No customer contact for 2 weeks
Purchased a product in the summer (foker wokka). Was dry stores October, November and December. Used, probably 5 times and then tried to use again one of the jets isn’t working, one of the jets only works for half of its length. Emailed on the 31sr December with a video of operation. Still waiting for a reply.

Thank you for your feedback JP, it is very important to us. We can see from our records that you placed your order on Friday 11th December after our 12 noon cut off time for same day dispatch. As we are closed over the weekend your order was dispatched out on time on Monday 14th December and delivered the following day, Tuesday 15th December which was within the next working day delivery period. We can also see that you sent an email through to our Customer Service Team on the Friday afternoon to change your delivery address. Our advisor confirmed that the address was changed and also informed you that your order would be dispatched on the Monday. Due to your order being delivered on time we are unable to process a refund.

Excellent service before purchase. Rang for advice on adding a second cylinder. Sent photos, Adam quickly replied with the right hose details, I ordered that evening and shipment dispatched next day. Arrived 2 days later, straightforward fitting so no need to call for help but confident they would have helped.
