Buoni prodotti. Anche la profumazione mi piace. Lo spray per i capelli il mio preferito tra quelli acquistati.

Ho ordinato più volte da questa azienda ma ieri ho ricevuto un pacco che non conteneva un articolo, ed è da ieri che provo a contattarli sia telefonicamente che via mail senza alcun risultato: il numero telefonico indicato risulta libero, tiene in attesa e poi cade la linea, mentre dall'indirizzo mail ufficiale nessuna risposta.
Trovo davvero poco serio che non si possa avere riscontro, visto che comunque l'ordine è stato già pagato per intero.
Ovviamente hanno perso una cliente

Ho ordinato sul sito di Freshly e il pacco risulta consegnato il 28 novembre, ma non è mai arrivato.

Ho scritto 3 email all'assistenza all'email indicata sul loro sito ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta.

Dov'è il mio pacco? E dov'è il mio rimborso?

I had a wonderful customer service experience with Pink, who was awesome and resolved my issue perfectly. As a first-time customer, I'm thoroughly impressed and excited to try the food—very pleased so far!

Prodotti buoni. Ma l'azienda per niente seria. Servizio clienti inesistente..ho fatto un reclamo per un prodotto corpo non mi hanno mai risposto. Ho cercato di fare il reso stessa cosa, ignorata completamente. Da sconsigliare.

Avis défavorable – Cafétéria Freshly Prepared, gare de Rennes

Je suis très déçue par l’attitude récente de cette cafétéria. Depuis quelques semaines, une partie de la salle est bloquée bien avant la fermeture, ce qui empêche les clients de s’installer librement. Aujourd’hui à 16h30 (alors que la fermeture n’est pas immédiate), on m’a demandé de m’asseoir dans un coin peu accueillant, sous prétexte que le ménage devait commencer. J’ai trouvé cela inacceptable et loin d’un esprit commercial. Quand j’ai exprimé ma surprise, la personne qui m’a servi le cappuccino s’est montrée peu aimable. Ayant travaillé moi-même des années en restauration, jamais je n’aurais bousculé un client pour qu’il change de place sous prétexte de ménage. Ce genre de comportement nuit à l’image de l'établissement

Очень полезно есть свежеприготовленные блюда в ее возрасте
А тот факт что можно оценить питательность каждого блюда, позволяет легко выбирать блюда с низким содержанием натрия (ей это вредно).
Кстати, консультант помог мне изменить заказ, а затем показал, как выбирать блюда, фильтруя их по содержанию натрия. Честно? Это очень помогло

А еще я пользуюсь этой штукой для себя. Я пытался заказать себе на работу более полезный обед. Я взял перерыв в доставках на дом.
Представитель службы поддержки клиентов, Джесс, решила все мои проблемы через чат.
Она позаботилась обо всем :от количества доставок до оптимальной стратегии доставки. Я спланировал свою рабочую неделю благодаря этой фиче

А ЕЩЕ очень впечатлило время отклика, профессиональное отношение и помощь.

Ho acquistato di nuovo il Siero con Vitamina C che trovo ottimo!
Il siero al collagene anche quello abbastanza bono ma la crema Omega Rich non so se la ricomprerei. Rimane a mio parere comunque un brand molto valido☺️

Guys were acquired by the Nestle and eventually shut down as a standalone service but this was my favorite fresh and made food delivery company, to be honest.
I know there are dozens of such ones but they always seemed to be like pioneers. When I was to NY, I daily made orders using their website and it was so convenient for me!!
Now, the only thing I can do is to reminisce, because the company unfortunately was closed. What a pity! Hope developers will create smth really new.

Compre 2 Mini Cleanser Trio para regalar y mi sorpresa fué al abrir el paquete iban los 6 botes sueltos y llenos de polvo. Anteriormente había comprado uno también para regalar y la presentación era dentro de una cajita con ventana muy bonita. Ahora tendré que apañarmelas para hacer los 2 regalos sin que parezca que haya "robado" los productos. Una decepción.

Molto buono il siero alla Vitamina C. Il latte ai peptidi buono ma il flacone in vetro non permette bene l’uscita del prodotto. Difficile da usare. Lo spray alla Keratina facile da applicare, profumo buonissimo e lascia i capelli morbidi. L’Hair Growth invece dopo l’asciugatura lascia i capelli secchi nella zona dove applicato . La confezione dell’ordine era molto bella e curata.

