Mixed experience. The engineered wood flooring itself is beautiful and good quality, but the customer service let them down. Order was placed with 48 hour delivery but then received email saying out of stock (despite website showing as available). Eventually delivered after 8 days. When floor arrived, thankfully.

The service that was provided by Mark was absolutely spectacular. He was very clear and concise when suggesting the perfect floor for my needs. From the first point of contact, through to delivery was seamless. I would definitely recommend!

I have been shopping around for wooden floor boards and came across the classic oak from floor warehouse. Looked great online so I ordered a sample that came through the post quickly. Have just placed the order for the downstairs after was given a discount. Smooth transaction.

I initially brought flooring just for a bedroom, and was soo happy with the result I decided to purchase the same oak floor for the rest of the apartment. Very proud of the quality and look the oak brings to the property.

Great Service. We ordered 100m2 of Smoked Oak. Our fitter noticed that one of the boxes was on the same floor but in a different colour. I messaged Floor Warehouse and they apologised after finding out the warehouse made a mistake (it happens) and sent us the right replacement box the next day. They let us keep the natural oak box also which was a plus as we used it for the utility room.

One of the very few flooring shops that actually sent the samples, got them fast too!

Need to find a quick replacement for some glue-down LVT as my original supplier let me down with stock. Spoke to Jacob over the weekend, who was very helpful and patient with me and we went over the specs of the floor and differences. Placed my order and got a delivery confirmation an hour later. Very happy I found this shop.

I must say a very professional and helpful sales staff. I called up to clear up a few questions before ordering the floor I wanted. They answered everything clearly, right away. Usually you dread calling up these kinds of places but it was efficient, and the sales member on the phone really knew what he was talking about.

Excellent customer service from Jacob. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour laminate panel as I was deciding between two colours. He helped me to arrange the exchange fairly easily and reduced the collections and redelivery costs.

Best quality flooring I found online. Out of all the samples I received these were the best quality constructed floors, placed the order, delivery was super fast and quality was exactly what we were expecting.

I have been using these guys for a while and they have always help me secure flooring projects as a fitter as. They offer the best pricing, quality products not cheap stuff and always helps me service my customers. Whether is next day samples or product matching, I have to say its great to work with these guys.

The guys here helped out a lot. Great install tips and helped me guide my builder to creating the square edge staircase with the flooring I brought. All looks wonderful.
