I have purchased several car seats and other items from REBEL. My experience has been top notch every time with all products being in fantastic condition. I have only had to contact the support team one time when an item I ordered sat with the carrier for almost a week even though it had been shipped out immediately. After sending an inquiry message through their online ‘Contact Us’ portal, I received a response within the hour and a resolution email within 24 hours. By the next business day I had my item. I was so shocked but had tremendous appreciation for a 5-Star response. We definitely recommend REBEL!

The stars are for your customer service. If I'd gotten in touch with anyone less nice and understanding, I'd be big mad. The first time (or was it 2 times? Might have been 2 times) I ordered, the items came in and were great! I only order open box or overstock - never imperfect. However the past 2 times, I've gotten imperfect items instead. A baby bath with hammock, with the main gimmick for the bath - the hammock - missing and a gash in the backrest. A baby gym with all of the accessories missing, stained, and cut, scuffed bottles... it's no good. Someone's pulling stuff from the wrong section and shipping imperfect instead of open box stuff. When I went to customer service, they were so nice...

Also, why the heck would I have to pay shipping when I was sent the wrong items and I bring it to your attention the same day? I didn't have to since they said I could keep the items (but also what am I going to do with them?!), but having your customers pay for return shipping when they're not the at fault party is really bad.

Because of the customer service, I'm still going to shop at Rebel, but if this happens again, I'm out.

This form is asking for the dates of my experience and I don't remember, but it was recent. I'm just going to say it was this past Monday, but that's probably wrong.

I’ve bought several things from rebel - from a travel coffee mug to a 4-seater caravan wagon. Each time the item has been just as described and the savings were clutch!! I recommend this site to new families, new home owners, and family members looking to gift.

It seems like the open box items weren't thoroughly inspected. I ordered a deep fryer, but a few items were missing from the box—the cords were absent, so I have no way to plug it in. Unfortunately, I need to return it.

Have made a few purchases and have been very pleased with my purchases and the delivery of them.

I still have not gotten my product and it was ordered over 1 month ago.customer service can not give me a good reason as to why it hasn’t shipped yet

When looking to buy newborn items for my first grandbaby, I stumbled upon Rebel. I don’t like to pay full price for big items, so I was surprised & pleased with their prices! I’ve purchased several baby items & home items from them over the past 2 years. I’ll be a customer for life❤️100% recommend

I purchased a 360 Chicco carseat, open box and a mompush nova stroller, open box. Both arrived I believe within a week and came in excellent condition. I am going to be purchasing alot more from this site!!

The return was difficult to coordinate and find how to return.

Lots of good brands at good pricing but paying extra ahead of time in case you may return an item is annoying

My first time ordering from this website and I’m very unhappy with it. Unfortunately when I ordered a stroller the first time, they sent me only a lap bar to the stroller and had it labeled as the stroller and charged me full price for it. I contacted them and they apologized, once I sent it back they would send me a stroller. I understand mistakes happen, but now my stroller took a long time with no tracking number and this morning come to find out my order has been cancelled and I have emailed the company twice and haven’t heard back from them. At this point I just want my money back and now know better than to order from them again.

They have a great selection of baby/child and home products for a lot less than retail price. We’ve been very pleased with everything we’ve ordered.

So far, I have ordered a baby swing, a high chair, car seat/ stroller combination, plus odds & ends of kitchen glassware. I have ordered open box & I am happy with it all. Yes, the boxes were opened & not all was packaged correctly,
But all the pieces were there & had not been put together. The glassware was a great buy…
I will order again.

So far all of the products have been fine! The only thing is I’m noticing if it’s marked as imperfect then there’s no actual description listed on what’s imperfect. Our coffee maker has a cracked tank, thankfully it doesn’t leak but that wasn’t listed in the description. We just ordered a wagon that was also listed as imperfect but there’s no picture or description stating what’s wrong.

The inventory, the prices, the customer service is why I give Rebel 5 stars and continue to order from their website.

Item was labeled as open box, which may have been true, but it also should have been marked as damaged. There is a crack at the base where the rail attaches to the crib.

I’ve bought multiple items from baby cribs, changing tables, milk frothers and a few other items. They have always been great quality and packaged well.
