Poor standard of flowers and customer service.
I ordered a Lily of the Valley bouquet from this company for my dad to gift to my mum on their Diamond Wedding-he had paid extra for these 60 years ago as they are not typically in season, and he wanted to send her some to mark this milestone anniversary. The ‘bouquet’ arrived today and is in a sorry state-4 of the 10 stems are withered. I contacted the company and advised that 2 stems were dead, on closer inspection 4 were decidedly worse for wear and I sent them 3 pictures as requested. They offered me a £10 refund, which I disputed as insufficient. I took the stems to a local florist to make something of them for my dad to at least send for the following day, and they were appalled at the state of the flowers which, when we removed them from the plastic holder they were sent in, we found to have damaged and crushed stems - the florist advised that Lily of the Valley should be sent with bulbs attached not ‘hacked’ off as they described. Flowersbox are refusing to refund any further unless I send the flowers back, really? they will certainly be dead by then and my poor dad will have nothing to send my mum for their big day. Terrible standard of flowers and politely argumentative customer service - the flowers are certainly not luxury.

Based on those images, we carefully assessed the number of stems that appeared damaged and calculated the refund accordingly—by dividing the price paid by the total number of stems and refunding the value of the affected ones. We believe this is a fair and transparent approach.
Regarding the Lily of the Valley (Convallaria), it is indeed a delicate cut flower, typically around 15cm in length. As with all cut flowers, they arrive as stems—not as plants with bulbs. If you were expecting a potted plant or an arrangement with bulbs intact, that would fall under a different product category altogether.
We understand your local florist may have had their own view of what it “should” look like, though we do wonder—if their advice and products are more in line with your expectations, perhaps they’d be a more suitable source for your future flower needs. Our descriptions are accurate and aligned with standard practices for cut flower delivery.
At the moment, we’ve been unable to locate specific order details under your name. To assist you further, please provide your order reference or any relevant details so we can look into this properly and find the best way forward.

I bought my wedding bouquet through Flower Box and the flowers were beautiful!!! I'm only not giving them a 5 stars rating because the bouquet I chose a month before my wedding turned out not to be available on the week of delivery. Nevertheless, they contacted me so I could choose another one, and ended up sending me a buttonhole flower free of charge!

Delivered on time and it all went smoothly
Ordered flowers for a party we were invited to. The lady on Whatsapp was very helpful in helping decide what to order. Order placing and payment went smoothly. Flowers were delivered on time at the right address. When we arrived at the party the hostess had received them and had displayed them right where they should have been.

My sister started using this company and she lives in LA. She send me a beautiful bouquet of roses in a heart shaped box, 3 years ago. I still have them. Awful service!!!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Flowers Box London, and I must say that it was an absolute disaster. The company's claim of providing exceptional service and timely deliveries turned out to be nothing but false promises.
Firstly, I paid extra for the exact date delivery, but to my utter dismay, the flowers never arrived on the specified day. It was a special occasion, and I had hoped to surprise my loved one with a beautiful bouquet, but instead, all I got was disappointment. The lack of punctuality and failure to meet the promised delivery date reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and reliability.
To make matters worse, the cake that I had specifically ordered was nowhere to be found. It seemed to have dissipated into thin air, leaving me puzzled and frustrated. Not only did I pay for a product that I never received, but the absence of any explanation or effort to rectify the situation left me deeply unsatisfied. It's unacceptable for a company to disregard customer expectations and deliver subpar service.
Flowers Box London has proven to be an awful company with a complete lack of attention to detail and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Their failure to fulfill basic expectations has left me feeling cheated and disheartened. I strongly advise against placing any orders with this company if you value your time, money, and overall experience.
Also flower what my mother had luck to receive was dead!!! Feel sorry that i can't attach a file with the picture.
In conclusion, my encounter with Flowers Box London was nothing short of a nightmare. From the failed delivery to the missing cake, it's evident that this company lacks the necessary competence and commitment to providing a satisfactory customer experience. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a reputable and reliable flower delivery service elsewhere.

You made multiple claims via PayPal regarding non-delivery and issues with the order. After careful review of the evidence we submitted, PayPal ruled against your claims. Below is an excerpt from their decision dated 08.07.2023:
“We’ve decided the case in your favour. We didn’t take any action on this case because it isn’t eligible for Buyer Protection. This case is now closed, but we still encourage you to work directly with the buyer to find a resolution. If there was a hold on this transaction, it has been removed.”
Please note that this situation could have been resolved directly between you and our company. However, you chose to escalate the matter through PayPal instead of agreeing on a solution with us. We provided all necessary claim details and evidence, and as a result, the claims were not upheld.
Additionally, it is standard procedure for us to request pictures of the flowers if a claim of damage or dissatisfaction is made. However, you have not provided us with any evidence or photos to support your claim of damaged flowers.

Flowers were great and arrived at the perfect time right at the end of their budding stage before blooming. My girlfriend was able to put them in water and watch them bloom a few hours later. They've looked great for over a week and are still beautiful today!

Spectacular flowers and great service

Exquisite lily of the valley
I ordered the small lily of the valley with roots in a basket. I did hesitate before buying as they were expensive. I checked in with the seller using the online chat before ordering that the plants would be in flower as I especially wanted the recipient to enjoy the fragrance and she quickly responded to confirm this would be the case. I also requested next day delivery. The most beautiful arrangement arrived the following day, absolutely as described. The perfume was delightful and the flowers are exquisite and arrived in perfect condition having been very carefully packaged. Absolutely delighted, thank you so much.

Poor quality, bad packaging, rude service.
Bought a 35 stem bouqet. Got sent a 29 stem one- poorly packaged in just a wet tissue and not much outer covering- bad for the delicate tulips. I got £8back for the missing stems but that bouquet didn't achieve the look I wanted so it was a waste at £80. Also the customer service lady said I shouldn't compare it to supermarket flowers in a very condescending manner! I buy my flowers from independent stores every two weeks and so I am very confident that these were the worst quality I ever received.
