Overall
Overall, I’ve had a decent experience with my orders, but my most recent order was disappointing. Part of my order arrived in a timely manner, while the rest took over a month to receive. When I reached out to customer service about the delay, they acted as though the wait was completely normal and told me that if I didn’t hear anything by the next day, I should reach back out.
Coincidentally, the remaining items were shipped the very next day after I contacted customer service. While I’m glad the issue was finally resolved, the lack of communication and the unusually long wait were frustrating. I’ve had better experiences with previous orders, so hopefully this was just a one-time issue.

Great for discounted baby gear
I like the service-items that are good-as-new and saved from the landfill at a discounted price. It’s especially helpful with baby items.
The only minor challenge is with returns. You can purchase a return opportunity at checkout, but I don’t buy something expecting to return it.

Used item was stained & not mentioned in description
I bought a used item which understandably would be in worn condition, but it had multiple stains on it which was not mentioned in the items conditions. It was a great way to save money and arrived fairly quickly, but I would've expected a better inspection or more reliable description of the item.

Great site for great prices!
I stumbled upon this site after my granddaughter was born - I'm so glad I did.I have found great deals on 6-10 items and only had to return one item that was missing a piece. Other than that, it's been great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping times are all over the place - sometimes items come quickly and others take long.

I bought a swing for my Granddaughter baby shower three months ago well, they just opened it the other day to try to put it together. All the screws were missing. Another part was missing.
