Gc2b was the only brand of binder I've ever worn. I was pretty good about binder rules. Took breaks, didn't go over 5 hours. Didn't exorcize or sleep in them. Only wore them a couple times a week. The second I felt discomfort I stopped wearing them entirely. Two days later began the start of an excruciating pain that would only get worse every day until it capped after two weeks and remained for over 6 months. I didn't return to "normal" until a year had passed and even still, I can't wear anything remotely restrictive, including bras, without the pain returning.

I’ve honestly never had a problem with them and I’ve been using them for 3 years. Reading through others reviews, it sort of sounds like they got confused with the sizing chart and accidentally got the wrong size. I’ve bought 15+ binders for myself and friends who cannot purchase them and 0 of 6 people had any issues with theirs other than one of my own becoming thin after 2.5 years of near-everyday use.

Note: I’m a BIG guy, I’m XL and the binders have never been painful or too tight unless I was exercising, wore it too long, or it was but in the dryer (only happened once, teach your parents how to wash a binder lmao)

I ordered a binder from gc2b because they didn't list polyester on the website as fabric content. It turns out that the binder does, in fact, have polyester in it. It is listed on the label, but not on the website. I cannot wear polyester as it gives me contact dermatitis. They also say they don't do refunds-only returns or exchanges, but I can't wear anything they make, so I actually need a refund.

The sizes are the first issue. There is so much variation allowed in each size that sometimes you will buy one size, and it will genuinely be the same size as the next size up. But that's the least of my worries. These used to be AMAZING, but the quality has gone way down and these aren't even safe to wear anymore! People are getting bruised ribs wearing their properly sized binder for only 3-4 hours! That's less than half of what they say is safe!
Until they make their binders safe again I cannot in good conscience reccomend these no matter how much I used to love them. Thanks for reading<3

I ordered my binder in June 2022 and didn’t arrive until August 2022 (I had to wait 2 whole months for it). I wore it for about 2 - 3 months before it became uncomfy and some of the stitches on the strap started to come undone. One of my friends (who’s ask trans masc) ordered their gc2b binder way before me and we both agreed that the quality had greatly declined. DO NOT waste your money here, it’s not worth it

I hate gc2b. They were great for a bit until their quality just started to rapidly decline. I got my first binder from them just under 4 years ago and it was great. I felt insane amounts of gender euphoria while still being comfortable. That binder lasted me about a year and a half of daily wear, swimming, exercise, and being tossed around until I figured it was time to get a new one. I had gotten the large half black racer back binder previously and I liked that style so I bought one half black and one half nude no.5. I did take a look at the sizing chart since it was my buddy who had selected it since he was the one helping me out with picking one out. I tried to look at the tag but understandably it had rubbed away and I was stuck with the chart. I measured a 36 chest size and a 17 shoulder width (no longer my sizing). It was marked as mostly on the medium side so I figured that's what would've been best. I ordered them and after about a month of waiting they came. I couldn't even get them over my head. I sent them back which wasn't a big deal (although I've heard horror stories about this process) and got the right size in return. My large binders started to stretch and break very early on. I only had them for around 6 months before I needed new ones. No biggie. Maybe I didn't take good enough care of them. Got another set of the same ones, same thing happened. I couldn't believe what was happening but at this point I had been loyal to this company for 2 and a half years so I decided to repeat this process 2 more times. Now here we are today. I had bought my 6th rotation of binders around 2 months ago. I was starting to get tired seeing as I've spent around $850 on binders in the past 4 years. They had just been getting worse and worse. Now after only 2 months of having these new ones, they no longer bind for me whatsoever. I have to scoop up my boobs every 10 seconds. My chest is not flat. I know I have the right size because on the first day of having them, they fit perfectly. I've noticed my chest hurting after taking it off. I've had enough. I am no longer buying from gc2b ever again. My recommendation is to buy from fytist, underworks, or spectrum.

I am going to be very honest, i don’t recommend it for people who are big. I fit a size L, but the first time i ordered from GC2B i got XL half binder, because i didn’t think L would fit me. The XL was TOO small for me. It would fit someone who is a medium. I try again, i buy a 2XL half binder, that fit me well, i knew it was my size in binders. So I decided i wanted something new, i got a tank in 2XL, it did not fit me, it would not even budge, remind you i am a size L but i had to go TWO sizes bigger. The sizings are so off and GC2B needs to do better.

Never got my binder, my sister ordered it in may for me, was supposed to arrive in July. Never came. Don’t waste your money. My sister still hasn’t gotten a refund.
Bad company.

My partner got one of gc2b’s binders around 2020 so it took about 3 months to arrive. The binder itself seemed to work and wasn’t too uncomfortable so I got myself one early may of 2022 with the expectation that it was going to take a few months to arrive as well.
I waited patiently for about 2 months before deciding to check and make sure it was still on its way. The website the company provided for tracking orders wasn’t able to recognize my tracking number and I had to spend 20 minutes navigating their website until I found the correct link and downloaded the tracking app that they use. The app said my binder was being shipped so I left it at that and continued waiting. I check a couple weeks later and it says that the package has been lost. I send the company an email asking for help with my issue and I never ended up getting a reply back.
Another month goes by without any updates on my order so I go to check the app again and it says that the binder has been delivered when it definitely wasn’t. I tried contacting the company again and they tell me that my package is insured so I should be able to get another binder sent or a refund. I follow the link and put in my tracking info only to get a message saying that, “the window for reporting an issue closed on July 6th.” Which I would’ve been able to do had the company replied to my original email asking for help finding my package.
So gc2b took my money and wasted my time. I’ve received better management and customer service from sketchy meth-heads on eBay than I did with this company.

