Fully is a breath of fresh air in this industry
They managed to ship my desk to NI in just under a week, which is suprising because most manufacturers - even f**** herman miller in London, won't ship here anymore.
The desk is of incredibly high quality, as are the JAX Dual arm monitor stands (honestly i cannot compliment the design of these monitor stands enough, they are amazing). I have absolutely zero faults with the quality.
However... they have some fundamental issues with logistics and supplier intergration.
I ordered a £80 desktop power adapter the "DESKTOP POWER STRIP BY KONDATOR" and it just does not fit the desk. Why would you stock an item that doesn't fit your flagship desk product? Or at least you should warn customers when they purchase a £1500 desk that some of the components may not fit.
Also. I ordered in-desk power (despite the terrible reviews) and they just forgot to cut the hole in my desk, so that was a complete waste of money. Thankfully I didn't really feel too strongly about in-desk power.
Awaiting refunds on these 2 items. But honestly its not been a 5 star experiece anymore, so i'm updating my review

Decent quality desk and customer support with an easy delivery and return process
Although I ended up returning my Fully desk as it just wasn't for me, the delivery was very fast being based in the UK. I had no issues with the delivery whatsoever.
The desk quality was decent, the bamboo worktop had a few rough edges and wasn't entirely as smooth as it should've been, but apart from that the overall quality was pretty darn good. The metal frame to the desk had paint missing in a few places, and even though it was only a small thing, it took away from the feeling of having a quality desk.
The motor has a decent speed, and a great range depending on how much desk wobble you'd find acceptable (the higher the desk, more desk wobble there is, which makes sense), and the motor doesn't sound overly loud or obnoxious.
The return process was fairly straight forward. I didn't have all of the original boxes (only a few), so had to source some new cardboard boxes which I just reserved from my IKEA furniture I bought a few days after arranging the return of my Fully products.
When I was returning the item I had to pay an additional fee because I didn't have all of the original boxes (some were damaged in shipping), which they later reduced to a smaller fee after I expressed I wasn't overly happy with it given the situation with said boxes.
They also stated that they'd be unable to sell the desk again because it didn't have the original boxes, and that they would have to give it away, which was definitely lies because what company would give away a brand new desk for free just because it wasn't all returned in its 100% original packaging (I still returned some of the items in their original packaging).

I purchased a Jarvis Desk with 60x27"…
I purchased a Jarvis Desk with 60x27" 3/4"-thick natural color bamboo top, indigo color frame, memory control. Based on the desktop size, the frame was configured wide with long feet, 3-stage lifting columns, extended range controller.
At the time of my purchase, all items were on a 15% sale and there was a 5% signup coupon, so don't pay full price. Items shipped out within 1-2bd and final box arrived about a week later via FedEx Ground (two boxes of frame were cross country, top was much closer).
The top box had major tears in the cardboard, but inner stryrofoam around edges and plastic wrap seemed intact. There were two scratches on the front side of the top (looks like an M written against the edge), I did not complain about this as I didn't think it would be worth the hassle of putting it together twice if a new top was sent. I thought they packaged it very well, so that is the carrier's fault anyway.
Jarvis frames are all of configureable size to match the desktop, even if ordered together with a Fully branded top. However, this did not actually make the assembly much harder and I suspect it would be done for shipping space reasons even if only one top was supported. Assembly does take some time, but was not as bad as I expected after reading other reviews.
The instructions included in the box are slightly different than the PDF online, which has written descriptions in addition to pictures and may be easier to follow. However, the steps themselves seemed to be the same. Note that Bamboo tops use black machine screws and others use the silver ones (all Fully tops come with metal machine screw threads, regular wood screws are included for third-party tops), but they fed the bags of screws into the machine wrong and the instructions on the bag were backwards about which to use. They already knew about the issue and immediately confirmed that the manual, not the bags, were correct when I called. The top itself actually came with two more bags of the black screws, which had the same thread size but slightly different length and heads than the ones in the frame box. I used the black ones in the frame box and had no issues.
It's definitely possible to assemble it yourself, but you definitely need a second person to flip it over. Trying to do that yourself would be very difficult due to the center of gravity and would but weight on parts that shouldn't have it.
I was very impressed with the overall stability and quality of the product. While some reviews mention that a company called Jiefang in China makes the actual actuators/electronics, this is not like your typical Amazon/Alibaba imported product. All pieces were carefully cut and fit nicely together, and they are backed by a 15-year warranty. The packaging was very thoughtful and efficient.
The frame is made of a solid and heavy metal, and the paint job is very well done. The finish is smooth and consistent on all sides. I really like the Indigo color, which is blue with a hint of purple. I also liked the look of the Sage color online, but they don't seem to sell that color frame together with the bamboo top. I guess you could order separately if you want that one. There's also an option with just a clear coat that would be great for a modern space too.
The cables are really long, so you will need to use the provided cable holders or a cable tray to organize them. I didn't love the idea of sticking the cable holders onto the metal in case I change how I want them later, but if you don't use them your legs will hit the dangling cords.
I did not observe any shaking or wiggling of the desk at a sitting height. There is a bit of wiggle at max height, but the desk still feels extremely solid even if you lean on the desktop. The feet will slide on my vinyl floor, but only if pushed hard. Leaning on the desk top with your arms will not move it, leaning against the side with your body would. The feet also have leveling discs, which can be replaced with casters. The metal and rubber discs felt strong, unlike other furniture I have bought which has cheap plastic discs that break off easily.
Overall, I purchased this desk for two main reasons--being 6'3", I can't stand desks with anything that blocks your legs from going all the way under and past the desk, and I was tired of trying to figure out what desk height was best. This is a big, professional, and modern looking desk that meets those two essentials for me. The standing feature was just an extra bonus for me. I am definitely satisfied with the purchase.

