We’re genuinely disappointed by your review, particularly because it contradicts the clear and documented communication we had with you while trying to resolve your issue.
To clarify the facts for anyone reading:
On 5 February at 22:07, you emailed us stating the pots arrived broken. We responded that same evening at 22:14, apologising and asking for your order number to process a solution.
You provided your order number shortly after, and at 22:25, you requested a refund. On 6 February at 12:31, we followed up to clarify if you preferred a refund or replacement, since you had mentioned both in separate emails.
At 12:40, you confirmed you'd like a refund. By 12:58, we replied again, arranging a DHL collection and asking whether someone would be available to hand over the parcel. You confirmed at 14:49 that someone would be present. A return label was sent that same day.
You never completed the return, and later said the recipient had put the arrangement back together and there was no longer a need to return it — thereby cancelling your own refund request.
To now claim in your public review that there was “no offer of replacement” and “no communication” is simply inaccurate.
We made every reasonable effort to resolve this properly:
✅ Immediate replies
✅ Multiple solutions offered (refund or replacement)
✅ Free return shipping label arranged
Unfortunately, none of the offered solutions were completed on your end.
We treat all customer concerns seriously and fairly, but we cannot accept reviews that misrepresent reality — especially after clear, courteous, and documented efforts were made.

It's a SCAM!!
Terrible service and very expensive small bouquet of flowers ( they call it large).
There is ZERO customer service or contact of any sorts.
The phone nr. they have on the website is incorrect, no one answers on any of the other platforms they have. I tried emailing them, WhatsApp, Facebook messages and nothing.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a birthday for the next day morning express delivery 20£. They arrived in the evening. By the time they arrived, my friend left and didn't need them anymore.
£120 for a small flowers bouquet ( they call it large) that didn't even arrive on time. I'm very disappointed.
I've asked for a refund on all their platforms and haven't heard anything back from anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Regarding your multiple messages sent on a Sunday afternoon, please note our office is closed on Sundays and we cannot respond outside business hours. We replied promptly once we were back in the office and requested your order details, which you have not provided, making it difficult for us to assist further.
Same-day or next-day Sunday deliveries are very challenging, as most florists do not operate on Sundays. While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays can happen.
Regarding bouquet size and pricing, our flowers are sold by stem count, professionally arranged. The final bouquet size depends on your order. If you can provide your order number, we will gladly verify what was sent and address any concerns.

Dead plants for £100
I would generally never write a review but this is a real scam. I’ve paid almost £100 for 4 plants. Half of them were pretty much dead and I’ve found broken branches put through the soil. I’ve never had such a bad experience.

If you are genuinely a customer, then you should be able to provide:
An order number
Confirmation email or receipt
A list of what you ordered
So far, we’ve requested this and you’ve failed to respond.