Ho provato due loro prodotti, ovvero : Dandruff & Scalp Exfoliating Treatment e Dandruff Control Shampoo.
Sul sito promettono di:
Detergere delicatamente ma in profondità
Ridurre prurito e irritazioni
Esfoliare delicatamente il cuoio capelluto
Aiutare a ridurre la forfora a breve e a lungo termine
Purificare e protegge il cuoio capelluto.

Su di me non hanno per nulla aiutato, anzi hanno peggiorato la situazione, ho più prurito e molta più forfora.
Preciso che il siero costa 20.97 per 50ml, non pretendevo miracoli, ma visto il costo non mi aspettavo nemmeno un peggioramento della situazione.

La cosa positiva è che i prodotti sono arrivati in tempi brevi e anzi, perfino con un giorno di anticipo, per questo ho dato due stelle.

Vedendo le recensioni e le varie sponsorizzazioni, mi pare di capire che molta gente si trova bene, nonostante questo non acquisterò e proverò altri prodotti in futuro, purché per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza, i loro prodotti promettono cose non reali

Just had the freshly made from scratch, smokey Spanish chicken and chorizo. Very disappointed. My meal contents was, 3 wafer thin discs of chorizo, no taste, 4 very small strips of chicken and tiny diced pepper and onion. The almonds didn't really add to the dish and were more of a mouth irritant, may have been better if they had been toasted.The giant cous cous took a couple of mouthfuls to get used to. At first it reminded me of tapioca from school. The only descent thing this meal had going for it was the sauce. That was lovely with a nice smokey flavour and the right amount of heat. This is a meal I wouldn't buy again.

Sono anni ormai che utilizzo l'olio corpo di freshly, ho sempre una scorta dei loro prodotti perché la mia pelle secca e atopica ne ha necessità. Prodotto che si assorbe in un attimo, non unge e lascia la pelle setosa. Lo utilizza anche mio figlio con problemi di dermatite atopica.

I prodotti arrivano velocemente. Adoro le confezioni in vetro e tutti i prodotti che ho utilizzato di questa marca (Bronzing Radiance Self Tanning Cream, Golden Radiance Body Oil, Hyaluronic Acid Body Serum e Phoenix Aura Well-Ageing Serum). Sono tutti ottimi. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato problemi praticamente con tutti i dosatori e le pompette dei flaconi. Dovete ripensare quest’aspetto perché così come sono non funzionano bene.

I'm a new Freshly subscriber, but I'm so enchanted by the frictionless experience I've had, and so taken by the delectable options I've enjoyed, that I'm happily compelled to recommend their service to anyone who wants a decent meal at a fair price - conveniently delivered with care and efficiency.

My first and only experience with Freshly has been appalling from beginning to end. I received a Freshly gift card from a friend and these are all of the problems I've encountered:

-The gift card didn't work and generated an error when I was attempting to check out.

-I reached out to what I thought was Freshly Customer Service for help with the gift card, but after a few exchanges I was told I had contacted the gift card service Freshly employs called CashStar. I was directed to contact Freshly directly. There was no indication that I had contacted the wrong service in the first place, I simply clicked on a support link that was provided to me.

-I reached out to Freshly who first claimed that the gift card had already been redeemed. The support representative then provided me with order details and an email address for an entirely different customer - a shocking disregard for security which makes me very uncomfortable ever providing a form of payment to this company.

-After I clarified that I was given the wrong customer's order information, the Freshly representative advised me that I would need to contact CashStar for help with my gift card, despite the fact that CashStar directed me to Freshly. Neither company was willing to assist me and both were just pushing me off to someone else.

-After I pushed back against being redirected back to CashStar, the Freshly rep finally, for the very first time, asked me for details about the gift card.

-All along, I was attempting to use the gift card on my own at every step of this process. Before the Freshly rep was able to provide me any help, the card suddenly started to work, though I had done nothing differently than I had done before.

-The package was delivered to the wrong house. I had to go hunting down my block to find my package and take it from my neighbor's porch.

-I placed an order for 7 meals. Of those 7 meals, 2 of the meals I requested were incorrect. My order was for 1 Wild-Caught Fish Cake (received), 2 Indian-Style Chickpea Curry Bowls (received), 2 Four-Cheese Raviolis (NOT RECEIVED), and 2 Unwrapped Salsa Verde Burritos (ACTUALLY RECEIVED 4 OF THESE).

-In addition to all of these problems, Freshly is extremely limited in terms of vegetarian options. The food I ordered was the entirety of the vegetarian options available (plus one fish option). Literally every other meal they offer contains meat. And to top it all off, the quality of the food I received is no better than a frozen dinner available in the grocery store for half the cost.
