AJ was the very nice and helpful lad who helped me mostly with my problem yesterday sorting out
our WI fi internet connection. He was great .we will rate his performance 10 out of 10
our case number was 107789.
Started around 20 pounds ish per month, then after 2 or three months they put it up to 30 pound per month adding something i didnt ask for. I complained, they reduced it to 24.50 then recentley. Have increased again to 46 pounds a month for no apparent reason.
Bearing in mind im paying for 80Mbs and on a regular basis I get 3-8mbps, on a good day it's about 60Mbps.
Needless to say im leaving ASAP.
Agent AJ answers my questions patiently and is helpful. My question is answered to my satisfaction.

I had some issues with connecting to the internet upon starting my service with Pop Telecom. Customer service was responsive, especially a gentleman called Alfred and the problem was resolved and I was compensated for any lost internet time. Very good service. Thanks Alfred

Alfred guided me through everything very carefully and was explaining everything very well and slowly,this guy has a lot of patience since we spent an hour in the previous month trying to fix the issue,and today everything was solved in under 10 minutes with his great help,thank you

Josie was excellent. We got cut off after 12 minutes but she called straight back where in my previous experience with other providers I’d have to call back and spend ages going through the issue again. We all know how that feels!!

Today i phoned poptelecom about a problem i was having with my internet. what a pleasure it was to speak to josie. so very helpful looked into my problem she had the patience of a saint, an asset to your company, not very often you end up with someone like her at the other end of the phone so pleasent too. We need more like josie when dealing with the older generation great girl 100%.

Yesterday I spoke to AJ who was very helpful. I was on my laptop & suddenly lost the Internet. AJ said he would be contacting OpenReach to check our lines.
Early evening, I was sorting out some photos in a folder when I spotted that I had a Internet symbol showing in task bar. My wife also had the Internet on her laptop, and then I checked and found that our Firestick connected to our television. About ten minutes later we had our telephone reconnected.
I spoke this morning to Alfred to update our situation and cancel any appointment booked with OpenReach. He asked me to finish my call, and he rang me back so that he would be sure it waa working.
Both of these agents dealt with my calls in a polite manner.
They are both a credit to Customer Service.

Very helpful support from Paul. He gasped the issues right away. Explained what he would do. Did it. Called back promptly when my line dropped. And called next day to check everything is working.

I would just like to highlight the technical support member "Mark".He solved a problem that has been ongoing for over two weeks .After speaking to multiple other technicians also two visits to my home from openreach Mark spoke to me over the phone assured me he might be able to help.He called back after I returned from work and solved the problem.Spot on!Two weeks without broadband,I wish I'd spoken to him first!

I have just upgraded my POP telecom, to the Fibre. I was patiently guided through the set up at my end after openreach did the work in my home. Paul was very helpful and patient with me. I recommend POP telecom very much.
