I purchased Kane 458s gas analyser from them and after 3 week stopped working. Just wanted to find good solution phone calling not to wait weeks for warranty repair, but customer service is useless, only what they say is sorry. Im a busy gas engineer and cannot wait weeks for solution offered by that company.

Patio heater arrived damaged
Patio heater arrived damaged - the cover was dented and marked and didnt look new. Sent pictures of damaged goods and was advised a replacement cover would be sent out on the 4th Jan. Not received and emailed back to chase this, still no reply and no replacement cover received.

As explained in a previous email, unfortunately the manufacturer did not have any more stock to replace the lost tube and was awaiting a new shipment to arrive. Product failed, despite numerous emails - zero response
Having purchased a product a few months ago, with very little use it has failed. I have emailed their service department twice and twice I have been ignored. I will be escalating my complaint through PayPal seeing as though this company cannot be bothered to respond to a civil request for assistance. Do not purchase from this company

Faulty logs for Provence gas fire
***Now being sorted***. Updated review Faulty logs for Provence gas fire. No response from customer service or the comms sent to them via PayPal. Will now have to escalate case to PayPal to deal with.
They’ve been open since Saturday 2nd so to still have no reply is totally unacceptable.
