A perfect new home office
I did a complete makeover of my workspace, all with Fully products. From (standing)desk to chair and all kind of accessories. Couldn't be happier with the quality and design of everything. Everything was nicely delivered as promised and installation was easy.

Great customer service, great desks
Great customer service
I ordered a Fully Jarvis desk. The overall quality and feel are excellent. It looks great and functions very well.
There were a couple of minor issues which their support dealt with amazingly (the instructions could be improved, and there was a minor scratch on the desk).
Neither were dealbreakers, but I was a little disappointed so I contacted their customer support. The response was excellent and I ended up completely satisfied with the company and its products.
I highly recommend the company.

Good and surprisingly quick
Was hesitant to order based on the delivery issues noted in other reviews, but seemed like they have improved after switching courier to DHL from Fedex. UK based at least.
Ordered on Monday, received desk top on Thursday with the remaining on Friday.
Overall quality seemed good, very very minor marks on the desk top but not a big deal. Time will tell how it holds.

Expensive but possibly the best…
Expensive but possibly the best electrically adjustable standing desk available in the UK. Unfortunately the delivery experience was truly horrible. Months of delays, 10+ emails and phone calls, duplicated parts that had to be sent back and then hundreds of pounds of FedEx invoices sent to me addressed to my work address. Was asked to pay these and be refunded but have forwarded them. Assume settled but haven’t had confirmation as yet. Hugely disappointing since the desk has been faultless so far.

Don't receiv - whole order
Ordered a table, was informed the order will be sent in 6 parcels, just 4 arrived, the rest has not yet been delivered. It is still stuck in Paris according to FedEx. No communication from Fully, no response on emails or support tickets. This is a poor service, I spent 1000+ EUR for the table.

Good choice for an adjustable desk
The desk seems really rather good so far. My laminate tabletop looks surprisingly high quality and is very smooth to the touch. The desk is easy to put together, the instructions are clear, and it's straightforward to use.
The height range is excellent - the best out of any desks I've seen. This is especially useful, as other desks seem to be built around 6ft people and don't go low enough. Whereas with Fully, you can get a desk that specifically goes higher or lower than other brands.
The motors are good and it's stable overall. There's a little wobble at the highest settings but that's within expectations and shouldn't be a bother. Operation is fairly quiet, and there's the option of having a more sophisticated control panel with programmable height memory settings, a lock so you don't accidentally change the height, collision detection, and so on. I also bought a powered grommet with a USB charger and UK plug, which is handy.
Some hiccups at first, as Fully ship the desk in multiple separate packages, instead of in one go like every other desk I've had. This means if something goes wrong with any one package, you can't build the desk in the meantime. In my case, FedEx lost 2/4 packages. However, Fully's customer service were very helpful and sent replacements via DHL as a priority, which arrived extremely quickly. I will note that the tabletop arrived with the packaging ripped and some minor cosmetic damage, but not noticeable enough that I'd send it back.
I understand Fully are dropping FedEx as their delivery partner, which should resolve the delivery issues - as far as I can see, the only negative reviews are about FedEx's delivery, not Fully's desk. Which is unsurprising, as it's a good desk.
Overall, I'd recommend Fully, not least with the change in delivery service.

Good desk but poor value, awful delivery experience
The desk is good quality and the motorised frame works well but it is overpriced. You can buy the same parts yourself from many other places online for half the price or less. There is nothing special about the desk from Fully that warrants the higher price and all of the parts are made in China anyway.
As others have mentioned, the delivery (to UK at least) is a mess. My desk came as 6 separate consignments, which were delivered on 4 different random days. There were delays at customs and nothing came on the original delivery date, instead things turned up over the following 2 weeks.

Will never recommend or buy from again
The delivery and customer service is among the worst I've ever had. I don't know how fully has a good reputation for customer service.
First table top arrived damaged. It took a full month for the replacement to arrive! This is with constant chasing of when they're going to ship, it being stuck in customs, forward information to customs.
They state that you can swap the table top, but you have to pay for a new one and wait for the old one to be shipped back to Belgium before they will start the refund.
They constantly give stock responses and don't action things that they say they will.
To top it off, I receive a duty tax invoice from FedEx, something that Fully claim they have sorted. They actually refunded me for the tax invoice but didn't mention what it actually was. I thought it was a partial refund for the terrible experience but was in fact for the duty tax. Not knowing I didn't pay the duty tax and received reminder letters.

Their shipment was delayed by almost a month with no real help on what the status was. I had to pay VAT and custom charges to Fedex and then it was impossible to get their customer service to refund the right amount.

This company is a scam.
1. Have been chasing them since 16 May due to a faulty desk. They told me to unplug it & check the loose wires. Then they disappeared and no longer reply to my emails
2. They censor reviews on their website. They refused to publish my 1 star review. Judging by the fact that their Trustpilot score is 2.5 vs website score of 4.5 - I am not the only bad review that gets censored out.
Please avoid this company if you don't like wasting time and money.

