Jacob made the ordering process very simple and took care of everything for me. very polite and informative.

Ended up buying my floor from here as the colour and price was right. Intially ordered a bunch of samples which came slightly smaller then others, but after speaking to them and narrowing down my choice I was able to get a really big sample which helped finalise the decision.

I purchased SPC flooring decribed as a superior quality product which was cheap plastic and poor quality. When I tried to return it, the company tried to impose an illegal "restocking fee" and a £100+ pickup fee. They will not admit to sellings goods not as described and so I will end up having to waive my rights to a full refund because I sense this could go on. Interestingly, they never published my reviews of the product -- in fact there are no reviews of the product at all on their website and yet they claim to have sold vast quantities...

Mark was an absolute star and extremely patient dealing with my dynamically changing situation and requirements, including a last minute expedited delivery request. The flooring is looking amazing and so far so good, seems to be high quality.

One thing I'd like Floor Warehouse to consider is introducing a premium delivery service option. I had to move 600kg of flooring myself box by box - took me over 1h and my back wasn't happy. I would have gladly paid a bit extra for someone to do a few rounds unloading from the pallet into a cart, into the lift and then into my flat.
