This place is pathetic and expects…
This place is pathetic and expects drivers to speed when delivering and when the restaurant is late on the food it's the drivers fault or the company that they work for fault. So they will take contacts away from companies that don't bow down to them or tell their drivers to do it in a hurry (aka speed). They should be ashamed of themselves for doing this. Clearly they don't care about their drivers or the drivers of other companies. It's too dangerous to be speeding at all let alone with someone's delivery.

I called to get the order number from…
I called to get the order number from chick fila to get my points, as I always do… chick fila would not give it to me since ez caterer placed the order. I contacted ezCater and ask them to contact the store to get it for me and they did not successfully do so and we’re not very friendly about it

Great service, but some tweaks would make it better
The site made it easy to order meals for a group. I was easily able to order from multiple restaurants in one city and then order from a restaurant for a different function in another city. I love that it saves my payment information and other details so I don’t have to enter it each time. The customer service could be more responsive. I had some items missing from one order and I’ve had to send multiple messages to get a reply.

Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience – Complete Customer Service Failure
I had previously used ezCater once in Chicago and had a good experience, which is why I used them again. Unfortunately, this past experience was an absolute disaster, and I will never use ezCater again.
On Tuesday, 4/14, I ordered lunch for an important work meeting with a scheduled delivery time of 11:00 AM. By 11:15, there was still no food. I began reaching out for help and tried repeatedly to speak with a live person. Instead, I was stuck in text-based messages where no one could give me an answer or any useful information.
By 11:45 AM, with no food, no updates, and no real support from ezCater, I had no choice but to place a completely new lunch order elsewhere just so my meeting wouldn’t be ruined.
Only after I had already left did I finally reach someone live. No one ever proactively called me. I later discovered that ezCater had refunded the original order without telling me, without any explanation, and without a single follow-up email or phone call.
When I finally spoke to a representative, she told me she would “look into it” and promised to call me back by 2:00 PM that same day. That call never happened.
It is now Thursday, 4/16, and I have received no call, no email, and no explanation. Just no lunch, wasted time, embarrassment in front of colleagues, and zero accountability.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. ezCater completely failed at communication, support, and basic responsibility. If you need reliable service for a business meeting, do not trust ezCater.
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Never again.

The delivery team from Blanco BBQ delivered on time but didn't drop food and depart - This team took extra time and care to ensure proper set up - I usually pay extra in delivery tip and ask for set up - but most of the time it is not reciprocal. Great work from Blanco BBQ

I've been using ezCater for 4 months now - recommended by a colleague. They make my job as event planner / caterer for meetings so much easier. I love the ease of ordering in advance on the website and including specific instructions for delivery and dietary restrictions.
