Every skippy on the meat, could even tell that had meat in the sandwiches. We requested no Veggie sandwich but still received them, requested no tomatoes on the turkey sandwiches due to allergies but they still put tomatoes and couldn't eat.

ezCater delivery driver fail
The delivery driver was not professional. They couldn't figure out how to park or the office location. They refused to bring the meal up to the correct floor. I specifically selected to have the food setup when I ordered and they would not even bring it to the elevator. I am hesitant to order thorugh ezCater again as this was their driver. The restaurant has always been so helpful with past orders.

Tinga Tacos was great

Worst customer service experience - Not a Reliable Service
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My order was 1 hour and 20 minutes late, and when I contacted customer service, the representative was rude and didn’t offer any solution or alternative.
The restaurant actually called me to apologize for the delay and told me that ezCater had given them the wrong delivery time.
If you’re ordering food for an important meeting or event, I definitely wouldn’t trust ezCater to deliver it on time. Very disappointing experience.

Only complaint-cannot revise orders once submitted
I like the convenience of ordering online, I just wish there was a way to add to a current order without having to create a 2nd order that requires $100 additional food. Yesterday I ordered 3 pizza's and it should have been 4, I had to create a 2nd order and order an additional $100 in unneeded food in order to get the 1 needed pizza.

I just started using ezCater in the past year
I just started using ezCater in the last year. I have to order lunch anywhere from 20 to 70 people and the ease and versatility with ezCater makes it seamless. It's great to see closed orders and repeat them or try out new restaurants. I haven't yet, but plan on trying the group order where everyone will be given a limit and can place their own order. Getting everyone's order takes the majority of my time so this tool will be very timely and useful.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I received confirmation for a $250 dollar order for a bakery tray with fruit, iced tea and coffee for a meeting this afternoon only to be called 20 minutes after the order was due for delivery that the place never actually got my order and asked me if I still wanted them to make it which would be an additional 30 minutes. To top it off instead of a simple phone call to the restaurant EZCater calls you acting as a liaison between you in the restaurant which wasted a ton of time and delayed my order even further. This was for a meeting. It was a total waste of time money energy. This website is an absolute joke. i’m posting everywhere so people don’t have this happen to them.

Local Dining to Catering
The vendor is near my house and I usually dine there. I see the team always busy with catering orders so I decided to try the out. I truly was impressed that the same quality of food I get at the restaurant was carried over in their service. Nothing was missing from the order and there was plenty of food.