Extremely bad customer service
Let me start by saying i am not one to make bad reviews at all. I tend to understand that are challenges in any supply chain given my professional activity but this my customer experience has been terrible so far to be completely honest it needs to reach the organization at a higher level.
10 working days later after making my purchase (Sep 13) still no input or information.
Having ordered a 2 stage desk setup and realizing it will not go as low as i wanted due to the casters, i contacted support which told me the order could not be canceled as it was already out of the door( this was less than 24H after realizing my mistake), Support recommended i returned the desk legs and y shared a link i couldn't order from, so i ordered a second complete desk with the 3 stage frame, on the principle i could return it upon receiving it.
7 working days later no sign nor response to my emails so i called again and spoke with a gentleman that said the first order cancelled on the system, but the 3 stage frame was stuck in the warehouse and he asked it to be shipped via DHL express and would confirm both the cancelation and share a tracking number asap.
Now midway through the 4th working day, since speaking with the above gentleman, still no information nor any reply to my email follow ups asking for an update, and on the waiting line for 1H trying to speak with someone not knowing anything about the nearly £1,000 spend, without receiving a refund on my 1st order and dead in the sea, as i can't seem to be able to get hold fully nor i seem to be entitled to the minimum level of decency and have my multiple emails replied to.
Absolutely shocking customer experience and journey!
October 5th update - Still waiting for that phone call...Consistent at least!

Great desk and smooth delivery
After reading the mixed reviews below I was slightly apprehensive ordering a fully desk but the product looked good and I went for it.
I am in the UK and I read that many people were having delivery issues - this seems to be resolved now I had no issues with my delivery (via DHL) it did come as 5 packages over two deliveries (if you are rearranging the delivery days make sure you do so for each delivery - this did nearly catch me out!). This didn't seem unreasonable for the size and customisability fully offers.
The Jarvis desk itself is excellent, I was concerned with the amount of wobble that there might be with a sit-stand desk but the frame is solid (and very heavy!), the amount of wobble in the standing position is less than my old fixed desk! Very happy with the desk itself!
I saw another review saying that it came with an EU plug - which mine also did one of the 5 packages was a UK plug. (The desk power is a standard C7 non-polar cable so should be reasonably available if needed).
I didn't need to interact with customer services so I can't comment on that aspect.
The assembly instructions could do with some improvement, the video is great as an overview for the steps to assemble the desk, the written instructions are good too but neither make it clear which set of screws to use for what exactly. I think labelling the packages with the letters used in the written instructions would really clear this up! (For reference in my instructions N = short machine screws, M = long machine screws and then I used the pack of machine screws that came with my desktop rather than the pack labelled "desktop screws" that came with the frame...

Attention, options de piètre qualité limite trompeuses.
J'ai commandé un bureau assis-debout en L avec plateau en bambou. Plusieurs problèmes.
- Les plateaux ne semblent pas avoir été verni avec le même produit. Un transparent et l'autre un peu ton miel. Certes le bambou est un produit naturel mais le verni ...
- J'ai commandé des roulettes pour pouvoir le bouger. Pas de chance, elle ne vont pas sur les pieds. Les filetages ne correspondent pas et il faudrait forcer pour les rentrer. Option à éviter (37€)
- Les deux prises plan de travail ne s'intègre pas complètement dans les trous. Il reste en gros 10mm entre le plateau et le bas du rebord du bloc. La qualité est moyenne. A éviter, une meilleur qualité doit pouvoir se trouver autre part à moins de 90€ ou un prix équivalent.
- Le bloc multiprise parasurtenseur ne comporte au finale que deux prises. Et est plus petit que sur la photo. Encore 89€ de perdu. Même réflexion que pour le produit précédent.
Autrement, le bureau en lui même est bien. Le vernis sur le plateau n'est pas vraiment super épais. Il est présent, on verra la tenu dans le temps.
Le pied est lourd, costaud c'est sur. Il fonctionne très bien et la montée-descente se fait en douceur et relativement silencieusement. Rien à dire de ce côté Là.
Un peu déçu, à ce prix je m'attendait à un niveau de prestation global bien supérieur. Je ne penses pas recommencer pour les autres.

Love the desk & Service, one small hickup
There was a technical problem with receiving the track and trace code. Luckily everything was still delivered on time. Response time by email is slow, but calling them did the trick. A couple times they didn't pick up the phone, but they were reachable during office hours.
Once I called and connected with someone from customer service they assured me everything was already in transit. I actually received 1/3 of the packages a couple hours later, the other 2 arrived today.
Assembling the desk was easy with the instruction manual AND video.
All in all a great experience for a fair price. I will definitely reccommend this desk to others!

Horrible customer svs - no desk!
The customer service is so bad. I ordered a desk well over a week ago and all parts were supposed to ship in 1 - 3 business days. I only got two but no tracking order or information about the third. ANY TIME I try to call customer support the message says there's no one available and call back later. Emails are supposed to be responded to in 1 - 3 days but I haven't gotten anything EXCEPT an email asking how me to rate the support (that I haven't received). I even reached out to them on Twitter and, while at least they responded, gave me inaccurate delivery information and no tracking #. I'll give this a couple more days but then I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. This is the absolute worst service and this desk is not cheap.
