Incorrect frame size sent and only half the order received. No reply and cannot be reached via Phone / Chat!
I ordered the Fully Jarvis desk after reading very positive reviews on their website. However, I wish I'd of look at the reviews on TrustPilot before placing my order.
Fully have sent me on the incorrect desk size, the Low Frame, not the normal size which I am unable to use being 190cm tall, additionally, I have only received half the packages for the frame, for some strange reason the desk frame is delivered in separate orders.
I have attempted to contact Fully numerous times via phone call (always says unavailable) and chat (always offline) I've sent my concerns via email and awaiting reply though I am dubious if I'll ever receive one as I never did when making an initial enquiry about my order.
I would carefully reconsider ordering your sit-stand desk elsewhere!

Great quality desk
Ordered a Jarvis desk which came on time and is fantastic. The UK plug was missing but support quickly sent out a replacement and were great. Would happily recommend.

Il manque des pièces dans le bureau que j'ai reçu le 06/12. J'ai envoyé 2 mails, les 2 numéros de téléphone en Belgique ne fonctionnement pas et le chat est jamais ouvert.
Le bureau est de qualité mais l'experience est gâchée par ce manque de communication du service client.
Le service client m'a contacté pour trouver une solution. Ils ont été réactifs et m’ont envoyé les pièces manquantes. J’ai donc changé mon vote, je peux comprendre que le Black Friday et le Covid ont apportés des difficultés supplémentaires.
Je recommande la marque, le matériel est superbe.

This company is frustrating and deceptive. I ordered three desks for my office in August. I was charged the full amount of ~$5000. Nothing shipped. The next month, I received an email saying the item was on back order until October. October came and went. I finally got my money back in November after a 2-week fight with Fully customer service.

Abysmal Customer Support and Lies!
On the website they claim that your order will be delivered in 3 days. I placed my order on the 29th October 2021 and I am still awaiting for one part which is currently stuck in the TNT/FedEx system. I was told on Friday they would call TNT if it didn’t arrive. No response. Monday I called up and was promised they would email me back because I have someone coming to help get the desk up and running. They didn’t respond back. Time Wasters! I will never use Fully again. They lie to customers and fail to deliver FULLY on there promises.
Update: In the end the desk did arrive as a gesture of goodwill fully said they would refund a small amount of the desk due to the delay. The part refund should be with me within 2-3 days.
Overall the quality of the desk is fantastic and I am very happy with it. However I believe the website should better reflect the current situation with parcels so people have realistic expectations on when the desks will arrive.

Perfect if you enjoy wondering when your furniture will arrive with useless customer support from the company
I should have read the trustpilot reviews before ordering from Fully. For the price you pay you would expect a reliable and efficient delivery service... instead they use TNT which I've just seen has literally 1.5 stars on trustpilot. The order shipped from Belgium ok, it arrived in UK ok, it arrived at the TNT depot nearest to my location (probably about 10 miles away), and then literally got stuck there for days.
I emailed Fully over the weekend and then they took 3 business days to reply on Wednesday with some copy-and-pasted standard response:
"Unfortunately, TNT is facing delays nationwide due to Customs and has informed us that it may take another 1-3 business days to resolve. However, I assure you that we will do everything we can to follow up with them and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible."
Firstly, if they had read my email at all, they would have known that my order is stuck within the UK so Customs could not be the issue. Secondly, if they had actually checked with TNT at all, they would have realised my order had since been delivered.
In summary, don't waste your money and time unless you like wondering when and whether your furniture would arrive with customer support who won't even read your email and try to follow up on your delivery.

Great experience
I purchased a Jarvis standing desk from Fully on a Sunday and it was delivered four days later, on the Thusday. Not bad for Belgium to the UK, especially in these times. No extra customs duties, all included. Assembly took me about an hour and a half. As suggested I laid the desktop on its face on a soft surface. The bed in the room that the desk is to operate was ideal for this. The instructions are detailed but very easy to follow. I encountered a problem when the desk was righted and ready to go. No power, nothing at all. So I contacted Fully via the chat option; within one minute a gentleman by the name of Aiko had replied and started to help me. Unfortunately we kept losing connection, so I called the contact no. A very helpful lady tried to get to the bottom of the problem and before not too long had elapsed she had diagnosed I was using the wrong power cable. A continental two-pin power cable is sent, along with a UK power cable - which I had mislaid!
All-in-all I am delighted with the smart, smooth-operating desk and the excellent back up service from Fully.

the whole experience feels like a scam
This company is beyond ridiculous. Firstly their website provide misleading information that make you think the item will be delivered with UK, actually it's shipped from Belgium. So you'll be lucky if the desk is delivered on time, as it has to pass UK custom. Secondly, the customer service will over promise something they cannot deliver either, they are very friendly though and deals with my query quickly.
Here is my experience so far 2 months after placing the order for a desk as a birthday gift: it comes in 4 parts and only 3 were delivered. I've waited for almost a month for the table top, it was never delivered. As the birthday has passed, this desk is no longer needed, contacted customer service, was promised a refund straight away, 2 weeks gone, nothing happened. Contacted customer service again, apparently, it's not even processed as no one has arranged a collection for return! Then I was promised a refund in 2-3 days, again a week gone, still waiting for refund.
Overall very disappointed, please be aware and purchase at your own risk!