Took TWO months (it was returned back to them at some point by mistake) for the binder to arrive and even then it was way too small to even put over my head (probably two sizes too small) even though I checked the sizing chart and everything. Only redeeming quality was that the customer assistant was nice. But even then!!! They can’t do refunds, only exchanges. I’m not waiting another two months, not worth wasting your money.

Gc2b is the only company I’ve ever bought binders from and unfortunately I’m now looking into a different place to buy them from. As most others have said, they used to be great. My binders have lasted me for years. A few months ago I bought a new binder, and within days the threads tore. I bought a 3xl as that is the size I’ve always worn. The 3xl I have from years ago still fits and binds my chest just fine. The new 3xl binder doesn’t bind at all. My gender dysphoria is unbearable in the new binder as I don’t pass as a guy at all in it due to me having a large chest size. I just hope I can find a company that works before the binder I have gives out. I’ve relied on them for years and I really hope their products improve again.

gc2b was the first place i ever bought a binder from (roughly 2016), so admittedly i have a soft spot for them. they were the only place that had swim-proof binders, the only place that had a binder in plus sizes (at the time, idk about now), and they did a fantastic job at binding my chest - you know, the thing it was meant to do.

it's such a shame to see an lgbt-owned company release such garbage, especially when they used to deliver such high-quality products. my first binder lasted me until the end of high school (2019), and now i'm hearing stories about peoples' binders ripping only weeks or even days after purchase. i even saw a tiktok of someone showing off a stain that looked like blood on their newly purchased gc2b binder. ripped seams also seem to be common, as well as incorrect sizing.

i was looking into buying from gc2b again until i saw the reviews and other people showing off the poor quality of their items. suffice to say i won't be buying from them after all.

for those who are looking to buy a binder: try underworks, shapeshifters, or look into other shops on your own. just probably don't shop gc2b. they need to get their act together, and their customer base is gonna keep dwindling until they do.

Terrible customer service. I have bought two binders before and they were both size L and fit perfectly. Bought a new one and it was also supposed to be size L but it was more like a S or XS. Tried contacting them three weeks ago about returning/changing to a different size and never got a reply. Also it's really expensive to buy one if you live in the EU. (My binder was over 60€ after customs.)

They're okay. The size I got is a little too small and it was definitely a pain dealing with customer service. I can't say whether it's a good binder or not bc this is the first and only one I've ever had. The tightness doesn't really bother me now that I've worn it enough and it's p sturdy. The fabric is okay it's a little bit uncomfortable but not too bad ig. The only thing that really annoys me about it is that like in the photos it's supposed to be smooth on ur chest all the way to the edge of the fabric but mine sticks out bc the edge of the fabric is kinda hard. It's annoying bc I can see the line under my shirts. I ordered 1 back in 2021 during the beginning of the year and they said it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive bc of covid and the holidays which I respected but during the time I was waiting for the package the tracking info just kept saying it was still at the wearhouse for like 3 months straight. During the 6-8 week mark I emailed them 3 times about it and they kept saying they didn't know what happened and that I should go to my post office to check and that they'll send me a second one but if I get the two packages I need to send one back. They never offered to pay for the shipping to send it back. Neither package came by the 9 week mark and th tracking info still said it was in the wearhouse so I told them I'm gonna call my bank for my money back and report them to the BBB and a couple days later they sent both packages by the 10th week. I was trying hard to be understanding but judging by the rest of the reviews on here I'm not so sure I should try to be anymore. If you can I'd suggest buying somewhere else. They simply aren't worth the time nor money...

I recommend not buying anything from Gc2b terrible company, they lye to your bank so than your bank doesn't refund your money for a lost/missing item and the company itself won't refund you they just want to replace your item terrible customer service

I got one the thred is already coming loose it came 4 sizes to smal and it’s brakes my ribs as well as the texture is ikky

Absolute garbage. Friend has one from pre-2018 and it's wonderful so me and roomate just bought 2 in the correct(?) sizes for us. I bought XL. It's too small, doesn't bind, armholes so big my boobs stick out. Tried on a friends XXL and it was so big that it sagged in the front. I'm clearly in-between sizes and I couldn't have known that until trying the XL. I do partially blame myself for not checking the refund terms but it seemed like COMMON SENSE with such a sensitive item!? Do they want me to hurt myself? Maybe they just got too many refunds due to bad quality product since it was so much worse then in 2018. genuinely upsetting because we spent over $80, and that's alot for our income level so now we can't go get a better binder.

It does bind, but only a little bit, my chest became half the size, that means I still have a pretty large chest especially for my body type, if I was born a boy my chest would NEVER been this large for my body type. And honestly my chest looks as large as it did after 1-2 years in puberty. It really doesn't look like I have a binder on, or that I was born with no chest. It just looks like I don't have as big of a chest as I usally have. The shipping took a pretty long time and was expensive beacuse I live in Europe. It was not worth it, and I am so close to crying. But idk maybe binders just aren't meant for people with larger chests. I ordered a size L, I would not recommend this for anyone with a larger chest.

Two years ago I ordered a binder from them. Incredibly well made garnment, wore it for 2 years straight with barely any tear and very comfortable.
So, fast forward to the present, I decided to buy a bunch more. Dumped over 200$ on them. Worst decision I ever made.
First off, their sizing has apparently changed, despite their charts not reflecting this. Their material for the binders also changed, it is not a much more low quality plastic - it smells awful and leaves rashes on your skin. Not to mention one of the binders I bought straight up began falling apart barely 3 hours after getting it. The straps are incredibly uncomfortable too.
Do not buy from them. Overpriced items that don't perform as advertised and literally break while you're holding them. I suggest you buy from Underworks or Spectrum instead..

Parcel never arrived, they never refunded or sent another. I even protected my parcel with route and still nothing, I’m from the UK so this was a waste of £20 shipping. Route then didn’t approve my claim that I never got it.
