Ist class service, ordered pigtail and clip on adapter, arrived very promptly.
I had trouble joining the pair, phoned up and chap listened to my problem, went away to try at his end then phoned back immediately with the solution - turns out I am an idiot, (my words, not his).
Highly recommended company and staff.

Bought kane analyser paying £900 everything's was great except calibration, new analyser must come with 12 months calibration not less them 9 months, email them and wasn't very helpful i will return item.

I was absolutely amazed when the BBQ I had ordered on Monday arrived on Thursday. I would have been impressed if it had only taken 7 days but just a gap of 2 days was terrific. Extremely well wrapped and protected it was just down to me to assemble. Well done the Hamilton team. Now, where's the sun?

Ordered a ‘Flame Tower’ which has never produced much heat. Hamilton’s offered to replace the ‘burner’. This has unfortunately not had any affect either.

I have been told by customer service that this is a ‘flame tower’ and not a patio heater therefore am I to assume this is decorative? As the copy on the website needs to reflect this. In one instance they are answering customer queries in the Q&A section of the product using the term ‘heater’ and the website copy confirms this product ‘radiates heat’.

The website is miss-selling this product as it creates little to no heat but is advertised as radiating heat. I feel the product should have a caveat that it is a decorative patio/outside tower.

My advise is be careful what you buy as all may not be quite what you are expecting.

Edit to update: I never heard back from Customer service regarding my follow up complaint. And I seem to be the only person who has reviewed the site not to get any reply.

Hamilton supplied a barbeque gas fitting I had difficulty finding on the usual plumbing outlets, websites, Amazon and eBay. I contacted their Technical department and they identified the part and shipped it with 4 days. It fitted perfectly with no leaks and I now have a working barbeque.

Had trouble ordering a gas analyser from Kane they said 6 to 8 weeks did a search on internet and found Hamilton Gas Products ordered the analyser from them arrived in 2 days and very well packaged. Would highly recomend this company and saved on it as well.

Sent wrong product. Wrong stock number scrawled on the box. Didn't respond to customer service complaint, phone or mail. No replacement, no offer of any sort. The products may be OK but the stock labelling and service is poor. I will not shop here again.

And a week later, despite a mail from Hamilton in response to this criticism saying "how can we help" there is still no replacement or fix for the wrong product. This is an appalling customer service experience.

1/June/2021 I purchased a new Outback Excel Onyx 311 gas bbq - from Thomas in Hamilton Gas Products Ltd Bangor.
* Thomas is so efficient and very knowledgeable and certainly knows all of his products in depth!
* During our initial phone call we discussed all of our requirements and he quickly recommended the most suitable product….
* We choose to pick up the new bbq and again Thomas was very thorough in explaining every detail. -certainly an great asset to the firm courteous, polite and well mannered - obviously enjoys his work!
* So pleased with our new Outback bbq and will definitely use Hamilton Gas Products Ltd again!

Ordered a chimney cowl on 27 May 2021, principally because it was the lowest for the brand I was seeking. Noticed that the supplier was in Northern Ireland and was anticipating that it would not arrive in the mainland UK until Monday or Tuesday of the following week because of the late May Bank holiday that weekend. I was, therefore, pleasantly surprised to actually receive the item on Sunday the 30th May. Within an hour or so I had scaled the roof and fitted it.

Avoid at all cost, shocking customer service as I bought a gas burner which arrived broken, straight away report it to them and all I got told it need to report after 24 hours of receiving it. What a ridiculous policy , I will Never use your service again

Buyers beware! The delivery of my BBQ was advertised as next working day delivery (Friday), if ordered before midday on a Thursday. There was even a countdown clock to the midday deadline.

Please note, the T&C's suggest There are a list of exception areas and adverse weather conditions which might delay delivery.
The company advertise that you will receive an email or telephone call to advise of any delay with delivery as suggested in the t&c's. None received

Also be aware of small print in the listing indicating the product description of the item may be an "oversized" product. This apparently extends the delivery time by 3 - 4 days.
As the BBQ ordered was not delivered on a pallet, simply lifted out of a small van by the driver I am not sure why this was deemed an oversize product.

I ordered my BBQ in good faith that it would be delivered the next day as had a planned family BBQ on the Sunday. The BBQ eventually arrived the following Tuesday. Not good enough Hamilton Gas Products.

So first off, their customer service is fast and responsive, which is to be applauded.

However, when you buy a product because of the pictures on their site, beware, as that might not be what you are buying.

I cannot fault their customer services for replying, but jeez, some flexibility would be good......

I would buy stuff again from them, but maybe different items. The packaging was safe and secure, and the speed of service was quick.

Am just a little frustrated that what I looked at buying (picture on the site) is not the product they sell (and they are just stuck a little behind manufacturers processes.

I have been looking everywhere for a Patio Table Gas Heater but due to the current climate I was unsuccessful until I found Hamilton Gas in Dublin.

Well the service and communication was fabulous from start to finish, and the goods were packaged really really well.

We haven't set it up yet :) but people are quick enough to moan and not quick enough to praise.

I want to thank Hamilton for a great customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending any one to purchase from them
