Doing the impossible
They are really impressive. I searched high and low for pink peonies in November and spoke to various florists or experts who said that the task at hand was impossible. Thankfully, clearly not impossible for flower box London. Will be my go to florist going forward.

Order £190 worth of balloons and chocolates for my wife’s birthday,
Ordered for same day deliver and they texted me to say after I had ordered that it was impossible to get the order ready in time would I mind waiting till the following day. I said of course no problem but cheekily asked them to make them extra special.
Ballow arrived with the chocolates on time. All looked great and my wife was so happy with the results , great gift .
Only she started to eat the chocolates and they were stale old Ferraro Roch’e , super embarrassing for me.
The balloons had only been up a day and have now deflated , they are using super cheap materials and charging the world for them.
I have copied and pasted the conversation with the customer service so you can see how terrible they are to deal with. I will be charging back my credit card due to the way they dealt with me alone !! AVOID AVOID AVOID !! RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially after the effort we made to accommodate your last-minute order. Despite receiving the order late in the day, we arranged a private driver to ensure timely morning delivery the next day—as per your approval. The delivery was completed on time, and your initial response was that everything “looked great” and your wife was happy.
Over a week later, you contacted us claiming the balloons had deflated. As we explained, this is entirely expected with balloons after several days, particularly helium-filled ones. We even offered a helpful tip: that you can easily reinflate them using a straw—a common and practical solution.
Then, the complaint shifted to the chocolates, which were Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello, globally recognized and high-quality branded products. You ordered 80 chocolates, and later claimed that all of them tasted stale. We find this hard to accept without any supporting evidence. Did you eat all 80 to come to that conclusion—or just a few? Either way, we responded promptly, offering to provide the receipt and expiry dates, which clearly showed the chocolates were within date and freshly purchased.
It's also worth noting that in your public post, you’ve selectively quoted only parts of the conversation, omitting the factual responses we gave and the evidence we offered. That does not reflect an honest or balanced account of the exchange.
To be clear:
You received the items on time.
You acknowledged they looked great.
Complaints came only after a week, with no photos or real evidence.
We provided explanations, receipts, and expiry dates.
You dismissed facts in favor of framing the experience as “terrible,” largely because we wouldn’t offer a free replacement for products you consumed or used over the course of several days.
We believe we acted fairly and with transparency throughout. While we’re sorry you feel dissatisfied, we cannot accept responsibility for inflated claims or unsubstantiated chargeback threats after receiving, using, and enjoying the items.

Bouquet of flowers looked nothing like the photos they displayed on their website. I paid £19 for selected day delivery from 8-2pm and the flowers arrived after 2! Ridiculous! This is for my wedding and this business was the only one that’s disappointed me above all the other amazing businesses that helped my wedding. I have really wasted £92 for my wedding day that I will never get back! I will never trust or support them again!

2 years later and they are still defending themselves on this review. They are telling me that since I didn’t provide a photo, I have no evidence of the appearance. Firstly, I wish I didn’t have to complain about how it looked. It looked terrible. I have never seen a company be so defensive over a customer review. They had all the time to write this ridiculously long response 2 years later and still no apology from them, clearly the customer service has not improved. Please know that I would never leave a bad review unless the experience or product I received was really horrible. I do not have the time to make things up, if that is what you are implying in your response. You never took accountability for how late you were, for how my flowers looked, and for the bad service you provided overall. I should have received a partial refund for the very late delivery. Do not hound me about this again, you have done enough 2 years ago on my wedding day.

Very bad experience
This is my second review on flowers box London .
I just realised that first one was removed because Flowers box London said it wasn’t genuine.
This time I will forward whole conversation and proof of my order to Trust pilot .
So, I have to say good flowers.
But Zero customer service or support.
I ordered few times from them and was always issues with delivering flowers on time.
My last order was completely disaster!
I ordered flowers for my best friend birthday.
I placed the order online 3 days before and paid extra for earlier delivery available in total was around £180
It was very important to deliver flowers on time because she was flying out of the country in the evening…
Flowers was delivered 4 hours later and left outside her door… But she was already on the way to the airport.
During this 4 hours I tried to call , text or email to Flowers Box company to find out where is the flowers.
But none of their phones are working , no answer!
Next day I received email that I will get my £16 back for late delivery.

I had experience with many flower shops and must say this one is the best. Very convenient to discuss everything on whatsApp, very flexible approach (we were not happy with the color and shop eagerly sent us flower of different color) nice discounts and always best quality flowers.