Poor Customer Service
Fully customer service is poor. I have tried to contact them by email (they don't respond), their website form (again, no response), and their telephone number (no answer, even during business hours).
I did get an answer on the chat once. However, when you're spending a couple thousand dollars on desks, and the company touts being the very best, you woud expect a response to emails or calls.

Missing parts, slow delivery and misinformation.
Desk arrived 4 days late. When it arrived the box was crushed, torn. Parts were missing due to the state the box arrived in.
I contacted Fully about this and they said they would ship the screws in 2 business days... As they were initially slow to deliver and it would be 2 days before they even shipped the parts, I decided to pick up replacement screws myself as I needed the desk to work from home.
I bought replacement screws based on Fully's own spec in their FAQ section e.g. "The laminate desktop screws are #10-24x5/8" (Phillips head)" and these weren't the right size.
The desk looks high quality but I can't review that seeing as Fully still haven't dispatched the replacement screws.

UK order shipped from Belgium £££
My order to the UK was shipped from Belgium without any indication of such during purchase. This resulted in a total mess. There was a long delay (additional week) in shipping despite Fully having indicated the parts were all in stock; the wrong power plug shipped with the desk despite a clear indication on the order that it was for the UK and another item in the shipment specifically requested a UK plug SKU; import duties in excess of £140 were billed to me as the customer by the carrier rather than billed to the shipper. Fully does have a UK operation, so all of this should have been easily avoided through proper management of the order.

I ordered my Fully Jarvis bamboo L-shape desk on 14 June 2021. I was excited to receive it in the few days promised. The shipment was split into 8 boxes which were delivered by TNT a few boxes at a time. The boxes were typically ripped open. On one delivery day the delivery chap handed me a power cable and said "this was on the floor in the bay - I think it might be part of your parcel". I haven't built the desk yet but I did notice that one of the feet was damaged in transit - the powder coating finish was chipped off leaving the surface with sharp edges/bare metal. I like to sit at my desk barefoot and don't like the idea of sharp metal by my feet. I also noted a missing part based on the instructions. When I called Fully to explain, they offered me a £40 discount, but didn't offer to replace the foot or missing part. The last two boxes arrived yesterday (July 6th 2021). The last box was the main bamboo desk top. The box was ripped open at both ends, taped back together (poorly) and looked like it had been dragged along rough floors. As a result the corners of the desk top are roughed up and the layers of wood or breaking away. There was no need to open the box to see it was in terrible state and I can’t bring myself to complete the desk build. It just makes me feel sad :-( Still waiting for a response from Fully but I feel like returning the whole lot and buying another desk locally in the UK. Sorry but I can't recommend this product as I don't want something that looks used poorly cared-for when it is supposed to be brand new!
Update: Fully offered a replacement or full refund. In the end the best option was for me to return the entire desk. I was impressed with the team at Fully and their commitment to customer service :-)

Great addition to my home office
After recent back surgery, I decided to purchase a standing desk to help protect my back going forward.
After speaking with a few office furniture companies I eventually landed on the Fully.com website.
I was able to get the size & shape desk I wanted (2m X 1.6m l-shaped) to replace my existing Ikea desk set-up for significantly cheaper than the other quotes I received.
The ordering process was very simple and the online chat support answered a few questions I had before I placed the order.
Desk and accessories shipped within 2 days of order, but here is where the story was not as good.
TNT took 2 weeks to ship the desk from Belgium to Ireland after it seems to bounce the packages back and forth from Belgium to Holland and France.
The packaging on the main desktop was slightly damaged, but no damage whatsoever to the desktop.
Onto the desk itself.
I cannot rate this desk highly enough. Very solid build quality. The total weight of the 2 boxes containing the desk frame was almost 80Kg. Assembly instructions contained in the box are very easy to follow and the desk can very easily be built by 1 person, however, with the l-shaped desks, I would advise at least 1 other person to help turn it upright and place it into position. Don't make the mistake I made, ensure that you have plenty of room to turn the desk upright (I had to tweak the final assembly due to a radiator being in the way).
The operation of the desk is very smooth and quiet. You get a bare ripple on the surface of a cup of coffee when the desk is raising or lowering.
The additional bracing on the l-shaped desk makes the desk very sturdy and also acts as a nice footrest.
Due to some of the power bricks I have for my devices, I purchased the cable management trays instead of the wire management trays. 3 of these trays will fit across the entire width of the 2m desk and for me hide all of my cables and power bricks perfectly. I had purchased an additional tray but as this was not needed I returned it and obtained a full refund. Speaking with online support this process was very simple. The only thing I would say is that a few more adhesive cable mounts would be handy, for me 10 were not enough.
I would definitely recommend the Fully.com desk range to anyone considering purchasing a standing desk.

good quality product and nice people. Utterly shambolic pre-order service, ordering and returns system. Has taken weeks (and multiple emails) to sort and arrange replacement for item delivered in error with them repeatedly dropping the ball (and admiring as such) . Lesser brands on Amazon prob easier (and cheaper).

We bought one of their desks at the end of last year.
Despite the lockdown and Brexit, we got everything we had asked for. We had a few issues with deliveries which were not their fault but they supported us throughout the whole process including contacting the couriers themselves.
We're very happy with the item we purchased and the ongoing customer support we received even after we had received our items.
