Information for parking at London Gatwick
Information for parking at London Gatwick was good. There was a problem whereby we were waiting at the bus stop and fortunately the driver stopped to tell us that buses do not service this stop and we had to go to a different parking location and bus stop number. There was another couple at the stop and they were not given these instructions either. Apart from this small glitch everything else was very smooth.

Good service with all the staff. No problem parking went straight into parking slot took cases out and into terminal within 5 minutes. Have used the service for a few years now and couldn’t be any better.

Good value and easy to book. Good communication and signage in the car park at the entry could be clearer, as if it’s the first time parking there, it’s easy to think you are going into another area. However, overall good value

Rebook charge.
The actual usage of the booking system was easy to use and operationally at the airport was very good.
My complaint was the airline changed the terminal and l was unable to swap with Gatwick long stay so had to catch the shuttle.
My only option was to cancel my original booking and re book with an additional £40 charge....not sure why...

Easy to navigate booking system. Seamless experience on arrival and departure from car park 6 at LGW North. Probably best of all is the proximity to the departure hall - less than a 5 minute walk - brilliant.

We had flights from north terminal but long stay parking was only available south terminal, a short bus ride and interconnection rail service took only 20 mins in total, parking at the airport a no brainer compared with taxis etc

Parking with London Gatwick was a near…
Parking with London Gatwick was a near perfect experience. The signage leading up to the car park is poor and not soon enough. You need to drive through other signed car park areas before you get to the mid stay car park and this is not clear and very frustrating. The car park is well lit which is important for solo travellers. The parking space description is misleading as it is a word not used in any of the booking information. I would have appreciated a reminder email an our before with all the essential parking information, not an email with a link to the website.

The only gripe we have is that my husband has a disabled badge & no matter what time of day we arrive, there is never a disabled bay available, not even by the bus stops. Apart from that, happy with the parking, good bus service, would recommend.

Under staffed and Liars!
Sapphire meet and greet. We returned from our holiday their phones were not connecting to tell them we had arrived. When we arrived at the pick up point 5 other families were waiting for their cars. They had all been waiting for ages and the longest 3 hours and in that time only 2 people had cars returned to them. There excuse their phone sim had crashed. When a driver eventually came the driver gave me this same excuse I told him I did not believe a word why could you not have staff get the registration at the pick up point. When there phones came back on line at 1800 I asked how many drivers they had working he told me 18 when the driver I spoke was asked the same question he said he had been called in on his day off had just started and their was now 4 of them. We got our car 75 minutes after getting to the pick up point the same time as another women was told her car was at the south terminal with the keys on the wheel. Guessing Gatwick only recommend them as they must get a cut from them as they used their car park as the pick up point. Steer clear they was obviously under staffed and just lied
