Under staffed and Liars!
Sapphire meet and greet. We returned from our holiday their phones were not connecting to tell them we had arrived. When we arrived at the pick up point 5 other families were waiting for their cars. They had all been waiting for ages and the longest 3 hours and in that time only 2 people had cars returned to them. There excuse their phone sim had crashed. When a driver eventually came the driver gave me this same excuse I told him I did not believe a word why could you not have staff get the registration at the pick up point. When there phones came back on line at 1800 I asked how many drivers they had working he told me 18 when the driver I spoke was asked the same question he said he had been called in on his day off had just started and their was now 4 of them. We got our car 75 minutes after getting to the pick up point the same time as another women was told her car was at the south terminal with the keys on the wheel. Guessing Gatwick only recommend them as they must get a cut from them as they used their car park as the pick up point. Steer clear they was obviously under staffed and just lied

Gatwick Valet parking South terminal
very easy to use and very close to departures and arrivals.
Only issue is of course is the car is moved off site and when you come back its pretty dirty.

Needs cheaper parking
I parked at Gatwick for a week at a cost of 127 pounds. Finding the parking lot was easy, finding a space was a little more difficult but succeeded. The free bus is regular and the driver was very patient. Why we need to be dropped some way from the check in area is ridiculous as the bus goes there. If the parking was cheaper people wouldn't be tempted to take the illegal parking.

Great parking option right next to departures and arrivals
The price was good and the entire process was efficient and streamlined. Signage once in the car park was not as clear as it maybe could have been we ended up on level one rather than level two but we soon corrected to the right level

Parked from 18th to 30th September…
Parked from 18th to 30th September £164.00. Collected car yesterday and my off side front wheel has been curbed the entire circumference of the wheel. This was told to me when I collected the car I had to inspect then point out this damage. I now have the damage and inconvenience of having to wait 72 hrs whilst they decide what to do. BMW IX M70, so an expensive car. Extremely poor.

On our return our car battery was flat…
On our return our car battery was flat and the staff could not access the car. The staff really looked after us until the manual key arrived, making us comfortable and providing drinks. They then took us to the car and got it started for us. They really couldn’t do enough for us

So easy and convenient to park.
So easy and convenient to park. We have always used a meet and greet service but this is so much better; no waiting around on your return for your car to be delivered back to you. Just pick the keys up from the kiosk and go! Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Most convenient/value secure parking.
Easy to book onto. Great customer service with emails in the run up to travelling/. Easy to get to and information on where to park is well signposted. Car park spaces are quite small so cars with longer doors are a struggle. Site in very convenient for the airport and a short bus journey away which is every 10 mins or so. £25 a day isn't too bad but quite annoying when you're only there for 27 hours, so costs £50, but still less than two taxi's I guess and not much more than the £10 drop off fee and £12 park to pick up fee.

Poor signage
I used Long stay car park South for 8 days. Unfortunately to reach there is an entire experience as at some stage you have the feeling that you are trapped in a labyrinth. Firstly, the post code provided is not for car park for which reason I had to pay for dropp off where I was diverted. Secondly, the signages are so poor and placed on different fences, covered by others.

Great value initial pre booking.
The only problem was my key was lost and I had to arrange a locksmith who arrived and replaced the key. They took a little over 2 hours and was changed £38 for their stay which was overpriced I believe.
