Deliveries are suppose to arrive Monday weekly. Nothing so called Tues morning and was told it will still arrive by the end of Tues. Nothing AGAIN!!! Called once more Wed morning. Was told next scheduled delivery date is 12 days past the missing delivery. Thar puts 3 weeks almost (19 days) between deliveries. So much for weekly deliveries we signed up for since my 85 year old father doesn't ever drive, or walk much even. The righting the wrong was skipped. The right thing to do to correct YOUR mistake would have been to send the meals after my 1st phone call Tuesday. Customer satisfaction is NOT top priority with this company which they have now proven for the 2nd time. They weren't willing to ship 2 replacement meals that arrived with packaging damaged and food loose in the box a couple months ago. So after having terrible customer service twice, I canceled and am now going to try a different delivery service after a year and a half of doing business with Freshly. Let's hope customer satisfaction factors with Factor, (competitor)!

Based on what I read here, people saying Freshly is 5 star either have a very low standard for food or they are plants to give fake reviews. It really tastes like the dinners are frozen at some point. The veggies are mushy. Mashed potatoes are for sure like instant potatoes. The meat comes out ok because that can be frozen. Not worth $17 including shipping per meal. Go to your local restaurant and get a really fresh meal for about the same price.

Worst experience ever. For past three months UPS has been skipping my delivery, damaging the box, or delivering to the wrong address. Freshly keeps refunding the food and I keep having to get my meals elsewhere. Skip the heartache and move on from this ^%$#SHOW!

The servings were delicious, tasty and mouth-watering for the kids! Pink was equally helpful and chipped in to meet a tough deadline imposed on me by the little ones. Gratias👍

I ordered one box and found the portions on the small side and the food to be bland and in some cases unappetizing. The standard price is over the moon for this quality. I'm amazed at all the 5 Star ratings..makes me think different parts of the country have a different experience. Once was enough for me.

I was interested in the price, so I decided to give it a try. I didn't like it very much. The food is very greasy, but if you don't have time or an opportunity to go to the store or make it yourself, you can.

We have been using this company for 7 months and I have gained 9 pounds.
And I am an otherwise thin person. The food is OK but to get the tastier meals you have to pay more.
The fat content averages about 24 grams and saturated fat is between 15 and 18 grams.
We tried the plant based food and it was just as fattening. We kept using it because of pure laziness.
The food averages between $11and $14 each.
No more for me. Now I'm trying to lose all this weight thanks to Freshly.

Good delivery, I use it periodically. One of those where you want to order more.

If you're handicapped or just to lazy to go to the store, great. Otherwise, No.

Food is good, consistent, but no wow factor. They offer wide variety of meals. Delivery is quick and simple. I use other food delivery services to mix it up every couple of week but Freshly.com is one of my top 3.

Overall I'm satisfied with the service. Keep up the great work!

The food is disgusting. Like, the worst cafeteria food you can imagine. I'm shocked because I've tried several other services, and everyone else has amazing food. I don't know how they're still in business, let alone have so many positive reviews???
I will say, the website is easy to navigate, deliveries were on time, everything was simple and straightforward. That doesn't make up for the food being barely edible.

The food is seriously amazing!! The portions are just the right size so you don’t still feel hungry after. Everything I have tried has been delicious. Plus they make things healthier by using veggie products in place of regular starches. The cauliflower noodle pasta dishes and cauliflower mash are outstanding! The food comes packed very nicely and always cold upon arrival so you can feel confident that food safety really does matter to this company. I highly recommend this food service!

I have not been able to commit to ordering from here for a while but do not want to cancel my account because I have in store credit. I accidentally forgot to "skip" this week's meals earlier today and Pink was very helpful in assisting me to get that taken care of. Pink was very professional and friendly and I appreciate the help.

They have fantastic customer service. Their website works very well too. You can change addresses and dates easily as well as search for the nutrition aspects that are important for you.

So…it’s a microwaveable meal delivered in a box through the mail. That means my expectations weren’t too high to begin with. The Chicken is ok, but everything comes out one texture: hot and mushy. Also, we canceled a full week ahead of an upcoming delivery, which they still sent, then only gave us 50% off after informing us we were billed before shipment. Likely not using Freshly again.

Denise was very helpful. I did not receive my delivery, and she very quickly determined the issue and made the necessary corrections. She was very professional, very efficient, and I am still very satisfied with Freshly.
