Their price has gone up and quality has gone downhill in recent years. I used to have a bunch of medium binders that fit fine, I ordered two more medium ones and now I can't even get them over my shoulders. Their size chart has not changed to reflect this. They only let me return one binder but luckily I'm a sewist and can force the other one to fit me. I've seen people complain about seams bursting on the newer binders - it's because they've increased their stitch length to a mile long and aren't using stitches you should ever use on stretch fabric. If you must order from here take your measurements and order one size or two up but it's best to take your business elsewhere if you can.

I ordered a binder which they recomended me because I didn't know what size to get due to having a large chest bust small waist, they also told me that if it is too big they would exchange it for free. It was way too big so I contacted them, now, three weeks later I still haven't got an answer even though they answered my first mail within a day. I have emailed them multiple times because I somewhere red that emails can get lost if they aren't answered in two days. I starten an own exchange on their website, but when I try to download the prepaid lable that is sent to my email I cannot download it. I wrote to them last week about this but did not get an answer. Next week I'll not be able to return it if I haven't got an answer because you can only exchange it within 30 days. Such a bad experience and around 40$ down the drain.

Really bad, my friend got one 3 1/2 months ago and it just broke while we were having a conversation. I suggested it to them because everywhere I went said that this was supposed to be the best. I guess not

Terrible. I've had one of their binder its held up pretty good I ordered another and paid for quick shipping it was supposed to be here three days ago and it havent even gotten to ups yet. I'm angry this is unacceptable I emailed them and got no reply. Will not be ordering from them anymore

i've had a good experience with my tank binder so far. i got it in january and it's currently march and barely any issues (including zero ripping). i've only had one binder before but this was my tightest one and made my chest feel and look flat (make sure to wash often, it will get loose over time but washing it will make it tight ish again). my only suggestion would be for them to improve the part covering the side breast, that pokes out and is hard to adjust into the binder despite the binder being my accurate size. it isn't visible as long as you're not wearing tight clothing. also the shipping is awful and hopefully that will be improved in the future considering most of us trans people are broke.

many of these reviews are surprisingly bad, if you aren't comfortable getting gc2b bc of its reviews i would recommend underworks (haven't tried from there but i've heard good things). dont get a binder from amazon, those are absolutely useless, barely bind, and rip easily.

This is the single worst business I have ever dealt with. Gc2b makes shoddy binders, has terrible communication, and will steal your money.

I contacted them for sizing advice (and included measurements), received quick reply from Rohan suggesting size L. I ordered 2 as Xmas gifts for my 16yo. They were waaaay too small (kiddo is 4’11 and 120 lbs), emailed about return or exchange.
It took me 2 weeks and 3 more emails to the company get a reply.
Rohan first said 1 binder (limited edition colour) was final sale. I pointed out that it was he who suggested the incorrect size and that I wasn’t requesting a refund, just an exchange for an XL. He replied that he would “make a special exception” for me.
I sent my binders back, emailed pic of shipping receipt, as instructed. Tracking showed them delivered Jan 24. Gc2b refunded my shipping costs right away, but nothing else.
I emailed every single week that followed, multiple times. Always there was something…first Rohan had no record of my order….could I email him my order number? Then he had no record of my return, to which I responded with screenshots of the tracking showing delivered, and pix of the receipt for shipping he’d already refunded. All the replies were punctuated with loooong periods of no communication. There were no emails that it took Rohan less than a week and a half to reply to.

I began trying to return or exchange the binders on Dec 26. In the second week of Mar I received a partial refund (remember, binders received by gc2b on Jan 24). And then it was a refund of $45.84. I paid $78US for 2 binders, not including shipping. Now I have no binders and only a refund for 1 of the 2 that I returned. Gc2b straight up stole from me.

I really want to get my money back but after more than 2 months of dealing with this, the frustration and anger are costing me more than the money I’d possibly get refunded. So I am giving up. But I’m writing reviews sharing my experience in hopes that no one else uses this absolutely garbage business.

Really bad, shipping is expensive and the actual binders aren’t worth it. Rip really easily along the seams, even when I had measured and sized extensively. Definitely not worth it, but very few alternatives.

