This company never delivered my meals and still charged me. Said I should have called earlier. Customer service is in the Philippines and are no help whatsoever. Would not provide any refund or compensation. Still try to charge me for future orders that I never asked for. Worst customer service I’ve ver encountered. There are better companies that offer this service and I would suggest using them.
If you like airline food, this is for you
Everything arrived frozen rock-solid even though the packages claim they were "meant to be enjoyed refrigerated, not frozen." We put them directly in the fridge and tried 4 over the next 2 days--absolutely disgusting. My wife had two Indian dishes and said the food on British Airways was better. I had the Philly Cheesesteak substitute with watery mashed potatoes, raw onions, and a cheese "sauce" I can only describe as "unlike any cheese I've ever seen." Next evening, I tried the Chicken Parm and it was like rubber. We threw the rest of them away that evening.

They make things healthier by using veggie products instead of regular starches. The cauliflower noodle pasta dish and cauliflower mash are outstanding! Food is packed very nicely and food safety here is really good and important for this company. I am extremely happy with this food service!

ho fatto l'ordine il 22 novembre e ancora non è arrivato nulla. Dal tracking compare ancora fermo in spagna e al servizio clienti dicono di averlo sollecitato. Ora non mi serve più, era un regalo, spero rimborsino totalmente annullandolo perchè è chiaro che non arriverà mai per poter fare reso.
Low quality food for the price, bad customer service
1) The food is super mediocre, and definitely not worth the price. In my food, I have found a strip of plastic (no joke!), a foreign hair, and a hard piece of something that could have cracked my tooth (and that’s just over 2 deliveries). The steak was almost inedible; I could barely cut it with a quality steak knife, full of grizzle and fat, super chewy.
2) My customer service experience was horrible. The rep couldn’t communicate very clearly and changed her answers mid-call. The conversation was laborious to say the least. A day or so after getting my box, I was auto charged for the next one, but I was going to be out of town, plus I wanted to cancel my subscription all together. As a new customer, I was still getting used to the timing, so I called immediately to get that delivery canceled. First she said she couldn’t cancel the delivery because it had already processed (even though the delivery was 4 days from now). Then she said she COULD cancel the delivery just couldn’t issue a refund. She issued a credit, and assured me the food would NOT be delivered. But sure enough, it was delivered and sat festering on my porch attracting flies for 7 days—like a giant signal that no one is home. And since I was only given a credit, now I have to get another delivery of unsatisfactory food, lest I waste lots of money. And then I still have to call to cancel later because Freshly can’t set it to cancel after that last delivery. I wish I had never done business with them.
It's been a nightmare dealing with…
It's been a nightmare dealing with Freshly. There's been numerous problems, including receiving the wrong meals multiple times and sending meals with ingredients I put on my "do not send/allergy" list, also multiple times. For three weeks in a row I received emails stating that my meals were delivered. They were NEVER delivered to my address! Freshly said they would track down the address that the meals were actually sent to and let me know. I never received a reply.
The final straw happened yesterday when I received an email that they were sending me six meals of the SAME ITEM (chicken Tikka Masala), that I did not choose or order, even after I checked "skip this week" on their website before the deadline to cancel. I never received these meals and was charged anyway.
Their customer service representative was adamant that they will NOT refund my $77.97. They said they had no documentation of me skipping that week, and asked if I could send a screenshot of my cancellation! Really?
I am referring this matter to my credit card fraud department. I only wish I had read customer reviews before I got entangled with this unscrupulous company.

Absolutely terrible. Do not order from this place. After you choose your meals they change them on you and give you the same exact same meal as substitutes because they are overstocked and push the product onto their customers. After constantly asking them to fix the problem they refuse and after canceling the membership they still try to charge you!

Constant spam emails.
I'm not even a customer here, but this bloody company keep sending me emails with latest offers (i don't know exactly what because I just bin them straight away anyway). Unsubscribing does nothing. Blocking the senders email does nothing because the next email comes from a slightly different address and skips the block.
What a pile of crap. Carpetbombing emails hit loads of people you don't need to and aren't going to win you any customers. save youe marketing for your target audience or existing customers, and stop pissing off people who you will never have as a customer.

An amazing food delivery service. Always on time and delicious. To be honest, i was skeptical when i first signed up. But have not regretted the decision even a little. Great for convenience and times when i don’t want even think about what i will be eating. Offering a free trial too, i cannot see a downside for trying them out.

It was a great experience! Very flavorful and the butter trimmings is exotic and must-try! I had a lovely meal and would definitely recommend them
I placed an order for 6 meals
I placed an order for 6 meals, all went well. But skipped the rest of the weeks I saw on the screen. A month later, late at night I see a charge from Freshly for another 6 meals that I did not order or wanted. I did not know about the auto renewal shipments. I have been in contact via chat and email with them to cancel this delivery and refund the pending charge. To no vail, they claim I canceled subscription and they can't do anything. I did canceled the subscription but was after Jeb on the chat late at night told me there was nothing they could do. I am not currently in my home and the meals package will not be accepted. A dispute has been filed with the bank about the charge. Again, this is a misleading way of dealing with customers, not notifying them of the next delivery or credit card charge. The weekly auto renewal is a deceptive practice, it forces you to go in their site very often to check deliveries, if you want to try the meals, order, then cancel the subscription, otherwise they will keep billing and sending meals, and it is expensive.

Horrible company. I'm not one to complain, but how would you all know that. But I'm not. I was purchasing meals for my 92 year old mother. It just didn't work out for her. The meals were decent. I got an email from Freshly to download their app. So I did. Unbeknownst to me, because of me downloading their app, my next order was doubled. So I had (have) a credit of $78.00. I have since cancelled my subscription, because like I said, it just didn't work out with my 92 year old mother. I have been arguing for weeks to receive a credit. Freshly simply will not. A reputable company? I'm furious. They have no problem deducting $$$ from my credit card - how hard is it to put it back in? This is truly absurd that this so-called reputable company will not reimburse me - whether it was my mistake or not. Do NOT do business with them. There are many other places to buy your food. Watch your back.
