Fast and simple. France did an amazing job!

I can not say a lot about flexpro but RJ is amazing he explained all my options in a way I truly understand an he was truly kind with my wishes and choices and he has truly made me knowledgeable of everything. First time I didn’t feel I would be scammed by a company. So far so good

The food is just okay. All the ingredients seem to be mushed together in a casserole fashion. But with my first order of 10 meals, they substituted and gave me one of the meals three times (even though I only ordered one). No explanation, no apology. They just decided not to give me two of my meals and instead gave me two extra of the same boring one. No thanks. Cancel.

first off, could not even get through my first order of meals, they are so bad and also messed up my gut big time (not a typical issue of mine). Not only were the meals bad, but the customer service was extremely rude and not understanding. Id rather eat my dog's farmers dog meals than this crap. Tried to get them to refund my meals about 2 minutes after it posted on my card but they said it's too late. Such a waste

Couldn’t get me my money back, but still good to work with

Not gonna lie, I’ve had issues more than once with meals arriving damaged, which is frustrating. But Starsky actually steps up every time and gets it handled without giving me the runaround. He’s responsive, straight to the point, and makes sure there’s a real resolution. At this point, he’s the reason I’m still dealing with them.

Great meals with excellent macros and customer service. I had issues receiving my meals after a move and RJ was extremely helpful trying to find a solution for the issue.
