Very happy with my purchase, Mark from sales upgraded my delivery to next day delivery for free! This was a great help as the builder gave us the go ahead on short notice and needed it before the weekend to allow the flooring to acclimatise prior to installation. Now its been installed and I am impressed by the quality and look.

Charge for 48hr delivery slot, dont turn up and refuse to return money. Be cautious.

Very reasonably priced, my floor gets non stop compliments. It’s a bit of a showstopper and gives off a warm glow when the light hits it. I have been asked if it’s original several times and it’s been very robust in terms of a busy, messy family life and lots of furniture being moved around. Prompt and helpful replies from the staff also make me highly recommend floor warehouse.

Special thank you to Jacob for allowing me to return leftover flooring boxes well outside the 30-day limit. I had explained my project had been delayed and I had the planks fitted 2 months after receiving it. Jacob was able to make an exception and still collect the goods for a refund. Great company to work with.

Amazing customer service. we have looked at the oak herringbone planks, and it looks wonderful. Can't wait to get it fitted over the weekend.

I order engineered flooring regularly for my projects across the UK and usually use another known company, but have switched over to Floor Warehouse as they had some options that the others didn't have, and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the product and will be using you guys much more.

Special thank you to Anna for helping us with our delivery timing. We are not living at the property, but have builders in at a certain time. Anna made sure the couriers knew the time of delivery we preferred and said she would let us know if it happened to fall outside this time window. Happy to say delivery came when we needed it, very happy with the service. Fast responses to all my emails.

Mixed experience. The engineered wood flooring itself is beautiful and good quality, but the customer service let them down. Order was placed with 48 hour delivery but then received email saying out of stock (despite website showing as available). Eventually delivered after 8 days. When floor arrived, thankfully.