Ordered a binder for my son, and paid a whopping £9 for shipping.
It was dispatched 2 days later via royal mail 2nd class. Why is the shipping so expensive?!
Although it arrived 2 days after it was shipped, it was too small, so I requested a return label and exchange for a larger size, and sent it back the same day. I wrongly assumed the original £9 would have also covered a return label, but no. I had to pay extra for that.
I received a message that the binder had been received 9 days later, and heard nothing more for a further 11 days when they emailed again saying the binder had been received.
I asked if a replacement was on its way and I heard nothing for a further 7 days, when someone emailed me with store credit for the cost of the binder, and no indication of a replacement.
I refuse to spend another £9 for shipping so I requested a refund instead.
A further 7 days later and I received a refund.
Over a month of dealing with this company and my son is still without a binder, and down £9 for second class postage!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service, no response from them after three emails in the space of 2 months, they have received and processed a return but haven’t received a replacement.
Questionable social responsibility!

I ordered the wrong size, contacted the support and sent my package back via ups, im the uk so couldn’t hand it over to a courier. The company very nicely processed my exchange and sent my new size on the way, despite not having revived the old size or it being handed to a courier. The trust and customer service was amazing. I will recommend everyone I know who wants one to go here

Absolutely excellent experience. I've been buying their binders for like three years now and had no problems until the most recent order. I ordered one product on the end of September and didn't receive it for almost two months. I was prepared for long waiting time, as the country I live in usually makes difficulties about packages from abroad. But this seemed too long, even in pandemic times. So I wrote one email asking if they can check if anything is wrong. And after three days I get a notification about receiving the full refund, alongside with probably the nicest message in the world explaining that my package must have been lost in the post. Their reaction was really fast and agreeable, fully recommend.

they are the WORST. they never answer you and take FOREVER with your package. i paid around 20 dollars MORE just for it to arrive in three days. it’s been TWO WEEKS and nothing… i got a message today that they printed out the label. that literally after 3 weeks of me fighting w them, all they did was print out a label. never ordering there again and please save ur money and go elsewhere. total trash.

already posted a review but it only got worse. costumer service is now completely ignoring me. gc2b stole about 100 dollar from me and i got 0 binders now. i opened 2 cases on paypal (thank god i ordered through paypal) and i hope to get my money back that way. at least i got enough proof that gc2b are complete scammers and that they steal money from trans people. i lost a lot of money, time and energy with this so do yourself a favor and please dont order from them, doesnt matter what paid-off trans influencer tells you how good they are, please dont buy from these scammers.

lack of updates, and when i did receive one, it was basically an advertisement to buy a different binder which supposedly gets shipped faster...meanwhile i've been able to receive multiple binders from a different brand elsewhere.

shocking. bought my first binder from them and it was okay, the small half binder fit well and apart from the very long shipping times and lack of updates, i was fairly impressed with the product itself.

now, two months ago i order a small (full tank) and it was ridiculously small. to the point where i couldn’t even get it over my shoulders.
i was quite surprised but just assumed that the design must have changed the sizing.
contacted them about returns and was refused a refund and instead told that i’d have to pay to ship it back and then they’d give me £30 of store credit (which i did not want).
over £20 in shipping later and almost two months gone by, i finally receive my ‘refund’. i’ve just ordered a size medium half tank in hopes that it’ll fit and i won’t have to go through the tedious and frankly awful returns process. not to mention that i still had to cover shipping costs for the new binder too.

so that’s £30 down the drain for a binder i don’t want and that probably won’t do the job properly after over two months of stress.

incredibly disappointed in this company, especially considering how they pretend to care about their customers.
the passive aggressive manner of the customer service emails just added fuel to the fire.

i decided to give them a second chance and i have never been more let down.

DO NOT buy from gc2b. it is a waste of money and far more stress than it’s worth.

the binders also lose effectiveness very quickly. i cant put into words how much i don’t recommend this company.

I needed a simple size exchange, sent order back per instructions and have heard zero in almost 2 months with no replies to emails. So now I'm just out $40 and no idea how the product actually is. Horrible.

I ordered a half binder and sized it according to the website. It was too small. I tried for more than 8 weeks to exchange it.

Whenever I would email them I would either receive no response or an automated email explaining it would take 5-7 business days for them to respond. It took at least 11 business days every time for them to respond.

They never gave me a qr code to return the binder I ordered. No phone number to call. I will never order from them again.
