i gave up after 3 returns and am stuck with an oversized binder i wear around the house, its already tearing after a few weeks of wear.

Ordered a binder on 27th December last year it came in January and I needed to return because the size was too small, despite following the sizing chart to a t. I sent it back on the 9th of Jan for a replacement with a larger size, only heard back from them on the 21st saying they had received it. I received no email when it was processed I haven't had my exchange or a refund or store credit and I emailed them back for support and got an email from a second hand company saying I needed to wait 3-5 days for a response from their support team. Utterly useless. They're a company made by trans people for trans people, they should know that this kind of waiting when you have dysphoria is not helpful and be on top of things, they either need to hire more workers or just get their head in the game.

Ordered a Binder over 3 weeks ago and Still haven't received it or a response from the company about the status of my order. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Very slow to get into contact and took around a month to process the order, rather than the 3-5 days stated.
Finally got confirmation after contacting the help page.
No replies to my emails though

The quality and safety of these binders are amazing (I didn't get a racerback, I got a white 4xl original). I ordered several binders off of Amazon which were incredibly dangerous. This binder is MUCH safer than most on the market if you get the right size. I don't feel nearly as breathless when I'm walking around, and I had no issues with shipping. I've had it for almost 6 months and it has held up very well. These are more expensive than your "run of the mill, amazon" "lesbian male chest binders" you find online (if you've serached, you know exactly what I'm talking about). But it is TOTALLY worth it. A TOTAL game changer.

I ordered 2 binders a few weeks before Christmas and never got them. I contacted customer service and they just sent me this impersonal email basically blaming the post office. I asked for a refund because I still don't have the binders and they haven't replied. It's so frustrating. I will never buy from them again and I definitely don't recommend them. Their customer service is garbage and they're literally just stealing money from people.

Got my 1st binder yesterday! Got a 4xl tank one. Don't have any problems with binds really well! I finally feel comfortable with myself.

Had some problems with payment but otherwise it went well.

*I´ve now recived the binder and it is well worth it!
its comfy and does not hurt the slightest.

would recomend!

*Have now bought a second binder and sadly it stained blue from a shirt i wore the first time using it and the shipping took longer along with being 10/15$ more expensive after i bought it, probably something to do with the post office or wathever but keep that in mind.

Habe mit meinem ersten Geld mit sofort einen Binder hier bestellt (Bzw auf der amerikanischen Seite) der Versand war ziemlich lange und anders wie mein Kumpel musste ich noch extra Zoll bezahlen was auch nicht wenig ist da Binder und Versand nicht gerade billig ist und das trotz 10$ Coupon. Wenn ich hier wieder einen Binder bestellen sollte dann entweder im sale oder mit einen 25$ Coupon (und ggf Rabatt sale) sonst wahrscheinlich nur gebrauchte obwohl die auch sehr teuer gehandelt werden trotz dessen dass sie gebraucht sind. Support war sehr nett auf Nachfrage bezüglich der Größe.
