Bureau Jarvis en L reçu en deux fois

Bureau Jarvis en L reçu en deux fois. Il a fallu attendre plus longtemps que prévu car il y a eu un souci de plateforme logistique. Nick a été très compétent dans sa réponse, merci pour le geste commercial et j'attends donc comme convenu la lampe.
Bonne qualité de bois, solide, montage bien pensé. Pensez à être deux pour le monter car lourd.
Je recommande.

Commande incomplète plusieurs fois et des jours d'attente pour pouvoir l'utiliser

Bonjour,

J'ai commandé un bureau Fully de 160x80 en bambou avec les pieds en 3 parties, la commande haut-bas avec mémoire, en supplément j'ai pris le bac tiroir sans coussin.

Jusqu'à la commande tout c'est bien passé, j'ai du attendre 7 jours pour être livré. La livraison s'est passé en 2 phases.
La première phase (jeudi), j'ai tout reçu sauf la tablette en bambou de 160x80 ( --> pas possible de commencer le montage).
La deuxième phase s'est passé le lendemain (vendredi), je reçois la tablette.

Comme toute la commande est là (vendredi), je décide de retirer l'ancien bureau et de commencer à monter le Jarvis.
Le montage se passe bien jusqu'à la dernière étape, il manquait dans la boîte, le clavier de commande pour lever et descendre le bureau. J'avais bien reçu la boite mais elle était vide (peut être parce que j'ai pris l'option avec mémoire --> ils ont retiré le clavier standard mais n'ont pas remis celui avec l'option mémoire).

Le lundi, je contacte le service support par téléphone (ils répondent rapidement). Le premier jour, la personne s'excuse du problème et fait le nécessaire pour m'envoyer au plus vite le clavier de commande. La personne me dit que je vais recevoir un numéro de tracking pour cet envoi.
Le lendemain (mardi) pas de numéro de tracking, je rappelle le support et même refrain (on est désolé, vous devez comprendre que le plus rapide sera 3 jours d'attente, veuillez patienter, on ne sait rien faire de plus).

Super, ce qui m'énerve, c'est que je suis avec un bureau qui coûte plus cher que leur concurrent (qui ont les mêmes avantages/inconvénients).
Je fais du télétravail et je dois travailler depuis 3 jours avec un bureau qui a une tablette qui est à 60cm du sol. Je commence déjà à avoir mal au dos après ces 2 jours.
Je ne peux pas croire qu'aujourd'hui il n'est pas possible de livrer pour le lendemain, le clavier de commande. J'habite en belgique et il y a un centre Fully en Belgique. Ils devraient pouvoir solutionner mon problème plus rapidement, en envoyant un clavier de commande standard (en attendant d'avoir celui avec mémoire)

Quand on voit les vidéos de Fully et des youtubers, le FULLY JARVIS est magnifique mais après la commande, c'est tout une autre histoire.

Pour le moment je suis très déçu d'avoir acheté ce bureau à plus de 850 euro (pour devoir travailler à 60 cm du sol). Je pensais pouvoir être debout pour me sentir mieux et le résultat c'est que je suis en train d'avoir mal au dos!

@Fully: Merci d'avoir répondu mais il suffit de voir l'historique de suivi des colis et vous verrez que Fedex n'est pas responsable. Vous faîtes des reproches à Fedex mais ils ne sont pas responsable des problèmes que j'ai signalé dans mon évaluation.

I can't give a good rating if they use such a bad shipping partner

I've ordered a fully desk about two weeks ago now and shipping has been a nightmare. Some of it arrived, the rest got stuck in shipping tracking hell. They use TNT for shipping and I don't know why but they seem extremely incompetent and unprofessional.

They told me multiple times various excuses and that it would "arrive tomorrow" but it kept not arriving, or I would only receive part of the shipment but not all. Finally, the last part of the shipment didn't get any update for 2 weeks and TNT opened a "case" only to close it soon after saying they can't provide an ETA. No idea if they still intend to deliver the parcel or if it's lost. It's just in limbo.

Fully then sent another desk top (no idea if they asked TNT to return the first one or what?), which seems to be starting to be stuck in shipping hell too (tracking not updating in days, and still hasn't left its original country).

So the shipping isn't technically their fault, but choosing to work with such a horrible shipping provider is their fault. And looking at all the other reviews, my case is not the exception but seems to be the norm.

I would excuse bad/slow shipping for cheap things, but how they can choose to ship orders in the £500-1000 range (which is a lot of money) like that is beyond me. When I spend that much money, I want to make sure what I paid for is being carefully sent out and doesn't get randomly lost somewhere.

Faulty desk frame - caused >£1k damages; terrible customer support; cancelled order; slow delivery; expect I'm going to have to take them to court

(i) Unilaterally cancelled my order, so I had to re-order (at a higher price). Would not honour the lower original price.

