Excellent company and products
Excellent company and products. I bought one of their desks and a chair - a big splurge, they're fancier than the rest of my furniture. Ran into a problem with one of the controllers on the desk and they helped resolve it really quickly. Bunch of friends have the same office setup and pretty much everyone has been happy with it.

Edit: I had some troubles with the After-Sales-Service. Fully called me and we could solve the problems quick. Now everything should be fine.

Great Service and Helpful Employees
I order a desk from them just after Brexit so there was a bit of a delay, but they did their best to keep me informed as to what was happening. Then when there is was an issue with the duty payments they were able to sort the problem out quickly for me and I didn't have to pay a thing! Very nice and would recommend to a friend.

Exceeded my (biased) expectation
Given all the recent negative feedback on Trustpilot, I was a bit sceptical if I should buy a Jarvis desk from Fully or not.
In the end, I decided to go for it, but with the expectation of a much longer delivery time as advertised.
What can I say – no, they didn't ship within the stated 1-2 business days but it was shipped on business day 3. It's also probably worth mentioning that I've ordered just before Easter which might have caused some delays.
The shipment was then carried out by TNT within 4 days (over the weekend though!).
All four boxes (tabletop, 2 boxes for the frame, and cable tray) arrived together in one delivery.
It took me around 45 minutes to put the table up myself. Instructions were clear. Just watch out – there are additional screws in the tabletop box.
There were no scratches on any of the frame pieces and the tabletop is in a great condition, too.
It looks like Fully has improved a lot over the last weeks and I'm really glad I gave it a try despite the negative feedback!

Long delivery but good service
The delivery took 3 weeks, this is way to much for the price we pay. Although the staff was nice and helpful. The desk is good too.

Very satisfied with the product
Very satisfied with the product. I've ordered 2 standing desks and 2 desk chairs and the package arrived just in time. I ordered it on a Saturday and the next Friday the package was delivered. I appreciate that the person who delivered was eager to help us bringing the whole package to the 2nd floor. From the moment I received a tracking id, I was able to see the status of the shipment from the moment it departed and the moment it was delivered, which gave me some comfort.
I will definitely order more from Fully in the future!

Some desktop defects, but responsive customer service
I purchased an L-shaped Jarvis sit/stand desk at the end of March. The legs seem very sturdy and well built, however the desktop did not meet my expectations. There is a significant gap between where the desktop pieces join together to form an L due to a manufacturing defect; the pre-drilled holes do not align properly and there is little additional clearance to drill other holes. The customer service line and chat were suspended so there was no way to contact customer service to receive advice synchronously. I received an automated email to my query telling me to expect a reply in 2-4 days.
Update: In the end, I was able to rotate the brackets and drill some additional holes to get the desktop components to fit together snugly. The customer service team indeed reached out within 2 days by call and email. They were very keen to seek a workable solution. In the end, I am pleased with the set up.

Non-existent customer service and dreadful delays
Having placed an order for an expensive desk, there was no communication from Fully regarding delivery. After waiting 3 weeks I randomly received 2 out of 4 items. I emailed customer services and received no response. I have called but the number doesn't work. The courier have now advised that they don't have the remaining two items and have no idea when they will be delivered. Unacceptable service from a company and would not recommend anyone purchasing from Fully.com

Not Worth the Price Tag
Very poor customer experience.
My order was delayed by a month and I was left with Brexit customs fees of around £160.-
Upon raising this in a back-and-forth with customer support, I was given some details and told to chase it up with FedEx by myself.
Needless to say, it took up considerable time trying to get in touch with FedEx.
There was no response from any channel after trying several numbers and emails.
Any concern raised with Fully customer support was met with some sort of “don’t worry, the fees will be waived” and a total lack of action on their side.
At first, I thought the fees were waived, as FedEx sent another letter with a partial credit note.
Now, a month later, I received another reminder that the fees are overdue, lowered to £140.-.
I believe Fully should be reimbursing the customs fees, as their website guarantees there will be no surprise costs shopping with them post-Brexit on their website.
Instead, I was left to chase up this issue, that should not have happened in the first place from their logistics setup.
The entire experience with Fully and FedEx has been very confusing, time-consuming and not worth the premium price paid. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, rest assured that Fully will be doing the minimum and leaving you to deal with it yourself.

Fast delivery and quality desk, I love it!
The desk arrived in the UK in 10 days (I ordered on Monday evening, and received all the parts on Thursday next week). The packages were split into two parts, and there was only one day window between deliveries. I assembled the desk today (took quite some time, but the instructions were very clear), and it is as expected a super-high quality. Everything looks very sturdy, and the motor is pretty smooth. I already love this desk and hope I will enjoy using it for many years. Well done, Fully!
P.S. I hope all the issues people experienced with their delivery to the UK due to Brexit have been finally resolved and you can order this desk without having to wait for months.

Nice desk, just be prepared to wait
After reading reviews I got prepared to wait for the desk for 1 month and mentally ignore timelines stated by company. It actually took around 1 month (time to produce bigger desk top + delivery).
But at the end I have received the desk and pretty happy about it. It is as described in the website and fully functioning, also all parts were in place.

