I love to shop @ Rebel it’s a great way to get lots of stuff at an affordable price, they only bad side to it , once you place the order you cannot go back and cancel it another note is the shipping fee , I think it should be at a lower rate but otherwise I love to Shop from Rebel Highly Recommended 🙏

I’ve ordered a few things now and I’ve been so pleased with all of it. I have only ordered brands that I have previously purchased. I’ve gotten open box and imperfect items and both categories have met my expectations. I have not needed to return anything. I have noticed that sometimes the prices are comparable to sale prices on new items from the manufacturer so it’s not always cheaper but I’ve gotten some amazing deals.

Bought a Hatch Rest for more than half off a brand new unit and the item literally only had one scuff on the back.. It's worked perfectly since we've had it!
Only note is shipping took a few days but at that price, who cares!?
Inventory is always fresh with some incredible deals, will definitely be ordering again!

Rebel has been my go to spot for moderately big purchases under $500. All my products have been OB and great quality.

Your prices can be great though they fluctuate oddly. I assume you have an AI setting the price based on a % of available like items online. The problem with this is that as soon as something sells or is posted elsewhere it probably throw off the assumed prices wildly. Ive seen some of you items randomly almost double in price to over what its actually selling for on some other discounted sites.
Also, the search functions on your site can be very finicky & dont hold the filters when you back out of an item page. And until the last few days "saved for later" items in the cart would disappear after a few hours.
Lastly, i had a run of several items in a row that were very used which means they weren't actually being inspected prior to listing...

I was travelling and needed some baby products to be at the hotel when I got there. My order arrived the day before I got there, and I was thrilled with the condition of the products. Thanks Rebel!

Products are in excellent condition for a fraction of their original prices.

Product evaluation needs improvement. Checking to make sure all parts are there and that they are clean and free from dirt and grime before sending to customers. Received an item that had clearly been used and was filthy.

I received a damaged chair and never got a response back from customer service. I have reached out multiple times and there has been no follow up. I will not purchase from rebel again due to this.

I’ve placed a few orders over the past months. I ordered a dinnerware set. The first one I received with several plates that were broken. I almost cut my hand opening the box. The set said open box and imperfect. I wasn’t expecting that imperfect would mean broken merchandise. I thought maybe a few chips or discoloration. When the same set came up again I did re order them so I would have a matching complete set. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong item and had 4 missing bowls as well. The only positive experience I’ve had was when I ordered a cookware set. With their higher shipping costs that I paid and two out of three items I received were defective or wrong I don’t think I would recommend this website. I was going to send the items back but when I went through their return portal I was only going to get credit for the merchandise and not the additional 14.99 shipping costs that I paid for on both orders. I would proceed with caution before placing another order here.

Update: Customer service did get back to me and I was issued a full refund. Even though I had some mishaps with a few orders I do appreciate how great their customer service is.

We love both items we bought and would definitely buy again when needed! Both our boxes were a little beat up, but that was it. Brand new items, great prices, great customer service. I recommend in all baby groups I’m in.

I was sent very expensive pans called forever titanium and they stick. They are supposed to be the best and not stick. I sent pics and they did nothing to either refund or replace even after 1 lid handle was broken. I will never refer anyone to be ripped off like I was.

The products were good, and I was pleased with my purchase. The only area I feel could be improved is the shipping time, as it took longer than I expected. With faster shipping, this would have been an even better experience.

I was a bit skeptical when placing my first order. Could their products really be in new condition at much lower prices? I have to say that I was really impressed after receiving the dresser on my first order. Everything was intact and the packaging was in great shape. My second order arrived exactly the same way, no issues. This company takes pride in explaining the condition of the items so you know what to expect beforehand. With great name brand products at such low prices, I will definitely be ordering again.

Great prices and products. Quality is unmatched and the condition of the items was as described. I’ve had such positive experiences from FromRebel that I’ve recommended it to my coworkers. As NICU nurses we want quality products and FromRebel definitely knows how to provide that at a reasonable price. Delivery was also very quick.
