DaVinci Baby Bed and Changing Table arrived in a heavily damaged box, part of the bed exposed, and that part was damaged. I contacted customer service and decided to exchange for another bed (the one I ordered was no longer available, so I opted for the only choice I was given). Sent pictures, went through the process of review, got the okay to dispose of the original bed. Alex from Rebel contacted me and was so kind and helpful through this entire process. I received a new bed, and now am waiting on my grandbaby to arrive and fill this space. Customer service was great! I was a little afraid when was told that if my return was approved, I’d have to bring the bed to a shipping company myself, but was told that since the bed was in such bad condition, to just dispose of it. I am very pleased with Rebel. I do feel, however, that somewhere in their inspection process, someone failed to do their job because an item in the condition that I received should not be sold to a consumer. But Rebel made everything right in the end and I am a pleased customer and will continue to make purchases. Thank you.

REBEL sent me an incorrect item. I’ve been sending them emails / pings on chat, but Jose sends me the same details they have on their website. Extremely poor customer service with no access to anyone. I reordered the item in the fear that they won’t respond in time and I’ll miss on the purchase of the item!

I was skeptical at first to order from Rebel but my friends convinced me. I am so glad I did. I have made 2 purchases and unfortunately 1 return-not at all Rebel's fault it was totally my fault. I purchased a play yard and baby swing also with some miscellaneous items. Both the purchase process and return process was incredibly easy and I found it amazing I did not have to jump through hoops in the process. I recently ordered a walker and paid extra for faster shipping over a week ago and still have not received it. Really disappointed and at this cost I could have picked one up at wal mart and saved some money.

not knowing what to really to expect i first purchased a open box baby bouncer, it was just that open box nothing wrong with the product so a week later I purchased a open box high chair same thing nothing wrong with the product just the box opened, for a great price.

I purchased couple times here and its good value that i can save $$$ specially for baby gear is expensive stuff nowadays. Even imperfect things is still good condition. Ill give 5 star if the shipment could be more faster. It take up to 2 weeks😭

Honestly I can't tell enough people about rebel. I have been a loyal customer since 2024. I have nothing but great experiences with everything I've purchased. These are open box items and with that there have been a couple of times I've received defective items and with that the customer service I've received has been top notch.