(ii) Late delivery. (Approximately a month after the original order)

(iii) Desk faulty – the left hand column collapsed, causing four figures worth of damages. It now no longer works – the left side slowly drops.

(iv) Customer service – slow, unable to provide clear communications when they do eventually answer, they ignores key questions, and - despite repeated chasers – have in over a month since I reported the desk as having failed yet to replace (or even dispatch a replacement of) the faulty frame, or provide a refund, or any damages.

Given their continued failure to constructively engage in a timely fashion (they’ve had a month to address this), I am now preparing legal action against Fully for (a) replacement/refund of the faulty desk under the Consumer Rights Act and (b) for damages caused by the faulty desk under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and/or for damages for negligence.

Premium prices, cheap customer support.

As others reviews here say, expect delays and NO information regarding your shipment, at least in the UK.

Their chat option on the UK website is "unavailable" and good luck reaching them on the phone line. If you're lucky they keep referring you to TNT (delivery company) and TNT will refer you to Fully, playing an everlasting game of frustration for you.

Everything as expected

Bought a Fully Jarvis on a Tuesday, had it delivered to downtown Toronto in a week with no issues. I also called them the day after the order to change it, and that was very remarkably easy and the change was made correctly. Really enjoying the standing desk.

Couple weeks late, but amazing desk overall

Jarvis is a fantastic desk that I use every day, sturdy, beautiful, was a great investment.

Full disclosure, I initially had a 1/5 star review, there was a couple weeks of delivery delay with no information available and at a very inconvenient timing for me - but having spent close to two years using the desk, I have to give props to Fully, the desk is fantastic.

Great product, let down by EU delivery

I can't fault the product. It's solid. It's built properly and even though most major sit/stand desk manufacturers use the same actuators and keypads. What matters is how they put the entire kit together.

Fully's Jarvis kit is beautiful. I upgraded from Flexispot to Ergodesk to now, Fully.

Where Fully lets customers down is the communication. Their website doesn't state that customer service will take up to two days to respond. A simple notification on the Contact form should fix this.

Secondly, the delivery. They rely on TNT to bring the product from the EU. Us Brits, f***ed ourselves over with Brexit so delays happen.

Having said that. The desk was easy to assemble. I opted to order my own made-to-order tabletop but it took me less than 30 minutes to 'fully' assemble.

Fully doesn’t deliver!!

This company is let down by its delivery service (at least in the UK).

I’m sure that Fully products are as good as the many positive reviews say. Unfortunately, actually receiving the items you’ve ordered seems to be a big problem if you live in the United Kingdom.

20 days after ordering, a quarter of my shipment is stuck somewhere in the TNT system and all Fully can tell me is that it will be resolved in between 1 and 3 business days. This is not very reassuring, since they told me exactly the same thing 8 days ago!

The US support team, reachable via Twitter, is quick to respond, but they cannot do much. The EU support desk just sends out the same meaningless stock replies.

As Fully (and/or TNT UK) cannot commit to a delivery date, I have no option but to cancel my order and look for someone who can actually supply a desk. A very disappointing experience.

Une qualité irréprochable et un service client au top

J'ai profité du Black Friday pour enfin commander un bureau à hauteur réglable chez Fully, le Jarvis bambou.

Après une livraison laborieuse, j'ai eu le plaisir d'expérimenter un bureau solide, de très belle facture, teinte magnifique et extrêmement réglable en fonction de ses préférences. Quel plaisir que de moduler son bureau à son travail et non l'inverse.

Le service client, d'une rare sympathie, est revenu vers moi après mon commentaire sur la livraison. Le contact a été très chaleureux et je les en remercie. C'est grâce aux sociétés comme vous qu'il fait bon de commander en ligne !

Excellent item and customer support.

Ordering a bamboo Jarvis before Christmas was easy and straightforward. Dispatch was quick. Delivery to the UK from Belgium took a few weeks with TNT, but can be very fast as I found out later. TNT cited customs delays and the current circumstances as the cause. I also contacted Fully just before Christmas day over the delay; they were very helpful, contacted TNT, and the items arrived shortly after.

Items arrived in four boxes and were very well packed with tough cardboard, double boxed and labelled. Screws/bolts and washers are packed in individually marked packs, and thread lock on the bolts is a nice touch. The finish on the frame is good and overall everything feels quality with no obvious compromises. Instructions are clear and well written in a way to minimise making mistakes, with a YT video available as well for the assembly process. I was unlucky with an issue on part of the package and Fully resolved with no quibble at all by sending a replacement item, which unexpectedly arrived in just a few days. Having competed assembly the desk is sturdy and works well, and now considering a second one. Highly recommended.

