Item I purchased started to rust after a month and not even used ... contacted the company but just ignore me.. AVOID THIS COMPANY ..THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..

This grill store offered a great selection of high-quality items, from grills and accessories to marinades and spices, making it a one-stop-shop for all of my grilling needs, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my purchase.

USELESS! TOLD THEM I HADN'T USED CALOR STOVE BEFORE, & WAS GIVEN A PACKAGE OF STOVE/HOSE/REGULATOR -
WAS TOLD REG. FIT 15 & 7KG BUT NOT TOLD THERE WAS A 4.5KG!! AS I'M SERIOUSLY ILL & DISABLED, i HAD TO GET THE 4.5 AS I COULDN'T LIFT THE OTHERS.
HAMILTON TOTALLY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO I WAS FORCED TO BUY ANOTHER REGULATOR ... ELSEWHERE, NATURALLY 😞😔😫😠

patronising email agent named Tamara who ignored dissatisfied emails for days and hits back with disgusting email stating they won't refund return postage. a call agent informed that they in fact will refund this return postage before her disgusting response. this following seeing these reviews has left me very nervous and appalled that I gave my hard earned money to this company. disgusting service. Tamara needs her behaviour looked into as she has no soft skills and couldn't be more patronising and rude if she tried. extremely unhappy.

Sent my new gas fire back in November 2022 to check a fault. I have called a couple times to see where it is but had no joy with them even though they said it will be seen within two weeks. Called today and operator said will get back after he reads engineers report. No call back yet. I tried ringing back but they kept hanging up. Probably now lost £175 and as they're in Ireland I got no chance of getting my money or the heater back. Big con artists. Avoid at all costs

Con Artists. Avoid - selling faulty products. They appear plausible as though trying to help but don’t be fooled. We are pensioners and they conned us.

I bought a gas heater. Switched on first time and the dial is faulty. Alan of Hamilton told me to speak with Jake of Lifestyle Products and he wasn’t able to resolve the issue. The dial would not switch the gas heater off to leave only the pilot light on means the heater is clearly faulty and dangerous.

The company offered a DPD pick up which was to arrive 5-12-22 between 9.12-10.12 but no one arrived. It should take 2-3 weeks to check but no refund at this stage. That doesn’t seem in line with distance selling regulations.

I would avoid this company at all costs. No trouble shooting or after sales as a one man show.

These products run on gas in the home and can be dangerous, I feel surprised that there’s no proper regulations for consumers.

The reply received is not accurate:

I called the company on 5-12-22 at 10.30am as dpd Ireland had not arrived as stated between 9.12-10.12. I spoke to a member of staff of lifestyle products as requested by Alan of Hamilton Gas. Jake of Lifestyle products wasn’t able to help as he talked me through the temperature dial positions and the dial was faulty and the fire would not switch off to remain on pilot light only. The gas fire remained ON and the fire in as the temperature dial is faulty.

On 5-12-22 when I called they explained that I’d get no refund and the heater would go to the manufacturer to check/test and Ruth then replace or refund. It’s a brand new heater , first time used.

I then explained to cancel the DPD Ireland pick up that hadn’t arrived as I’d put the fire on with someone to video and confirm that it’s faulty before it’s returned.

A faulty product that’s dangerous should be refunded immediately.

This company are charlatans, I ordered a part for a cooker, and the part arrived damaged, they have refused to replace the part, or provide a refund. They are slow in replying to emails, and have no form of after sales service. Please do not use this company, they are terrible.

Terrible company,why can't there be a zero rating. Bought a mobile calor gas heater, problem from day 1 wouldn't stay lit sent it back pathetic excuse all the time

I ordered a single gas boiling ring. It arrived well packaged and in great time. Easy to assemble. A great Christmas present for my sister. Mrs N Black

Really poor service , ordered item 10 days ago. No response to messages/emails . Having to contact credit card to obtain refund.

Bought 1 stove arrived with parts missing bought a second stove that ignition didn't work on and after a month of phone calls i was told to fix it myself

Bought a calor gas heater from Hamiltons, it was delivered within 2 working days as promised. There was a query on my address, I contacted them to confirm and they came back to me straight away. Superb service

Avoid. Ordered a BBQ which didn't arrive in time so I had to buy a different one elsewhere. However, because they had shipped it I am being charged a return fee which is £90!! Even though I didn't receive my order. The delivery firm never contacted me but because they have it, I am being charged for their poor service.

Bought cadac equipment off them I can honestly say excellent communication when ordering also the cheapest I found on line and unbelievable quick delivery and I can honestly say what a great product highly recommend 👍

Just bought a BBQ and gas products for my motorhome from Hamilton Gas.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Thomas and the staff for being so helpful and knowledgeable.

Hamilton Gas Products, are first rate cannot fault their service. Would definitely recommend and I would be sure to use them again.

I have just Purchased a Cadac Safari 2 - it was a great price, they answered the phone quickly when I rang with a couple of questions, the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful . Delivery was on time . Perfect 👍

Avoid ordering from this store.
I paid £50 for a BBQ cover and £5 for postage. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and asked if I could return the item - I had to cover the cost return postage myself (£8.99) and retain proof of postage, which I did. The item was lost in transit and never arrived back to Hamilton Gas Products.
Despite me following all of their return instructions, they will accept no responsibility even though I have provided them with proof of return from my end. I have no proof that the item hasn’t arrived back, only what they have told me. For all I know the item could have been lost in their warehouse upon returning.
I am now over £60 out of pocket and they are offering no help whatsoever.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