Sent me the wrong pieces for my desk…
Sent me the wrong pieces for my desk and didn’t realize after putting 90% of it together. Called customer service and they are sorry and sent me a new one. Now after taking the old one apart I get to put this new one together now. Pissed off and annoyed to say the least that I’m putting together the same desk again but they got the wrong piece out to me in 2 days and it is a great desk once together witht he correct pieces.

My delivery seems to be shipped to wrong address somewhere down in England, I have tried calling the UK number but none is picking up. After contacting tnt they have confirmed that the details were incorrect. Communication is either unclear or nonexistent, not worth the stress.

Delivery about a week later. But only two of four boxes
Opened the table top desk and it was damaged. This damage had been by TNT when carrying the box as I saw them drop it. Emails to fully customer service who arranged for collection of damaged item and delivery of replacement.
TNT driver arrived and was very rude and told me I had to print off 4 copies of a bit of paper otherwise he wouldn’t take the box. Also refused to carry anything up stairs and was quite aggressive
I also had to wait another 3 days for the remainder of my order as tnt had delays
Bottom line is that by using TNT, fully are doing their customer a big disservice as they are liars and useless
also note that I would say Fully were quick to help me with a replacement and made it as easy as possible for me.
They reached out to me to check on the return process - and offered to contribute further due to the issues with TNT.
Overall I am very happy with the product and the customer service from Fully - hopefully they can get TNT to pull their finger out!

really disappointing

I should have read the reviews on trustpilot before ordering a desk from Fully. What a show the delivery is, I got half of the parcels 10 days ago, received another one a week later and 3 days later ... the legs are still missing. I have been back and forth for with customer service since then, and I can't see this resolved any time soon. If this is a known issue why are they carrying on with TNT?
This is really frustrating and I have requested a refund.

Quand cela se passe bien il faut aussi savoir le dire alors voilà. J'ai commandé un bureau Jarvis bambou ainsi que le bras articulé pour mettre mon écran. J'ai tout bien reçu rapidement et le bureau est de bonne qualité. Juste une des vis du bras articulé n'était pas curvée nous avons donc en prendre une autre qui ne faisait pas partie du paquet. Petite suggestion d'amélioration : fournir un manuel en français et mieux mettre en évidence le lieu de fabrication. Un grand merci!

When you're spending £600 on a desk...
When you're spending £600 on a desk, you expect premium customer service. Instead, clearly subpar employment numbers and high demand have resulted in a company that seems impossible to contact (no functioning phone line, nor an online chat -- sorry but after a year of COVID, companies have adjusted, there's only that much one can push that excuse). A whole week after buying a desk, I'm yet to hear from them about my delivery. So far I have no tracking information, no idea if it has actually left their warehouse or anything.

Order: 500019772 - Don't expect good service or any way of contacting them in a timely manner. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and I am still missing the key bit of my desk and so I have nearly £700 worth of desk in large boxes in the room I work in unable to assemble. This company has also closed their customer line as they are so 'busy' and will respond within 3-5 working days. Given you are self-assembling and this is expensive kit, this is unacceptable too. It's a very shiny website with customer service that doesn't match.

Avoid Fully! Poor, poor, poor delivery!
Today is the 6th business day given to deliver the desk. Part of the desk is still in transit from Belgium to Edinburg - I live in Guildford. So, not getting it in the next few days, perhaps not even this week... What could anyone expect from TNT! Today I've contacted customer support and got an SLA of 2 working days. Will see how this goes. I've asked then to inform me about "returning" the desk as I can get a desk with next day delivery. One thing is for sure, I'll not accept the desk if arrives after Wed.
Update 02/03/2021:
Interestingly I've got a reply to Trustpilot but haven't heard from customer support. Starting to think Fully actually knows what they are doing. It's all about customers being locked-in so that they don't go elsewhere. I've now escalated this to the authorities in the UK so as to understand if Fully is liable for informing their customers about avg delivery times.
Update 06/03/2021:
Got the reply from Fully customer services saying that the desk was to be delivered in the next 2-3 business days. Needless to say, that is not happening. Part of the desk is still in transit with no ETA! So I've asked for a full refund ASAP and informed them I won't receive their product. I expect this to be a painful and useless process of Fully trying to bully me to keep the standing desk when they simply can follow through with their own promises. Solicitors and UK institutions will be of help for sure and I don't mind to pump money and energy into putting Fully in their place.
Bottom line, avoid Fully at all costs. Even if you get a better experience than me, I can't even imagine how it goes down if one needs to activate the warranty.
So, I now have a Friska Stockholm Dual Motor Standing Desk delivered the next day! All went smoothly, customer support was responsive and helpful, the desk is a beauty, sturdy, little to none wobble, easy to assemble, and very quiet when operating. Very happy with it.

No delivery, no update and failed to keep there promises
I can't believe that i paid 793 pound on 20 of January since then every few days i was being I touch with one of customer service adviser what ridiculous excuses your order is held by the uk custom really since 20 of January few days back another email from fully saying sorry to hear your order was delivered back to our warehouse omg the most annoying excuses that I ever hear its almost one month and there is no sign of My order neither my money.