Long waits and mediocre product
I was really excited when I ordered the crank-shaft Jarvis desk, but have felt pretty underwhelmed since receiving the product over a month later. The desk was delivered in separate pieces - the legs, desk top, and optional desk drawer that I chose with the order. While I received the legs pretty quickly, the desk top and drawer took over a month to arrive. Turns out the labels were missing when Fedex received the packages, so the Fully support team had to place a new order. I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 because the support team was responsive and easy to work with.
As for the product itself, while it was relatively simple to assemble and works well enough (e.g. the crank shaft turns pretty smoothly), overall the product did not meet my expectations for the price. The desk top (I ordered the larger size) feels a bit unsturdy - especially at the front of the desk since the legs help support the sides, with beams extending across the back-end of the desk's underside.
To add on top of all this, somehow I received a second desk top the next day, so now I have a large/heavy slab of wood sitting in my house. Given the shipping issues, I'm not looking forward to the process for returning this extra piece (and likely the rest of the desk).
In short, the product and experience is not worth the price in my opinion - especially when you can get similar/cheaper standing desks from IKEA, which I thought were better quality after seeing them at the store. Wouldn't recommend this product.
Can't contact someone from Fully!
The product itself felt good while assembling, but the desktop was damaged and I had to send it back. They told me they would send a new one with priority, however I did not receive any mail or message and their customer-service line is closed on a Wednesday, like how?
Terrible product and customer service
Got the desk after few weeks, assembled it, but it does not work: it does not go all the way up. Rang customer hotline and a very cheerful guy told that “it happens all the time” (??!!} and that “there could be so many things wrong”. He gave me an email to send me pics of the desk to. Two days and several follow up emails later, nobody has responded. Posting this here in the hope that someone will come back to me.

Terrible service and experience! I have not been disappointed like this for a while. I have received two different boxes of furniture on two different days. Other delayed deliveries have been in transit for ages. Customer Service has offered very little help and in fact encouraged me to keep checking on my delivery for them (so I paid my money and now I have been given a task to invest my precious time in checking my delivery that hardly ever changes). Two days ago I asked for all the deliveries to be cancelled and a full refund and heard nothing back yet. Terrible experience so far. Would not recommend to anyone.
Beyond infuriating
Fully: do you actually care about your customers and the experience they have?
It doesn’t matter how good your product is if your delivery partner is a rubbish as FedEx have been.
They were supposed to deliver yesterday, I waited in all day and nothing. The same thing has happened today. This is simply unacceptable, you need to choose a reliable delivery service. Reading through the other reviews I’m really now seriously doubting that this order will even arrive at all.
Please sort this out, it’s incredibly stressful!
Absolutely hopeless. Still no desks and now a Customs bill!
I ordered two Fully Jarvis bamboo standing desks on 4 April 2022. I chose these desks because while they were more expensive than others, they looked like good quality, and the website said they would arrive faster than comparable ones on the market (i.e. shipping within 5 - 10 business days of ordering, delivery to the UK within 3 - 4 business days of that), and I needed the desks quickly. Only after ordering did I receive an email saying that nothing would be happening until 11 April 2022.
Eventually, the desks were dispatched. They were not however sent as one or two packages, but instead as NINE separate items. Over the past three weeks, items have been randomly arriving at my home (Fedex does not contact you to say something is coming). Two items however had a notice on the tracking details “Clearance delay: Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity. Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must provide a more detailed description of goods." Fully had therefore not provided the correct paperwork.
After many, many emails back and forward, Fully finally confirmed that they had now sent the correct paperwork. One of those two items has since been delivered. Three of the nine are however still outstanding over five weeks after ordering. As I have been able to get no response whatsoever from Fully, I reached out to Fedex directly who have said they have no idea when they will be delivered.
To make matters much worse, I arrived home from work to a bill in the mail from Fedex for £97 of import duties. This is despite the Fully website saying “For individuals living on UK mainland, we will ship out your order with Incoterms 'Delivered Duty Paid' (DDP), which means that we take on all Customs fees.”
Clearly, this bill should never have been issued and is not for the customer to pay. I have emailed Fully repeatedly asking for these issues to be sorted and have had no response whatsoever for five days now. I have recently moved house and have ordered many items of furniture online from different companies and all deliveries have been seamless other than this experience. Now, over five weeks later, I am still without the desks and stuck with a bill for almost £100. I urge people not to order from this company. If I had not already received some items, I would think it was a scam.

This company is let down by its delivery service (at least in the UK).
I’m sure that Fully products are as good as the many positive reviews say. Unfortunately, actually receiving the items you’ve ordered seems to be a big problem if you live in the United Kingdom.
22 days after ordering, a half of my shipment is stuck somewhere in the system and all Fully can tell me is that it will be resolved in between 1 and 3 business days. This is not very reassuring, since they told me exactly the same thing last week
As Fully and the delivery company cannot commit to a delivery date, I have no option but to cancel my order and look for someone who can actually supply a desk. A very disappointing process.
