I have received a couple broken items that I ordered due to shipping. I contacted Rebel and after reviewing my claim submission approved and sent me new ones. I have been extremely happy with this company will continue to buy from them.

delivery mixups
i like the juicer. however, it's the delivery that i'm judging as i got notice it was arriving on a friday and i waited. and it wasn't delivery then or the next day or the next. FINALLY, after i had gone and bought one at walmart, it arrived later than promised. my rating is on the promise of a delivery not delivered.

Every time I’ve bought from rebel has been a good experience. I’m able to find great prices on baby gear that I want or need and everything I’ve received has been in great shape. I’ve even gotten friends and family to use the site to purchase baby gear from the site.

Wrong product was in the box
I bought what I thought it was a Baby Jogger city mini air stroller in ivory. When it arrived, the outside of the box was branded as such too.
But inside, there was another stroller- brand Parent’s Choice and even a different color (black), which tells me no one at Rebel checked that box once it was received by their team. So
The Rebel team did issue a full refund, but honestly it’s just the hassle of ordering something and getting a completely different product.

Baby strooler and car seat
Rebel sent 2 stroolers and charged me for both I went through my order and only seen one order but recieved 2 other then that I had no more prombles

DaVinci Baby Bed and Changing Table…
DaVinci Baby Bed and Changing Table arrived in a heavily damaged box, part of the bed exposed, and that part was damaged. I contacted customer service and decided to exchange for another bed (the one I ordered was no longer available, so I opted for the only choice I was given). Sent pictures, went through the process of review, got the okay to dispose of the original bed. Alex from Rebel contacted me and was so kind and helpful through this entire process. I received a new bed, and now am waiting on my grandbaby to arrive and fill this space. Customer service was great! I was a little afraid when was told that if my return was approved, I’d have to bring the bed to a shipping company myself, but was told that since the bed was in such bad condition, to just dispose of it. I am very pleased with Rebel. I do feel, however, that somewhere in their inspection process, someone failed to do their job because an item in the condition that I received should not be sold to a consumer. But Rebel made everything right in the end and I am a pleased customer and will continue to make purchases. Thank you.

REBEL sent me an incorrect item
REBEL sent me an incorrect item. I’ve been sending them emails / pings on chat, but Jose sends me the same details they have on their website. Extremely poor customer service with no access to anyone. I reordered the item in the fear that they won’t respond in time and I’ll miss on the purchase of the item!
