Purchased from HGP, 2 complete sets of LPG pigtails, their service was 2nd to none, I have always found this firm to be the best to purchase from, price wise it’s the best and the staff are always helpful, should you have a query regarding your order they will get it sorted. Nothing to find fault with, would recommend and will definitely use again, thanks Hamilton Gas Products, you are the best.

I am still waiting for my Anton probe, ordered over 2 weeks ago and no communication towards tracking or a link. Just told it will be here and obviously it is not. Terrible company

Bought a testo gas analyser off this company a year ago , less then a year in the analyser gave trouble wrong readings , sent it back for calibration, and it came back the same way , sent it back again , and it came back again calibrated, but that's just correcting values on the device not testing it for faults , and it has faults it is my third Testo 327-1 so i know the machine , so between sending it from southern Ireland to Hamilton gas 3 times I'm nowhere, just left with a faulty analyser, they seem reluctant to send it to Testo as it's under warranty, and told me it's water in the probe of the machine, and to dry it after every use , am a qualified plumber with 30 years experience and that's just bull , avoid buying off them at all costs

bought a heater which malfunctioned and they refused to honour eu warranty periods saying they dispatched the goods from NI which is not covered by this and pointed me their terms and conditions , absolute cowboy operation.

AVOID !!! I wish I'd read the reviews before I got involved with this lot. They sold me a faulty heater and, when I returned it, they disputed the fact it was faulty and charged me a fee anyway.Luckily, I discovered two relatives who were planning to purchase from Hamilton and I warned them off so it cost Hamilton more than they got from me. But still .... stay well away from this company !!!!

Amazing products! amazing quality and great service

One star is being generous. The new calor gas heater I purchased on 25/10/23 will not light I was advised it was Oxygen depletion and to return it boxed and they will repair it and send it back or if no fault found they will send it back anyway and I will have to pay for collection and redelivery (DPD fee). I explained to (Sam) that the original packaging had been discarded and asked that I be sent a suitable box to return it. Sam spoke to his manager and then informed me that his view was that I had to find a box. I further explained there could be a statement on the box ‘To Retain it for warranty purposes’- The purchase from Hamiltons was good but aftercare was poor. I purchase a gas heater annually, to avoid servicing cost but will not use this company again.

Not a good experience. Company at fault but didn’t seem to think it really mattered. Have to wait until replacement part arrives. Totally unacceptable.
Better buying from a local stockist who can give full demonstration and provide hands on assistance should any further help be required. A classic example of online purchasing.

Shocking service avoid this company better buying from a local store. Purchased an lpg changeover kit which failed after a few weeks. Then had to buy local anyway to replace poor product. Company then tell me will collect failed unit next day didnt come . A few days later phoned again and told me would rearrange . Was picked up and never heard anything for 3 weeks. Phoned again to be told they send it off to manufacturer and will take 6 weeks to get a refund from them receiving it. Asked to speak to a manager none available. Told guy service was appalling and he didn’t care told him I was going to put bad reviews on to warn others he didn’t care. Asked if director Andrew Hamilton had an email so I could send him an email. Apparently he didn’t want me to send him an email and wasn’t bothered about bad reviews. So here we go. Avoid this company like the plague if you don’t poor quality products which you have to buy locally anyway when they fail. Then wait over 6 weeks by the time they collect the failed item before you get a refund. If it was my company I would be very interested in disgruntled customers and their reasons, but clearly not

When I ordered a chimney cap it was out of stock,they contacted me quickly and told me when I should receive it.

It turned up within a week , quicker than expected 👍

Spot on customer service

Having read some bad reviews it is necessary to give credit where it is due. I ordered a replacement grill plate for my CADAC on 2nd July and it arrived well packaged on 5th July having paid standard shipping from Bangor. Item was exactly as described and very well priced. Thank you!

Terrible experience, Bought a Montpellier gas cooker THAT WAS ADVERTISED AS FITTED WITH LPG INJECTORS, however before contacting a gas fitter to connect it up I checked the literature and found it was fitted with NATURAL GAS INJECTORS. I immediately contacted the company, explained everything they apologised and accepted it was their fault. They said get the gas fitter to connect the LPG injectors send the bill to us but don’t include connection bill , which i duly did . Since then I’ve had no reply, after sending numerous E mails. Obviously after checking Trust pilot and reading reports about Hamilton gas products they have no intention of reimbursement. BUM COMPANY STAY AWAY. Can’t believe they would risk bad publicity about their company for a payment that’s peanuts to them. I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE HAD EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM!
