Customer service was NO HELP in correcting shipping address. Kept getting repeated requests for order #; zip code etc that I had to send 4 times before your bot recognized it. Said it had to refer issue to a supervisor who only got back to AFTER the item shipped out to wrong address.

Accidental duplicate order
I discovered that I had accidentally placed my order twice by mistake. When I tried to contact Rebel I was directed to a third party site which did not allow me to get any contact with Rebel. The contact number listed on the Rebel website is this third party site. I did email Rebel but got no response.
I have had several positive experiences ordering from Rebel before.
I’m not sure if I will ever order from Rebel again.

Getting clear help with an accidental duplicate order should have been easier, and we’re reviewing how customers move from automated support to our Care team when something needs human attention.
Very Satisfied Customer
REBEL is very honest about their offerings. They let you know if the product you're buying is open box, used, etc. I appreciate the deals I get for top brands. It's not usually a huge discount, but obviously better than buying new. Every item I have ordered is in excellent condition, or just as good as new. Sometimes the box or packaging is a little worn, but, as stated, the listing makes that clear before you purchase. Shipping is also crazy-fast whenever I order from REBEL.

Top Notch Customer Service
I have bought two open-box products from Rebel. The first was perfect, looked new, and it was delivered on time. The second one was functional and was also delivered on time, but it looked used, with loose threads. I reached out to their customer service, and they were super responsive and helpful. They ultimately issued a full refund without stress. That's a company that truly cares about their customers.

If I could give them a “-“ review I would. Ordered a crib with a mattress on 9/5. Received the crib on 9/13, but the mattress is not here. They do not know when it will be shipped or when it will be available. At the time I placed my order there was nowhere on the website stating the mattress is NOT available or on back order. Asked them to cancel the order as I need it by tomorrow and I was told they cannot cancel it because the order was sent to the warehouse. Whatever that means. It’s your company, one company. The left should be able to talk to the right and cancel the order. No, they advise to wait until the unknown for the mattress to be shipped so then I can return it!!! How does that make sense?I have to go out and spend more money on another mattress because of the lack of honesty on the company website, and you are unable to cancel the order? I wish I read all the bad reviews this company had with the exact same issue and I would’ve NEVER purchased anything from this company ever again. How does you hold a customers money hostage with no resolution in sight on when the item purchased will undelivered? Not even an estimation! This is not ok. Please beware of this scammy company and how they do business. It is not ok and in today’s economy to hold people’s money with no product is ABSOLUTELY NOT OK. I need a refund asap. Do the right thing. This is my first and LAST time I order anything from this shady company. Just make sure you contact them directly when you purchase something to make sure they have it in stock. But even then, I’ve read reviews when customers were lied to and took their money. It shouldn’t be that hard to cancel an order.

Not worth the mild discount
Ordered a stroller with a description of new but open box. Mildly discounted. The sun shade on the stroller does not fully extend you could only find out once fully assembled. So now do I take it apart to return it? Totally not worth it to save $10 and pay an additional $13 for “hassle free” returns. Lesson learned. Never again.