Great personalization/quality ratio

We ordered a desk and the table top came damaged. After being sent the wrong form to report the damage to the delivery company, customer support quickly solved the issue themselves and sent us a new desk table top. We were searching for a standup desk with some quirks and notting tops Fully's personalization/quality ratio. Assembling the desk was also quite easy using just the paper instructions but you can also follow Fully's youtube video. We'd definitely buy again from Fully.

Stressful

Haven't received items yet so can't comment on quality yet but the delivery process has been nothing but awful so far. Items were due for delivery 8 days ago but have only received 3 of 4 items so far, courier is inconsistent with their responses with different reps claiming it's stuck in their hub and others claiming it's stuck with customs. Have only just been allowed to open a case with them to get them to investigate but that will take 2 more days for them to do.

Can only assume Fully incorrectly processed the paperwork if it is stuck with customs but I haven't had any response yet to my queries with Fully's support team either. This doesn't appear to be the first case of this happening either as other customers have had the same experience.

Where is my order

Where is my order? Delivery dates and items are sporadic and I am missing the main component of my desk (the actual table surface) for what is now half a week late from the original delivery date. I have tried to contact customer services and been on wait for 30 mins... no availability for an online chat... feeling hopeless.

Finally got to customer service and they have offered to help with the missing item. Fingers crossed is arrives without any issue.

I did receive the table top the following week and was able to assemble the table. Customers service did seem to listen and care.

Don't Do It

Nobody can provide answers at this company. For how much customers are paying for your products, there needs to be more transparency other than "the warehouse is busy", "we can't get a hold of the warehouse". Get a grip on your business, or don't be in business. Buyer beware, shipping times provided on the website are false, and don't expect any sort of customer service.

Fraud

They sent a crappy resin statute in place of a DIY Kit to build a working battery-powered engine.

I thought it was an honest mistake and requested they exchange for the correct product. They ignored contacts and refused to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization. They wanted me to pay for the return shipping on their mistake, and according to their return policy, they do not guarantee receipt of returned items. Fraud!

Avoid at all costs

Customer service totally absent. They barely respond to emails and when they do it's a standard response with no actual help. They do not answer the phone as there is a permanent message telling you to email instead. The web chat is similarly never operational.

I still haven't received all of my order after two and a half weeks. Fully are not interested in helping. They use TNT for delivery who are similarly not interested. My latest email from their complaints team tells me they know where the item is but it has not moved in the last six days and they point blank refuse to tell me when it might be delivered.

There are many similar reviews of Fully and their awful delivery and customer service – please don't make the same mistake as me and hope they don't happen to you. They will!

I'd like my refund now please...

I placed an order on the 18th November for 1 of your Jarvis Desks seeing as it's quite highly regarded. I noted that it was to be fulfilled from Belgium and that due to Brexit the wait time was around 8 days, fine.

On the 29th November I noticed that the desk had reached the delivery depot nearest to me (this is according to the tracking on their website). My guess at this point was that a date for delivery to my door needed booking which I did online for the 30th. That day came and went, no desk had arrived. I contacted TNT to be told that the consignment had been split up in customs I told TNT I did not want anything delivered until the consignment was all back together.

I reached out to Fully's customer services on the 1st December to find out what was going on. Allegedly one part was stuck in customs and a commercial invoice needed re-sending. By the 5th my patience had evaporated and I requested my order be cancelled and all parts of my delivery be returned to sender, I confirmed this with both TNT and Fully UK who accepted the situation, I accepted that I would have to wait for all items to arrive back at the Fully warehouse before a refund be issued… This is was before however.

On the 10th December I went to get my COVID booster and was taken there by my wife. While both of us were out TNT “delivered” one of the parts of the desk. By delivered I mean left at my door in plain sight. Clearly with a label saying return to sender on it and opened. I think quite rightly I was very upset at this point, I think even someone that wasn’t on the autistic spectrum would be quite upset. How can 2 companies mess up so much?

I immediately contacted Fully customer services who organized return of the package and was told a refund would be processed upon collection of the package. Delivery was scheduled for the 13th December. When prepping the package for return I noticed yet another mistake, all the paperwork was for a consignment of 6 items not 1, the value of the order was wrong, and none of the weights matched the weight of what the box was labelled as. I contacted TNT to get this rectified and was given new labels to use.

On the 13th December the driver arrived to collect but had to refuse because no invoice was given. I explained to him the invoices that I did have and was told that it was highly likely that the package would just end up back at my home.

I am currently stuck in a situation where the poor customer services aren't responding and I need the refunded money back so I can source another desk. This is incredibly stressful and I just want the matter resolved.

Företag kan be sina kunder om omdömen via automatiska inbjudningar. Dessa omdömen markeras som verifierade för att visa att det handlar om verifierade upplevelser.
